Hey guys how you guys want to win, I hope you guys are all doing well, so today's video is going to be about the ad products and vitamins I'm currently using majority of you guys do hugs me of the product that I'm using and the vitamins I Use so this is just going to be about that, so I'm going to keep it very simple. If you have any questions, please leave them on the comment box below and I'll try my possible best to answer them. So let's get right into it. So for my shampoo, I use the try to make you in one shampoo and conditioner, and the reason why I use this to add my shampoo. Even though it's got a conditioner in it is because it makes my hair really really soft as compared to the one. I used to use, which is which was a deep cleanse shampoo and I find using the deep cleanse ample dries, my hair health, a lot and when I eventually put the conditioner in my hair, I find that I use a lot of hair with the deep cleanse Shampoo and with a deep, clean shampoo, so I thought you know what, especially when you're trying to stretch your relaxer on your hair is you've got two textures in your hair. Finding a shampoo that works for you, I think, is the key for you retaining length and growth. So I use this and I'm going to tell you this right now, guys it don't make a lot of difference to the amount of air you do lose. I find myself losing less air with having the two-in-one, shampoo and conditioner and then using the conditioner. So yes, I love this guide so for the conditioner I use the big cleanse and replenish conditioner and it's by Tresemme. Once again, I will put all the products on the information bar, so you guys can go and check it out on ya. Please dolls, or it goes a long way because, like I said using the shampoo and conditioner helps my edge soft in my hair and then using this just finalizes it so yeah. I don't think I'll change using Treasury. So that's for my shampoo and conditioner after I finish watching my hair. I use my herbal essence as my leaving conditioner, and this is Pete and this please end defense cream. Now they don't sell this in the UK in case most of you are wondering. Where did I get it from? I got this form up on the US, and I heard quite a few of it because I know I'll be using it a lot and I've still got some in in a path like this. So if you're in the UK - and you want to try this out - you let me know I can send some of this out to you guys - you want subscribe to me so make sure you a subscriber - and it is a very good product. It doesn't weigh my hair down. It gives my hair in life. You know, keep it alive, and that is what I want and I as well. I love about my hair because it's not weigh down it's really soft juicy. You know so it's really soft and bouncy, and that's what I love guys. So this is what I use as my hair moisturizer. So get yourself one on TV to try. You know for my hair oil fill in my hair. After that I use my good carrot. Serum oil and I've been using this for years now and I don't think I'll ever changes, it's really nice. It doesn't wear my hair down. I use it a lot in the summer, but for the winter I use shea butter and the reason why I use shea butter in the winter is because shea butter, it's quite thick, and it is the winter your you find out your hair is that we dry And read to you know: pitch is so cold, so using shea butter. Just you know it makes my hair, let's try for in the wind in the summertime. I use this and it's very light and that's what I use for my tail for the tail somewhere right now and yeah. I have to sleep love using the oil right, so that is the stuff I used for my hair and I'm going to go right into the vitamins I use right before I go into the vitamins. I am going to tell you guys right now. I have a qualified pharmacist in the UK, so these reasons I'm using, I know what they offer and I know the benefit of the risk. So if you want the best and medicine advice, you've got the right person yet so leave your comments in the comment that if you want to ask anything about alien medicine, so the vitamin I use our method I use is I used it Mindy. I use it. Mindy - and I know most of you are probably wondering like why issue using Maternity. The reason I'm using vitamin C is because I'm very deficient in vitamin D. I started noticing some symptoms and being a pharmacist. I noticed, and it might be due to my lack of vitamin D, so I go. I run my doctor of an accent to carry out some tests for me to check if I'm actually deficient in vitamin D, and to my surprise, yes, I am so. I started out put vitamin D 20,000 units and later on, I didn't need it. My little bitty levels became okay, oughta maintain and not becoming low in vitamin D. I use this and is a 1000 unique, a point of entry 25 microgram, so it is quite high. I take this once a day in the winter. I take two of this so 2,000 units. We keep equal even to 50 microgram a day. So that is what I take and I got this for 10 pounds: 3 boxes, all companies and they're doing oh shoot. Don'T even ominous and is up, I think it's about 96. Last time I record yeah things about 96. I got 96 and I got 3, so that's just 10 pounds, so 2 3 for the price of 2. So, yes, that is this VDI used, and I also take my iron tablets. I'M very low in iron to us all and ion goes a long way in helping you and it just helps you to to to get less to become less tired and sick, and all that. So I take this our yeah, the one thing I noticed as well, when, when I notice my iron levels were very low is I was like very out feeling very dizzy, and I think it was also due to the fact I was low in vitamin D feeling Very dizzy on my hair was very pain. I was becoming very teen and then obviously, due to my expected due to my career - and I went straight to you - know, get my iron ever checked on yeah. So that is what I take on possible. I think every morning, religiously, every morning I do not miss them, because when I miss them I noticed the difference immediately. So I think about once a day, if you're very learned with a very low in iron, you can take up to one three times a day, but my levels are not too bad, so I take one daily. So do get your vitamin C and iron level checked before you start taking them, and I take my vitamin D because I do not travel a lot. I live in the UK, it's very cold here and I'm not in the Sun a lot. So obviously, if you live in a very odd country, you would not need it, maybe because you've got the master of sunshine, but we aren't here so you just got to keep yourself LD and yeah. I, when I take my vitamin D, I find myself less sick and I think everybody in the UK should take. This Mindi really really goes a long way in you know, keeping yourself and clean and healthy, so yeah. In the past, I used to take galas and I used to take zinc, so I stopped taking them now because I'm still breastfeeding my little girl and every time I take those two medicines. It doesn't seem to agree with with her so and I stopped taking them. But I'll be going back on them once and so breastfeeding, but yeah guys. That is all I use. I would say the best thing is not to have a lot of product on your hair and make sure you eat right and make sure you drink do drink. The right amount of water a day I drink. I aim for two litres of water a day and I try to eat good food and all of that contributes to your hair growing and contributes to you retaining the lens you have, and this can mean you being natural relaxed of text so guys, if you have Any questions in regards to medicines in regards to hair product do give me a do. Put your comments on the comment below and I'll try my best to answer all of them so for now I'm out. If you want to see how I got this help, please go to my channel and you would see how I achieved this gorgeous skills gorgeous gorgeous skills and I've been wearing it now for a week slow yet to check it out.
