You hey guys, welcome back to my channel, so in today's video I'm going to show you the best deep conditioning hair mask that you can actually make as well. Not just super easy to make, and this is a really good for dry damaged, frizzy hair. This mask is going to add a lot of shine, a lot of moisture nourishment and even probably straighten your hair for a few days. Now this mask is absolutely perfect. If you have is damaged and dry like mine, it is going to pump in a lot of moisture to it. You guys asked me what I usually use for my hair that gives it so much shine and makes it look Henry. This is the master I use, but once okay, if your hair is oily, I suggest to this once a month. Secure with this mask is really heavy, so it might make your hair a little oily for you. If your hair is dry like mine and damaged and frizzy. This is going to work wonderfully so yeah, let's get started so the first most important ingredient is coconut cream. Coconut cream actually has a lot of benefits, but the most important benefit is that it conditions and nourishes the hair and I'm going to be using the real high coconut cream. The second most important ingredient is a good blend of pure olive oils. If you've seen my previous video, I am sure you know, I have used this aqua heroine, I'm almost done with the first bottle, so I repurchase another bottle. The benefits of all of these oils actually helps in nourishing the hair, which in turn promotes healthy hair. I get the benefit of nine different oils. This has almond oil, castor oil, coconut oil, grapeseed oil, Evo oil, Amla oil, jojoba oil, vitamin E and olive oil. The third ingredient is pure honey, which is a great moisturizer for the hair again, and I am using the Patanjali honey and you can use whichever pure honey you have. The fourth ingredient is glycerin, which is great herb, splittin, and the last ingredient is rosewater, which is great to soothe in the scalp and the hair, I'm using a key brand rosewater, but you can use whichever Rose, what you have moving on to the mixing ratio. You need a one cup of the coconut cream, depending on the length and thickness of your hair. This much works for my hair empty that into a bowl. After that add two teaspoons of the fat vehemence one teaspoon of honey, one teaspoon of glycerin and 2 teaspoons of rose water once you have emptied everything into a bowl just mix it really well. So this is the final mask. It will be a little liquidy in case you're, making coconut cream at home and the consistency of it is thick. Your mask will be thicker. I am also going to be oiling my hair first, so I am taking 3 teaspoons of the sattva hair oil. I am just going to put this oil into the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds, just to activate the ingredients now moving on to the application. First, take your oil and a little bit of cotton start taking vertical sections like that, with your finger dip the cotton ball into the oil and then apply directly into your scalp gently press, the oil into the scalp and then just pull it through on the sides. Keep taking water till sections like this and keep pressing the oil into the scalp and then running it through the hair. This way, the hair oil is really well distributed on your scalp and hair. This strengthening treatment actually aimed at nourishing your scalp and also taking care of your hair. No treatment is actually complete unless your scalp is really nourished, because that is where the hair gets all the nourishment from once. The hair oil is applied all over the scalp. I just keep your scalp really nice head massage for about 5 to 10 minutes. This way your scalp is nourished, and this also increases blood circulation. So it will give you a really good result. After the treatment is done, a massage is cast all over for about 5 to 10 minutes, and once that's done just comb it through with a white tooth comb, making sure that she is spread all over once. That'S done start taking sections with your fingers like this and start applying the hamas from roots to end, keep taking vertical sections like this and start applying the hair mask. If you find the hair mask a little too liquidy, then you can also use a hair brush and apply it on your roots and hair, and you can see this is already added a little bit of shine to the hair. Keep taking one inch vertical sections, and this will make your application a lot easier. If you can see all of the ingredients in the hair mask are really moisturizing and nourishing for the hair. So this will appease conditions. The hair some roots to ends just make sure that you have used enough products and coated your hair. Some myths to end with the hair mask concentrate more on the Midlands to end, which is the driest part of the head, and quote that really well with the hair mask, keep emulsifying the hair mask into the hair. Using your hands like this, this will just make sure that the hair mask is evenly applied and absorbed into the hair. If you like, you can also just gently comb bit with a wide tooth comb, making sure that the hair mask is spread all over keep applying the hair mask on both the sides all over the head using the same technique all right. So once that's done, what you want to do is take a cotton. Fibers are like this and just soak it in hot water, remove all the excess water and then just wrap that around the hair. Like this, the heat from the hair oil will help the products to penetrate into the scalp and hair a lot better to keep your hair wraps into the cotton fiber towel for about ten to fifteen minutes. Until the towel is hot, you can either keep that in or remove it and wrap your hair with a shower cap. Keep the hair oil and high mask in your hair for about three to four hours and then shampoo and condition your hair, like you do regularly and that's about it for the video.
