Hey guys so, a while ago I posted a get ready with me, video and in that video I had these overnight waves that I showed you and many people asked me to do a tutorial on those, so um I'm going to do that today. Now this is actually ridiculously easy. All you need to do is the night before you need. The girls make your hair a little bit damp with a bit of water. You can do that from a spray Bowl or just from the tap just make it a little bit. I'M not dripping wet, it needs to dry overnight and then what you're going to do? It'S just gather half of your hair, approximately it really doesn't matter at all gather it high. On top of your head, I like to do that so that the curls start close to the top of my head or the waves or whatever. So now what I'm going to do is just twist my hair, like that and form a little Cinnabon so twist, my hair, like that's and then into a bun, and I fastened this with the hair elastic, does really matter how you do this just make sure that It will stay all night, so I like to do one across just so that it won't go all wobbly and do the exact same thing on the other side, and that is all and now you're going to leave this in. For a few hours till your hair is dry or overnight, as I like to do it and then, when you wake up, your hair will have dried and fixed itself into this twisted position. So when you undo it it will form little waves. So I will sleep in this tonight and be back next morning to show you what it looks like good morning so um during the like one of my buns kind of undid itself. So I fastened it with a clip and, let's see what it comes out like this could happen. You never know. Oh there's, still quite a bit the chippy curled. Oh that's! Okay! That'S! Okay! Okay! So this one that's down properly! So, let's undo this one, it worked, and that is really all so. I really hope you enjoyed this tutorial and this is a great great curling method. If you don't want to use heat on your hair, it makes very natural-looking waves. Of course, it will turn out a bit different every time. It also depends on whether you make one big bun or two small ones or many small ones that will change the size of the curls to smaller de bunda, smaller curls, so um yeah. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. If you have any questions, please feel free to comment below or send me a message. I want to thank you so much for watching and I will see you soon. Bye,

SweetPea: I have really thin, fine hair, so I have a time with curls. This method works for me sometimes. What's weird is one side is always better than the other. Sometimes my  hair is beautiful in the morning, others...not so much.

beefandbeans: i love how you look naturally pretty i mean your eyebrows, your face/makeup and your hair you dont do it too much i love that

taimatsuko: This is a great look<3 I love also just wearing my hair in the two 'china buns' during the day and then taking them down for a night out.

aya hadd: When my hair is damp, I put it in a ponytail and twist it around my hand until it stays in a coiled shape. Then it just dries that way. After it dries I brush out the coil I made and curls form, just like yours did!

vonlemp: I do this pretty often, since I try to stay away from using heat/hair tools. Works great for me, but then again, I have pretty fine and naturally very wavy hair. Saves me a lot of time in the morning and still looks like I actually spent some time doing my hair!

SagesMind: I wish my hair was longer so I can try this...I love you and your tutorials so much!

BoundInHumanBones: Thanks for uploading this! After your get ready video I tried this with my hair but it didnt work out. But I was doing it wrong! Gonna try this soon again!

Evie Phillips: I tried This and it was amazing thank you so much

Theresa Stiles: You're so beautiful! And I have to try this!

Yazzy Spazzy: SO ADORABLE! :D Gonna try this tonight c:

Thanh Nguyen: OMG THANK YOU!You basically saved my life☺️

Kim Taura: Loepsie, thank you for doing videos for heatless curls. Do you use any products to keep the curls curly all day? My hair doesn't hold curl well.

Viv C: I've actually done this multiple times before, and my parents think im crazy LOL, but i mean i love the results.

Maren Who: I use bobby pins or those u-shaped pins (no idea what they're called) additionally to secure the bun so it doesn't undo itself. Works great for me!

ixi9: I really love your videos. You are so down to earth and lovely :)

Kay Cheng: you can section your hair into more buns and use mousse to defrizz and define! it works for me :)

peggs321: I did this last night and it worked for the most part (one side was looser). Of course, it just so happened to be snowing in New York and the wind just had to blow the snow all over my hair. Suffice to say, my hair went back to its natural state..but will definitely try again!

Smile: You are so naturally beautiful!

TheLemonLily: beautiful!

Sawol ♡︎: I'm trying it out now!! hope it works!:)

o0candikat0o: Thanks!! It does help :-)

LeilaniV: I have really thick hair too so it never works that well if I only do two buns (or they get flat really fast probably due to the weight of my hair, idk) ...anyway, I think it would be better if you try to do more buns! Keep on practicing until you find the amount of buns and the amount of hair for each bun that works best for you ^-^ I hope I was able to help you =)

frazee1: yay i love to see a new video in my subscription box from you! one of our favorites!!!

Parimala Devi: how long do the curls/waves last on fine hair?

Natasha: i like to section my hair into four or even six buns, it will look poofy at first but it will slowly look great :D

emacwakeup: Love this, n love your hair colour too :)

Yasmine De Wilde: Ik vind je haarkleur echt prachtig in deze video!

SammieMaureen: could you do a video on hair styles that look good when you're wearing a big floppy sun hat? i usually just wear my hair down and its sometimes very windy so it gets all tangled but if i try putting it in a ponytail, the hat sits at a weird angle lol

Krystyswi: How long do the curls usually last?

Cassidy Ann: I'm trying this tonight!!!

Mermaid Motel: It worked!!!!

Alysson_: Can this work for frizzy / wavy hair ?

vm games: hi loepsie, would you be able to do an update video to show us how long your hair is now? :)could you do front and back view pls as im growing mine long and your an inspiration :) thankyou.

Princess Leia: Some tips that have worked for me : don't section it, gather all of your hair into one bun. DON'T leave it overnight! leave it for about 2 hours. The result is much less frizzy that way. Make sure you have combed your hair before you do it, and try applying some hair oil after you let it down. Do NOT brush your hair after you leave it down, section it with your hands.

MissDoke: Bedankt voor de tip! Ik heb krullend haar van mezelf, maar de onderkant krult meestal niet zo goed mee. Ik ben benieuwd of dit werkt voor mij.

ana- meme: جميل و سهل :)

Opal: Been waitin' for this vid :D thanx!

Josefina Schatz: Exactly the same happens to me. I have too much and thick hair. When I do this kind of things, the next morning my hair is as straight as always... :-(

Love Shaw: Question: I have curly hair so I would have to straighten my hair first, and then do this, but if i get my hair damp then its gonna get frizzy and nappy! What do i do instead of damping my hair?

o0candikat0o: That's a good idea, I may visit there one day with my family.

Katharina J.: I did it last night (without tutorial). You should have seen my hair this morning.... ggrrrr.. I´ll try it agian

joellezw00: Leuk hoor! ;)

Sarah Cooper: thank u so much for the share

nepherdwen: i do a big bun on the top of my head so it's more comfortable to sleep and the waves start closer to me roots

qVICKYq: I have a question: if you don't apply hairspray to the waves, then how do you maintain the waves? How do you keep them in shape as long as possible?

siddhi yevle: m so lucky dt i hv such hair naturally!!! :)

Ollla Dobrosułka: jak to jest być taką ładną także z rana? :)

Knitbeee: You must do VEDA again this April!

Cawolinee: That's a good idea ! But the problem with my hair is that it does't last at all (because my hair is quite straight)... Do you have any suggestion about that?

Kellie Sheppard: your beautiful xx

canisaurus13: i usually do like 6 lil buns. i always feel like Gwen Stefani.

steph hasting: Maybe you can section them into more parts. :D

Alysson_: Can this work for frizzy /

Dina Shier: what if it tangeled and became frizzy ??

Mermaid Motel: Same problem here! and it's curly too 0.0

chickytoo82: I want you to do a video about what English words you find hard to say/understand, even though your English is really good. I recently saw a video about some Germans trying to say squirrel. I think a video like that would be fun.

Lunarwolfe: my hair is too long and thick to do this, i'd need about 10 to fit it in D:

Tanya Khem: can you make a tutorial of how to make curly hai r with only 1 material

Perdita Tinsel: I put a scarf or large fabric hair band round my head to stop the buns coming undone.

Hfin: do you prefere this or the sock bun for curls/waves? which would be less damaging for the hair?

Yesi S: Thanks

talia lowton: I've tried this so many times but it never turns out right! it may be because my hair is thick because it comes out very poofy, idk :P

Tweek Butters: Lucy! What happened to that Elrond hair tutorial? I remember seeing a picture of it I think on either your IG or FB? PLEASE VOTE UP SO SHE SEES!

Bushra Chowdhury: Can i do it with my rebonded hair ? coz each an everytime i go to the parlour to do curls they tell me , it cnt be done :S

Amber Allison: I'm in them right now

nienwinterpien: Hoi! Liefs!

frazee1: oh yes i agree with one of the other comments i wud love to see some more things on the neverlands from what i saw so far it is absolutley the greatest place on earth..i would like to see some scenery an some of your stores an restaraunts you go too..:)

jennifer: you are so pretty

Florina Flower: oh ok! Is that the VEDA thingy that you did last year? Does that stand for vlog every day in april?

Anna Jones: Yesterday I did the same thing what u did with your hair, but how come I did not get curls?

PrettyGirlyThings87: Ik doe dit ook altijd maar na 5 minuten hangt het alweer recht naar beneden... helaas. :P

Florina Flower: Hey! I posted another comment on the subject if it's useful to you. Tell me if you think it'll help with her video. Bye!;)

Katrina Renee: Love your accent

mistake: I prefer them called double buns

Mitters: I love your videos!! I've always wondered though, which part of The Netherlands are you from? ^^

Tanya Khem: do hav a method that can only use one material

o0candikat0o: Daily lifestyle things like what your grocery store looks like, streets, etc.

Florina Flower: wow. I feel important now.;) Maybe just compare some of the biggest differences in fashion, food, and how people relate with each other. I'm sorry if i come off as pushy, I just really like learning about other places. And about the people relating thing... im half spanish and half american, and have noticed differences in the social environments in both countries. But hey, i am only a humble student. Sorry if that was boring and unimformative, bye!

Charlie Gosling: She reminds me of roan atkinson ? Anyway really good idea and tuturial looks really cute :)

penguina: Put a head scarf on so that it stays

nonodd nono: hey! you resemble a Turkish actress so much!! search as Pelin Karahan.

Florina Flower: Lucy, I know you don't answer many comments, but I think that you should a video about the Netherlands.

kei z: ure so pretty

Rayatetheday: These aren't waves and people with straight hair can't get waves

Florina Flower: Hi again lucy. I have replied to your question if you're still considering doing the video. I think it's the fifth or sixth comment under this video. Sorry in advance for my scatter-brained-ness.(that's going to be a word now)

nwerpy: thats my natural hair But it only curls in the back so I hate it and it’s disgustingAnd a nightmare to brush out

Sofia C.: OMG I'm a SOFIA C. like the person below me:0

DarkR0ze: It's not a cinnabun it's a Bantu Knot. Though Bantu Knots are medium in size and more than four.
