Hey, hey, don't forget to subscribe to my channel and give me a like good morning, beautiful people today we're gon na, be talking all about how I tame my curly frizzy hair. The most important thing for me is to find products that it mentions: frizzy, unmanageable, hair and, in my personal opinion, what I use. I love the Garnier Fructis sleek and shine line the whole line, all the products that they have. I use and I use it in college and it really did help with the frizziness of my hair and I also use the leave-in conditioner. I use the hair spray and instead of using the sleek and shine oil, I read online that your hair gets frizzy because it means moisture, and so when you go outside and the humidity is like 90 %, they desperately want moisture. So I found a triple nutrition. Oil - that's three times the moisture, so this has more moisture, but then the sleek and shine line does so I personally use that for my hair. I don't really put it up on my scalp because it can sometimes make my hair a little more oily. So I do put it from shoulder link all the way down and I do make sure I really work it into the ends and also definitely use a deep conditioner, and this one is Aussie. It is the 3 minute miracle smooth conditioner. This has seriously changed my hair when I first started using it, it's insane how good this works. So what I do in the shower I'll put in my sleek and shine conditioner and then on top of that I'll add this. I don't need a ton because I really just want to work it from the shoulder down, but you don't leave your hair's thinner and not as thick as mine, but definitely this is maybe two dollars two or three dollars at Walmart. All of this you can get at Walmart, you can get Target, I'm sure you can get probably at any store and then obviously a brush. I know you're not supposed to brush your wet hair with an actual brush, but instead use a wide tooth comb or a wet brush. I have yet to get either. So I just do what works for me and I'm telling you that my hair has not like broken off using this brush. It has not gone thinner. My hair has actually gotten thicker and it has grown so much since I started using these products and doing my hair, how I do so, but that being said, let's get onto the tutorial when your hair is wet. This is like my after shower hair routine. I do this every single time I take a shower, so you get out. I don't have like a micro fiber towel anything like that, so I just use a normal towel, no big deal. So when I get out, I wring my hair out first with my hands. I give it a really good twist and then I put in my leave-in conditioner and then what I'll do is I'll, just wrap it up in the talk I'll keep it in the towel for probably about 30 ish minutes, depending on what I have to do. If I'm super busy, I won't leave it in that long, so it really just depends on your schedule what you have time for, and I understand that, what I'm showing you right now it might not work for everybody if you're super see. I understand that this is not gon na work for you, but I would say, give it a shot. Do it a couple times and just see what your hair does and how it changes so I'll brush it. So my hair is semi dry right now. So what I am going to do is kind of just show you what I do super easy, so I'll brush my hair. As you can see when I brush it, my hair is still a little frizzy. So this is not a proven method to completely get rid of your frizzy hair, because I'm gon na, let you in on a little secret. If your hair is curly. If you hear it's naturally frizzy, there is no way no way that you are completely gon na. Get rid of that curly hair or that frizzy hair, unless you put a whole bunch of chemicals in it and spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars that really only lasts a couple months. So I came to this realization. I just got ta kind of embrace it, but I'm gon na do what I can to help tame it. So when your hair is wet, you brush it with your wet brush, my tooth comb whatever and then you're going to douse the ends, shoulder link down baby ear links down with an oil. It really doesn't matter what this the three times moisture is what I use and it is fantastic. I pull my hair back in a low ponytail. I have done this for years and it has really just helped tame my hair, so you just pull it back. So I am gon na put it on my hair because it's in the morning, so when it's dry I do two or three squirts when it's wet I'll, I sometimes do up to ten so you're just going to get that oil all in your hair and see With the oil you can tell, my hair has already like killed a lot with the frizz, and so when it's wet, you are just going to twist your hair like this. While it's in the ponytail, it could be if it's soaking wet and will take a whole lot longer to dry. So I recommend doing it when it's damp, but you're really just gon na twist, all the way down so and while your hair is damp, it will stay in this twist and as it dries, I'm telling you sometimes this isn't like. Oh, it's taking forever for it to dry, but as it dries continue to run your fingers through your hair and continue to BRE twist it because, as you twist, your hair's gon na dry and as your hair dries it's gon na dry smooth. Now I do have a flyaways here like little hairs up here that stay curly, cuz they're too short to really get twisted in that's a no big deal, but just continue to finger comb twist your hair as it dries your hair will smooth out your hair will Get curly at the ends, and this is how I do kind of my heatless curls at the bottom of my hair. So it will look like that as you twist as it dries. If you do this and the evening, I would say: do it several hours before you go to bed and then, if you do it in the mornings, you can wear your hair like this to work. If your hair stamp, you can give yourself a little volume. Add some clips twist a strand of hair around the ponytail, so it doesn't look so like not put together, but you can definitely do this if you have a desk job, you know whatever I used to do this when I worked at a pharmacy, and so as Your hair dries it curls, and then you do get you know it's just these heatless, curls and they're, not perfect. It is pretty, and my hair is still see it's still wavy. So this is not gon na completely get rid of your curls. It'S not completely gon na get rid of your frizz, but it will absolutely help tame your hair. Okay hold on I'll get them for you in a minute, but yeah. This is what I do and then, when I'm done, when my hair is wet, I do top off with some slick and shiny hairspray and the cool thing about this hairspray is: it does not leave a residue on my hair, so when I brush it out it Basically, like that, won't completely brush out the hairspray, but my hair does not feel like it just had hairspray in it sleek and shine. It does, and it's amazing and I do number four - it's ultra stronghold, but it really doesn't make your hair super crunchy, which I love. So that is how I tame my curly frizzy hair. Let me know if you try this and how it works out for you. Thanks for watching

Maddie Tice: This makes me feel so much better about my hair. I used fructis religiously, but I stopped because everyone mentioned how bad it was for your hair. My hair has been a frizzy mess, and not as curly since I stopped. Definitely going to invest again. Thank you for this video! I’m excited I found your channel because we have a very similar curl pattern. Keep doing what you’re doing!! ❤️

Julia Fitch: Thank you so much
