Hi guys! You're always asking me do more heatless curling videos. Thus in today's hairstyle tutorial, I'm going to teach you a fun and easy way to curl your hair overnight using edible gluten-free & vegan hair rollers for short, long or medium length hair. The heatless curls you get using this funny curling method will give you big, soft and bouncy, Victoria's Secret curls or waves.
I'm also going to be showing you my drugstore shower /hair routine for when I'm doing one of my weekly, coconut or castor oil routines. Hair food shampoos are really clarifying, thus I only have to shampoo my hair once to get all the oils out of my hair. If you're into oil routines, try this one out.

Hi guys, how are you if you're new, I am Tina for, make it wearable? And today I'm partnering up with my friends and hair food, to show you a weird but fun way to curl your hair overnight without heat with breasts, because it's totally fun and healthy for your hair. Now let me tell you guys about my shampoo and conditioner. Basically, hair food believes what you put on your scalp is as important as what you eat. So my shampoo, the gluten free color perk tag, which is for color treated hair, is silicone. Parabens mineral oil dyes and gluten free - and I like using this right after I do one of my major heavy duty, coconut or castor oil treatments, because I only need to shampoo my hair just once to get all the oils out and it creates crazy loads of Bubbles I mean look at this bubbles, you guys now you guys, you know, since this shampoo doesn't have silicone or mineral oils to coat or weigh down your hair. Your hair is going to feel really really squeaky clean. This is something you might not be used to unless you're familiar with volumizing shampoos or conditioners, and this shampoo has its own conditioner, but I prefer the moisture hair mask because it's much more moisturizing. So I applied this mask and leave it in for about 5 minutes before rinsing everything out now. Hair food is a drugstore brand, so you guys can very easily find them at your local Target. So next time, you're at the store just stop by and check them out. They also have their own website, which I'll link down below, for you guys and next we're gon na bake our hair rollers. So first we're gon na create our own gluten-free flour blend. This is going to be so healthy for you guys so combine these four items into a bowl and mix them really well in part, two we're going to add sugar, the salt and the yeast into the water and mix until it's completely dissolved next report, the flour Mixture we made earlier and some facili'm into a bowl and whisk to combine them or you can be a dork like me and use a wooden spoon, because you can't find yours now pour the yeast mixture into the bowl and mix and then set it aside. For eight minutes, cuz we're almost done and eight minutes later you're going to grease your hands. So you can play with the dough, then set it aside for one hour and, lastly, we're going to grease our hands and the pan as well then make our hair rollers or make your bread. I may be. Hair rollers happen inch wide and about five inches long. Yes, Christmastime Christmas Christmastime, this Oh and tada after 30 minutes here they are, these are so chewy outside and so soft inside in it it is so delicious. You guys it's like it tastes, just like wheat, so I didn't curl my hair right away with these. I set it aside and let it cool off all day. Actually I filmed this part in the morning and I'm gon na do the curly part way later and I waited until like the very last moment right now. It'S like 2 o'clock in the morning so, right after you take a shower or shampoo your hair, your little bit - and you want to do this when your hair is about 90 % dry, so not completely dry or soaking wet ok. So, let's get started now. What I'm going to do is take the crown and then take one of the bread and wrap the hair around it, and then we're going to pin it in place, and can I tell you guys my accent gets worse at night or when I'm drunk like when? I'M drunk, I can't even speak English, so if you're noticing, my accent is a little heavier right now is because it's late, so normally we just put a pin on this side and on one on this side, these rollers feel kind of spongy. So the hair around your face, you should always curl away from your face. So I'm just going to take this oh shoot. I broke it. So what I'm doing is I'm wrapping the hair around the face away and the rest, I'm alternating the directions so that it doesn't all clump up later and I'm going to roll this from the bottom, because I want the ends to be tucked under you see how It'S cleaner now without the end sticking out like up here, I'm too lazy to redo it, but if you guys want to neither look roll from the bottom, so I left this in for about at least 8 hours and it was not comfortable to sleep in it Was just it felt like I was sleeping on rocks. I can't wait to get this out of my hair. Oh my god, I'm allergic to nickel, so I can't have like metal like fake metal near my skin. Without my skin, getting all itchy and bobby pins usually have nickel in them. So here's the curl, isn't this so cute. Look at that! Yes, Christmastime! So now I'm going to apply some oil, because this is just too curly, but it is going to loosen up. Quite a lot in about an hour Bobby, stop! Okay! I like this because it is so lightweight you apply it and it will. First of all, it smells like the most luxurious perfume on earth. So you notice that the products I use on myself are usually light weight or dry oil formula, so this is a dry oil formula. Thus it's not going to make your hair look like a greasy mess. Okay, so this is great, so I'm just waiting for my curls to calm down. I really wish this one didn't fall out there tonight, because this is a lot straighter than the rest. I am tempted to curl this with a curling iron. Just so I can make everything look nice, but I'm not going to so we'll just hide this somewhere back here. So it's been about five minutes since I applied the oil and I'm still waiting for my hair to loosen up, but already it's looking nice nothing. I was this close to curling that one annoying piece, but I didn't so what you guys see here is exactly what happened after I removed the rollers. All I have in my hair is the shampoo and conditioner and the well.
