Hey everyone welcome back to my channel, so one of the most important steps to having good hair is to know the correct way to shampoo it, as we do this every other day. So let's get started so step one and one of the most important steps is never to use hot water as it loosens the hair follicle and increases hair loss and dries the hair out further remember to use lukewarm to cool water and make sure that your hair Is nice and damp before you can apply any shampoo to it? Do not use extra shampoo to increase lather, as this will just dry your hair out further. The shampoo I'm currently using is the l'oreal smooth, intense, smoothing shampoo. Instead of using motion Ambu, you can dilute it with a little bit of water to increase the lather step. 3 is also really important, as you have to be very gentle on your hair when it's wet so massage your scalp moving in circular motions all over and concentrate more on your scalp, because this is the place that has all the grime the dirt and buildup gently. Massage the nape, the sides and all over using the tip of your fingers and not your nails and once you're done with your scalp, move on to your midlands and ends once again be really gentle on your Midlands and hands and do not rub your hair. As this is just going to remove the extra moisture from the hair and cause it to frills, step 4 is by far the most important step in the entire process. So gently squeeze out all the excess water from your hair. Using your hands squeeze out all the water from scalp to tip, and if you have extra time you can use a microfiber towel like this. This step is so important because when your hair is wet, the conditioner gets diluted and does not work its best, and I promise you, your conditioner will work hundred times better at conditioning your hair, so take those five to 10 seconds out to remove the excess water From your hair, after that, moving on to the application of the conditioner and currently I'm using the Kerastase nutritive masks for thick hair, and I take about this much conditioner for my hair. Rub it in your palms and if you can see my hair is not dripping wet, because I've removed all the extra water from it. Then straight Garin must watching the product into your hair. And, to begin with, I like to press the product into my hair from Midlands and ends first here I like to be really gentle and press the product into my hair and not use my fingers to be too harsh and with the leftover product apply a little Bit towards the scalp always remember to not apply too much conditioner on your scale, because conditioner is mainly for your hair leave it on for at least 45 minutes, and if you can try your best to rinse your hair out with cool water, to see amazing results. Cool water also seals your cuticles and the conditioner into your hair, giving your hair that fury, nice shine and luster make sure that you've got all your conditioner out gently squeeze out all the extra water from root to tip using a microfiber towel or an old t-shirt. If you're going to be harsh and rub your hair you're only going to increase the frizz and flyaways and once your hair is damp a finish off with a serum or a leave-in conditioner, I'm using the Moroccan oil serum. I got this as a sample, and this is working really well on my hair, so take a little bit and apply to your midlands and ends only so that's about it. This is what I do on every alternate day to take care of my hair, so I hope this video helps you all if it did give it a big thumbs up. Also share this video with your friends subscribe to my channel and I'll see y'all really soon. Bye

JGA kiu: Im glad that I watched this video last month. I assumed that im washing my hair right. Since the last couple of months I was experiencing dry, oily, frizzly hair and welp, hair fall I never, once in my life to try scrubbing my hair gently, well in my case, it's actually quite the opposite. Thanks to this, my hair had improved a lot during these 4 weeks of showering. I might of think of sharing this to my sister, this should be useful. And also subscribed!

anna dinh: i’ve watched many videos on how to shampoo/wash your hair, and take care of it carefully, and this video was by far the best! the instructions were clear and everything was easy to understand. now i know how to take good care of my care, and wash it properly, so now i have fresh, nice and clean hair. thank you so much, you’re a lifesaver! xx :)

TheWinglessHawk: Thank you so much for this video. <3 I never knew how to treat my hair right. My mother also had never contact with something like a conditioner so I was completely on my own (and my friends don't use it). My thick red hair felt so much healthier und so fluffy.

Lakshmi Kulkarni: Hi Shalini! The video was great I was just wondering how do you dry your hair naturally with all the shine and volume without heat? When i do it, it ends but being weird at the roots

Sumera Harun: Hi Shalini dee! On winters, I shampoo my hair every 2nd or 3rd day but in summers my scalp gets really sweated and oily and when I return from school I just can't help but shampoo it EVERYDAY! Can u please tell me how to get rid of the greasy feeling so that I can skip washing on summers too?

Abbey M: I tried to do it this way. Although diluting the shampoo didn't dilute enough for lathering more on my scalp. I try to ring out the water from my hair but water always finds its way in my hair still when I try apply the conditioner. I might have been a little harsh applying the conditioner in my hair the first time I tried this. So I'll try to be gentle applying the conditioner.

Joye B: Really loved the video, it is very helpful. Now I understand why my conditioner didn't work properly. But I have a question and that is do you dry your hair with a hair dryer after applying the hair serum or do you let your hair air dry? It will be really helpful if you could solve my problem because I've seen using hair dryer dries out my hair even when it is well shampooed and conditioned.

C Foster: Wow these are actually USEFUL tips! Thanks.

Christa Quelnan: Omg my hair is so frizzy I've always wondered why. I always rubbed it and massaged my scalp so harshly. I thought it would spread the product more and probably make some more effect. I was wrong
