Hey guys, this is McKenna here from live. Bold look bold and I'm coming to you with a hair tutorial on how to get big loose, natural-looking curls, when you already have naturally frizzy /, wavy, /, crazy /, whatever your hair wants to do that day, kind of hair. If you want to learn how I came my mates, then please keep watching so first, I'm gon na go in with my kenra platinum, hot spray, just mainly distributing this on the ends of my hair and wherever else that I feel I need it. This is gon na protect our hair from the hot tools that we are about to use. Next, I'm gon na go in and brush my hair, just to make sure that I distribute the hot spray evenly all over my head on a sidenote for those of you who have hair like me, and you want to leave it natural. This is why you do not brush through it when you want to leave it. Natural it'll just create a nice big frizz ball, and that's not the look that we're going for now. I'M brushing my hair from the ends all the way up to my scalp notice. I'M not just me yanking through my hair from my scalp to my ends. You have to start at the ends and work your way up, or else you're gon na pull out a lot of hair. This is what naturally wavy hair looks like all brushed out beautiful right. Next, I'm going to be showing you how to get rid of these nice little frizzy, curly baby hairs, so we're gon na go in with our Paul Mitchell, flat iron and just gon na go ahead and straighten all the little pieces making sure that we lay them Down exactly how we want them to, we don't want to see any frizziness or flyaways or anything of that nature, so I'm just gon na go ahead and do that same process. On the other side, this step is very beneficial for anyone with naturally frizzy hair. Like I have, however, if you already have pin straight hair, you can probably skip this part, but if you do have a hair texture like I do, then you definitely need to do this, because it will seriously complete your look and just look nice and sleek rather Than being you know, wavy and frizzy up top and then transitioning into different curls. Now we're gon na whip out our curling irons and able do you think this is a con air from like 10 years ago, but just make sure it's a 1 inch barrel and then you're not gon na use. This clamp you're just gon na pretend, like that's not even there and you're gon na turn it upside down and just wrap your hair wrap it. Now. You don't have to hold this for very long. I think I held it for about five or six seconds, but then you're gon na hold it in your hand until the curl pulls down - and this is just gon na really lock it into place and make sure that it's more springy and then it's gon na Last all day, you're gon na use this method kind of, like you would, with a wand, except with a wand, you're gon na get more of a transition. Curl, meaning you're gon na have a loose curl at the top and then more of a tight curl. At the bottom, whereas with this method, it's more of an even curl all around you're using a one-inch barrel, so it's all getting curled the exact same, and it's just gon na give you a really nice natural look. Also, here's a real-life moment. The girl was pretty hot um, just be careful when you're holding it letting it cool. You really need to hold it to let it lock in place and help it last all day. It'S seriously gon na last a lot longer, but don't burn your hand. Next, I'm just gon na go in and finger through my curls that way, they're not so perfect. I, like the nice natural messy look. Sometimes I feel like I go down a little too far with my curls this way, just because you know you have to pull them around to the front to get to the bottom, but that's okay! You can just go ahead and grab a few pieces just on top and just make it as curly as you want as high as you want, and then again I just finger through them also keep in mind that natural curls are not uniform, so don't care if They'Re exactly perfect, every curl is probably exactly the same. It'S okay! If you have some straight pieces or some wavy pieces to make it look more natural. Now, I'm going in with my Paul Mitchell, smoothing super skinny serum and I just need one little pump. It smells so good and then you just distribute it all over throughout your hair. It just makes it super sleek, shiny and more manageable. Now, I'm just gon na go in and figure through all the curls just making sure that the product is evenly distributed. When I use most of the product on my hands, I just take the excess, the little leftovers and just kind of rub those on my baby hairs at the nape of my neck. I'M finishing off my look with the kenra 25 spray and I always just flip my hair over spray. It, you know kind of scrunch it up. You can't really see because this camera right now, but I'm gon na, do the same things. When I flip my hair back over I'm gon na spray, the side scrunch it up kind of play with the girls get them to lay where I want them, and I'm gon na do the same thing on the other side. And then, if you want a little volume at the top, you can just kind of push your hair up with your fingers and spray it with some spray and you're good to go alright guys - and this is the finished look, so I hope you enjoyed my tutorial If you did like this video give me a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel, if you guys have any specific suggestions that you want me to make a youtube tutorial on, then just go ahead and leave it in the comments message me.
