Hey everyone today, I'm here to show you guys the super-easy heat free way to go from this, so perfectly defined curls in only one hour. Alright, for this style, like a lot of my Styles, I'm starting out with stretched hair, and if you haven't seen my no heat method for stretching my natural hair to get a blown out look, I will link that video right down below for you guys to check Out for the finished, look I'm gon na be wearing a middle part, so I'm gon na go ahead and make that part. Now next I'm taking some hair oil and applying that all over, not so much that it's greasy and way down, but just a few drops so it's lustrous and soft. Now, starting from the back and working my way forward, I'm sectioning my hair off into medium sized portions just like this comb it out to remove any tangles and then I'm going to apply some mousse. And I love this mousse right here because it gives me the absolute best set, so I dispensed about a quarter size amount and then it kind of puffed up to this apply it throughout the hair. Then I'm gon na set it with flexi rods and I'm using grey in the back and the orange ones for the front half and the way I like to do. It is place the mid point of the rod towards the middle of the piece of hair. Then wine, the bottom of the hair around - and I always wind, going away from my face once at the bottom, smooth it around a few times. So the ends are nice and flat on. The rod then continue with rolling the top portion until it's pretty tight to the scalp and then bend the ends of the broad to hold it in place. Okay, so a little closer in detangle the hair apply mousse, and for this you want to apply just enough. So that the hair feels damp and thoroughly coated, then starting at the middle wrap the hair around going away from the face smooth the end so they're flat, then twist, the top. So it's flush to the scalp and bend the ends to secure. So I used about 30 rods for this, and now I'm gon na pull out my secret weapon. That'S it I'm a fan! This, my friends is: what's gon na help, you get some quick, no-heat curls! You just sit in front of it for about 45 minutes to an hour and allow it to dry your entire head. Now the mousse itself drives insects pretty fast, especially when you use it on dry hair like I'm doing today, but this definitely speeds up the process and allows you to get a step with some hold, especially in a really short amount of time. It'S an hour later and I'm ready to take out the rods, just unbend the ends and twirl in the opposite direction to release, and here you can see the curls come out. Super nice perfect spirals. So once I have all of the rods out, I can go ahead and separate for a nice full look, I'm taking each curl and separating into three or four pieces and as I'm going along, I'm twisting the pieces around my finger in the direction of the curl. So they keep their shape and I don't get any frizz. Next, I'm taking a white tooth comb and gently teasing my roots for a bit more volume, then using this edge. Tamer gon na tackle my edges and smooth and brush them into place, and this is the finished look. So this is definitely my absolute favorite way of setting my hair for this type of style, because it leaves it so bouncy and soft and full of body with ultra defined curls that actually last. For me, this gives me the best results and the fact that I can get this look in about an hour with no heat is just icing on the cake. I love it also. It'S super healthy for your hair since you're, not using any Hot Tools which to me is the best part, because healthy hair is key to maintain this style at night. All you have to do is take a chunk of hair. I usually take about two to three curls worth and reroll it again, I'm rolling in the same direction as before, which is away from the face, secure the ends and that's it until you've brought the entire head, and this takes me all of five minutes to do At night you don't have to be super neat with this, and you also don't have to apply any more product if you want to apply a tiny bit more oil for shine as the days go on you can, but other than that, I don't find the need To apply anything else to my hair, then just throw on a bun it for bed and the next day take them down separate and fluff it out, and I love how the hair gets bigger and fluffier and fuller day by day, so yeah guys, that's it.
