3 Back To School Heatless Hairstyles // Misskatie

Hey it's kay-kay! Welcome back to my channel everyone in today's video. I am sharing my three favorite back-to-school hairstyles. These are all really easy to do. Don'T take me very long in the morning and are heatless too, which is awesome because you don't want to have to use heat in the morning on your hair, so I'm just gon na get right into it and show you guys how to do these hairstyles. This is super easy and I love how it looks so. I'M gon na start by spraying some, not your mother's, clean freak dry. Shampoo in my hair, I find that putting dry shampoo in my hair just removes all the oils that makes it a little bit easier to style. So then, I want to brush all my hair out to make it nice and smooth and gather all of my hair to the side of my head and split it into three pieces. Once I've done that, I'm just gon na do a regular braid crossing each piece over the other. Until I get to the very bottom, once I've reached the bottom, I'm gon na grab a hair tie and just tie my hair off so that everything stays and then I'm gon na pull some pieces out and pancake the braids a little bit just to make it Look messy and effortless. I'M gon na pull some pieces from the front of my head to frame my face a little bit and just loosen up the hair in the front, and then I'm gon na grab some kenra hairspray and just spray that all over my head to lock it in Place and voila, that is the messy side. Braid hairstyle hairstyle number two is probably my favorite and it is this Dutch braid that is on the side of my head. I love this. Look it's so feminine and pretty so I'm going to start by spraying. Some dry shampoo in my hair, like I did for the last one, brushing all of my hair out and I'm gon na grab a rat tail comb or just a comb in general and do a deep side part. So my hair is naturally parted in the middle. But I'm gon na part it on the side. For this look, you can do either side, I'm doing the left side today and then just grab a decently sized portion of your hair. At the top of your head and split that into three pieces and start a Dutch braid, a Dutch braid can be a little confusing, but once you get the hang of it, it's really easy and turns out to look really cool. So, instead of crossing the pieces of hair over each other cross them underneath and like you, would for a French braid grab pieces from the side of your head that aren't from the braid and just cross them underneath so basically you're doing an inside-out French braid. But the technical term is a Dutch braid and just do that all the way until you reach the bottom. As you see, the braid kind of looks like it's popping out from the side of my head, which is why I love to do Dutch braids, because it makes my hair look so unique and interesting and different, and it's just such a cool braid. Ok, then, I'm going to tie it off with a hair, tie and pause. What you didn't just see is me: pin kicking out all the pieces from the braid and making my hair look a bit Messier and effortless, because my camera battery died and I didn't realize it, but that's all I did and right now I'm gon na spray, some Hairspray on a toothbrush, don't worry, I have a designated toothbrush that I use for hair spray and I'm just gon na use that to brush down all the little baby hairs. My hair is not naturally parted on the side, so I'm just gon na use that to get rid of the flyaways and voila you have your beautiful braids again. I love this. I think it's my favorite, it's so pretty hairstyle number three is just this high pony with some little twists, slash cute details added in so to achieve my pony tail. What I did is, I brushed out all of my hair and then I flipped my head over and brush the hair out the opposite direction. So the pony tail would look smooth and then I tied it off with a hair tie and tightened it and flipped it over and teased it up a little bit just to make it look like there was a little bit more volume than there actually was in The back of the pony tail and then I pulled some pieces from the front to frame my face, and I grabbed a piece from the back of the pony tail and wrapped it around. The hair tie a few times and then tucked it in to hide the white hair tie and voila. I love this hairstyle. I think it's so cute and so pretty and super effortless, and that is the end of today's video. I really hope you all enjoyed it.
