Today, I want to share with you how to refresh your hair after the gym or a sweaty workout. My hair always gets sweaty no matter what workout I do. I also wanted to share with you a super textured gorgeous after the gym hairstyle.

Today, I want to share with you guys a really cool trick of how to keep your hair, nice and fresh after the gym, and I'm gon na show you guys this really cool after the gym hairstyle and, of course, let's not forget today's giveaway. Let me just tell you you will love me you're! Welcome your very own Dyson supersonic, hair dryer. Thank you to Dyson for sending one to me and then one for you guys such an amazing giveaway, I'm so excited for one of you to receive this. This thing is incredible: let me just put it that way. I don't use anything else except for Dyson. They have converted me. So the rules are as follows. 1, you must follow Dyson on instagram. If he do have an Instagram account. And obviously, if you want to tag your friends, because why not, they can also have a chance of winning this awesome, ok and comment down below what is your favorite family Christmas tradition, and by the way I've been getting some comments. Regarding that you don't have Instagram or Facebook accounts, that's ok! You have to be subscribed to either one out of the three. If you have all three, that's even better for you, because they have a higher chance of winning. So after a nice sweaty session at the gym, my hair is looking like a very hot sweaty mess. But I'm gon na share with you guys a very quick and simple tip on how to refresh your hair after the gym. Take your hair dryer and put it on the lowest heat setting and just blow-dry your hair until it's not wet anymore, when the hair is completely dried. Take your favorite dry shampoo. One of my favorites is by Lauren there dry shampoo with oat milk and I'm gon na spray it into the areas of my hair, where it was most sweatiest. So pretty much the front of my hair around my ears back of my neck and then pretty much anywhere else where it was really sweaty. Let the dry shampoo, sit and soak in that oil for around 20 to 30 seconds, and then I'm going to take my hands and kind of work it into my scalp and then brush everything out and voila. My hair looks refreshed. It has volume, it has texture. Just the way I like it, I'm gon na divide my hair into two sections. Bottom is for the top details and the top is for the braids. Let'S start with the Topsy tails, and this is where I'm only working with the lowest section that we just sectioned off, so I'm going to start from the very bottom and work my way up, I'm going to take a section of hair, pin the rest of the Hair away take a little section, make it into a pony tail split it right in half and then create a little Topsy tail, and then I'm just going to continue doing the exact same thing, including the little pony tail into the next Topsy tail. Until I have four equal sections, next is the braid with the top section of hair. Obviously you can just skip this and create a messy bun, but I'm gon na create a French braid just because I think it looks really pretty. It has a lot of texture and dimension to the overall look once I'm finished, braiding I'm gon na take all the rest of the hair and make it into a beautiful top net or a messy bun, and there we have it a beautiful hairstyle. That has a lot of texture dimension that is great for, after the gym or for the gym or any time of the day. I just wanted to say that it gives us so much pleasure that we are able to gift something to you guys for your amazing support, for your love is just it's incredible.
