Hi friends, Viki Valentine here, welcome to officially the last video of the year like. Can you believe that this year is over? I swear every year, it's like I wake up in January and then walk and all of a sudden, it's December and you're like what the heck just happened. What have I been doing with my life for a year? What am I gon na do next year? 2016? Was like wonderful and crappy, and fantastic and good, like Oh all, at the same time, and just a reminder for the last giveaway of the year guys, the last one of the year, I am giving away this 13 makeup. Brush collection set included with these glittery silvery pouch, I'm gon na, do to enter the giveaway is be a subscriber to this channel like this video make your likes public so that I can see and leave me a comment down below. Let me know what did you guys think of 2016? I want to hear your thoughts. I was back and forth on whether or not I was gon na do like a year-end recap highlights video, but I was like in I don't know. If people want to see that, and then I thought well, why don't I do something that relates to one of my most requested video topics which are hair tutorials, which you guys were asking for all year. So what I did was pull some of my favorite heatless hairstyles that I did and compiled it in one big fat tutorial video right here and then because I wanted to get a little nostalgic. I pulled some comedy clips from one of my favorite videos that I did this year, which was my April Fool's how to grow your hair instantly video. So anytime, you see this guy right here. You'Ll know that's a throwback to the April Fool's video and you'll see that in between some of the mini tutorials, sound good. Alright, let's get to the hair. Some of you may be nervous, but don't worry, I'm a professional I'm here for you, so we're just gon na take the egg position it in the right place and just oh that actually hurts more than I thought it would alright talkie lady. Let'S do some hair and y'all are in for a treat, because my hair is just extra puffy, yeah sips tea on that one. Alright, I'm going to start this first look with a side part and then I'm just kind of splitting that side part into two individual chunks and then I'm just going to make a rope twist, basically twisting in opposite directions and spitting them around each other. And then, when I get the one twist to the backside, I gather some additional hair incorporate it in and twist it and keep incorporating with the backside of the hair. It'S basically like doing a French braid, but with a rope twist, which is way easier, and this whole thing took me about. I don't know sixty seconds two minutes to pull off secure it with an elastic, and then I like to pull it loose, make it chunky and there you go a spirally, wrapped rope, twisted hair pony thing. Let'S bring up this selfie kit to get a little close-up. Look yeah all right. Another simple thing that you could do with this rope is just twist it into a side. Bun pin that up. This took me all of 15 seconds to do, and now I've got a really elaborate. Looking looks like you spent forever to make this rope set been twisted, elegant thingamabob there he was uh-huh, so the main style that I do pretty much all the time is overnight braids. It allows me to get my mustache on youth use. I basically just braid my hair in four sections. All my hair is damp out of the shower and it lets me sing in the morning because I'm going to be late, anyways and then I just undo the braids, and I have a nice texture. If you guys have straight hair to begin with, and you spritz it with a salt spray, then you're going to get nice beachy waves now for other styles, let's part the hair down the center and I'm going to twist my hair along the sides and then just Keep twisting it down the length of your hair and wrap it around creating a bun at the base of my neck there, and then I'm going to do the same thing to the other side and twist it around make a couple of cinnamon buns. Pin it in place and then you've got a double twisted bun thing, and this can work for shorter hair as well. Sometimes I like to put an elastic to hold the buns together closer together and voila. Yes, yoke live literally, have the yoke in the palm. Oh, oh, okay, we don't want any of it to go to waste like English breakfast. Oh, I just love it when it does that this feels, like unicorns, just took a colossal turd on my head. Alright, for this look, let's spread the hair in half and then I'm going to cross over one side over the other and continue to kind of helicopter twist this and then I'm going to twist the hair all the way down. But I am NOT twisting in opposite directions: we're making a very loose rope. So when you let go of it, it's going to kind of fall apart there and that's what I want a loose messy rope style. You can pin it in place the top. If you want to - but this is just more of a casual rope - look instead of making it a tight twist, you can also take your rope and then spiral it around into an updo bun. Pin that in place and super easy to do right, simple there, you go I'll, move it right along here. Folks, I'm going to take that same side, part and gather a chunk of that side, parted section and I'm going to begin to twist it very tightly twist. It up or down direction whatever you like about half way down the length of my hair and then I'm gon na wrap it to the back of my big ol head. Now I am taking some gold bobby pins. I got these at H & M. You just basically find some bobby pins that are a contrasting color to your hair and I'm going to use them intentionally to make them show up, and then I just pinned that little section. It'S really that easy. If you want to get extra fancy, I decided to pin them all the way down the length of that little spiral twisted piece and now you've got like a little half crown. Look, it's something fun elegant and you don't have to worry about hiding your bobby pins because the point of it is for them to show where you're gon na take art below dryer, and we are gon na cook that egg now the key here is to remember: Don'T get carried away like we don't want to burn the egg. You just want, like a really nice scramble, we're thinking, omelets here people. Yes, all right! I am going to do one of my tried-and-true classic. I do this all the time buns. I am just spinning. My hair around and then I am basically sticking my hand through that first loop and pulling the rest of it through, but not all the ways, I'm basically tying my hair in and not here. This requires zero hair ties, zero bobby pins, and it's just a quick and easy simple thing to do. That looks really cute. If you want to design it up, look I made a hashtag with those gold bobby pins. Isn'T that so fun see it hashtag right there um? If you want to get even more fun, one of my new fave is taking those gold bobby pins and working them all the way up, the back of my hair. So it's like business in the front party in the back super cute right and again, this whole thing takes about. I don't know 30 seconds to a minute to do. You could even do this with a little secret ponytail. If you just got. You know that big ole, mane and tail flop it out of the way and bam look at that full of surprises. Yes, my hair's all one length, so I can't get like those like chin length whispies, but I'm going to fake it by just pulling my hair up towards the top of my head and leaving the little sides that frame my face. Then I'm just gon na take an elastic and secure the bun and then just pin it in place. It'S meant to be like a very messy casual. Look. If you don't want to leave those pieces, you can just pin them up back in place, get them out of your face again. It took me like under a minutes, to even put this look together, get yourself some marinade sauce. Now it doesn't take a lot. We want to be responsible, although that that was too much again. We just really want to concentrate on the road. Okay, that's down my back! That'S! Okay! Alright, let's move on to a half-up half-down. Do I'm just going to do a simple half up bun? I know the style is super popular. You just basically take a chunk of that front section of hair, pin it up into quick little spiral, cinnamon bun on the top there again done in like a minute, maybe two. If you're, you know just taking your casual time. What else can we possibly do with this, though? Now I'm going to take a chunk of that side, hair just behind the ear pick up the rest of that top section and the other side, and I'm going to combine all of these two and I'm going to formulate a ponytail. So it's going to be like a half up ponytail with a top bun on the top. Do you guys see what I'm doing here? It'S unique it's a little bit different at doing that ponytail up there makes the rest of your hair just look fuller, more voluminous. I, like that fancy word voluminous and for this one I'm going to section off the two front sections of my hair, I'm going to secure the rest of it out of the way, and I'm going to repeat that twist. Look that I did earlier, except I am twisting the ends in opposite directions. As I spiral it down. This will create a nice secured rope, look and then you just leave the rest of your hair down and you have a rope going down the center for a half-up, half-down goozle. I like it, and you can also wrap that rope around to create a ponytail look. I am now I'm going to take all of my hair into the base of my neck and I'm gon na pull the ends up and roll them. Underneath my hair just keep rolling it again. You could do this for shorter lengths of hair as well, and then we're going to secure that loosely with an elastic and you can kind of fluff it and mess it around. And then you have just a nice, simple fat, rolled-up bun with your ends tucked in and protected. You can also roll that up then against your head and pin it to the back of your head to create a really cute. Looking up to it's messy looking but chic at the same time - and it looks like you put in way more effort than you did, you can also pin it even higher for a more elegant looking up to. If you want to look elegant at school, why not? It took me like 30 seconds to do so. Let'S go for it. You want even less time to spend on your hair, then just take some of those colorful bobby pins and just place like a couple of them on the side of your hair. As you wear it down or you could add a whole bunch of them like you can just do as many as you want, and it just looks really fun and elegant. Now don't look at that, one that got hidden behind my hair, but those just pretend it's all even there at this point, your hair should be looking more and more soft and radiant and just all kinds of yes seriously. My hair is totally growing right. Now you see it, are you looking look, it's amazing are my loves, that is it for the last video of the year make sure you enter my giveaway instructions, we're at the beginning of the video.
