Hello, fellow viewers in this video I'm going to be showing you how to do these spiral curls using no heat. I'M excuse my raspy voice right now, I'm a little bit sick and I'm also going to be talking about tips on how to achieve no heat. Hair. Styles and the process that I do in order to make sure that your hair comes out in the shape that you want it to so I should get into that right now: hello, okay, so um before I get into this tutorial. I just wanted to talk about some tips or rules as to how I do this this process. Okay, um, the first tip, is you got to make sure your hair? Is 100 % dry, make sure it's not wet or damp in any way, um. The reason I prefer this is because, usually when I put my hair into braids or into rollers by the time I take whatever it is, I have on hours later today. Alright, I don't whoa the reason why I do that is because, whenever God, I'm just going to start over, I to make sure your hair is dry, make sure it's not wet or damp. The reason why I do is is because um, when I take any braids off, ran your rollers off hours later in my heart, my heart, my hair is wet or damp um. It usually stays that way. My hair will stay, wet or it'll stay damp and it won't shape the way I wanted to. It won't stay as long and that's not what I want. I want my hair to be as curly or as wavy as possible, and I wanted to stay as long as possible, so I always make sure my hair is dry, whether I let it air dry throughout the day or I blow dry. It doesn't matter just make sure it is dry and then um the second rule is or the second tip I should say I don't use any product on my hair. I don't apply mousse before or gel, or any of that. The reason why I do that is because I feel like it weighs my hair down and I again it doesn't shape the way I wanted to so I make sure my hair is just natural and dry um. If you like to put products in your hair to make sure it shapes up, that's fine. Everybody'S hair is different, so whatever works for you is fine, but this is what I do to make sure my hair goes. The way I want it to - and the third thing is a lot of people say that they don't like to sleep with anything on their head, which is understandable. It can be uncomfortable at times for this certain tutorial. You will be using straws, so they're, small, they're, flexible they're, flimsy, I'm sure you can find a way to sleep with this or are these have it on throughout the day um. This isn't very comfortable now when it comes to other rollers. I can understand why it's uncomfortable, because you want to sleep, you don't want anything in your way, and I understand that because when I have rollers in my way, I can't sleep by there. But what I do is I'll put the rollers in the back of my head or on the top and back of my head, because I like to sleep on my. So that's personally what I do. But if you like to sleep and back at your head and you put them more to the side again, okay, so let's put that's one tip. I don't know if it'll help, but something might it just take getting used to when I first started wearing rulers to sleep. It was kind of uncomfortable for me, but, like I said you get used to it but, like I said again for this tutorial you're using straws, so it should be fun. You should be fun okay, so I'm going to shower and take off the day's makeup and freshen up, and I will start showing you how to do the hair, yeah, okay, so the materials you're going to need our straws, like I said, and some rubber bands - that's Having trouble opening it you're going to take a small section of hair, and I mean really really small - you don't want the strand to be too thick because then it won't end up as curly as you want, and you're gon na part. The rest of your hair, out of the way next you're, going to take your straw and you're, going to wrap the hair very tightly around the straw like if you were to wrap hair or out around the curling wand or a curling iron. This is basically the same thing, but on a tiny little strong next you're going to take a rubber band and you're going to tie up the ends. You want to do this as tightly as possible and there will be a few strands that will pop out. But that's okay! You can fix them later with the curling iron or something next you're going to roll up the straw. All the way to your scalp make sure it's really tight and you're going to tie the straw into a nut. We'Re going to take the two ends of the straw and you're, going to loop it and tie it down very tightly, and that is it first, I'm going to be showing you again one more time once again, you're going to tie your hair all the way around. You you I'm going to take your rubber band and tie the ends. You we're going to roll the straw up to your scalp, make sure it's very tight and then tie it into a nut all right now. It'S time I do that around your whole head all right, two episodes of Game of Thrones later and I'm finally done um. This look does take a lot of time and patience, but if you're willing to put in the time the results should be amazing. Next you're going to take a scarf or a cloth of some kind and you're going to be wrapping your head with it. I do this to make sure that the straws don't fall out while I'm sleeping or I'm doing anything throughout the day. So I'm going to put on your head and you're going to tie it in a knot in the front. This is just how I do it and then I take the strands and I do a double knot in the back now. It'S time to go to sleep and wake up very happy. Hmm, removing the straws is the last step I take in my daily routine. I usually do my makeup and do whatever I need to do get dressed before. I take them out because I want to keep the straws on as long as possible to make sure the results turn out the best okay, so you're just going to roll out the straw very slowly and curl the curl back into place. You want to do this very slowly and carefully. Oh and um. You can separate the strands if you want to already, but I usually do that at the end, when all the straws are already removed, um select, I was saying you're going to remove the straw very slowly and carefully, and then you want to be very careful with The ends because they do tend to be frizzy and you want to make sure they're not that frizzy you're going to curl them back into place, and this is how it should look at the end. So I'm going to start separating the strands, I usually separate them into two or three depending on how thick they are - and I do this again very slowly and carefully because if you do too fast, they might end up really frizzy and if you want them frizzy. That'S fine, but I don't want them that frizzy, so I do it very carefully all right - and this should be your end result you can play around with it shake it up, make it more frizzy, less frizzy. However, you want, you could also put oil in it. If you want, I usually don't, but sometimes it does end up really frizzy and oil just help. So there's entirely up to you, so I hope you enjoyed it um give it a like subscribe and try it out. Bye,
