Hey guys, this is Shay now lately I've been getting a lot of. Ladies exid me about how do I do my hair now for the past 12 years, I've been doing my own hair. I do my own relaxer and I was cutting it myself, but here recently about six months ago I started going back to the hairdresser, so she does my relaxer. But when I go home I roll my hair, and this is what I used. I used the soft twist rollers they're 3/4 of an inch and I put 8 of them in my hair. I have 4 going down the middle here, two on the side and then there's two in the back, so I'm gon na go ahead and take them up and just show y'all how? I call me okay. Now I don't. I don't part my hair when I roll it. I just paint kind of just gather a piece and just roll it up, but there you got one two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight simple as that. So what I do is because my hair is were a tightly curled. It'S been rolled up since Sunday evening, and this is Tuesday, so it's pretty tight. So what I do is and they keep the parts from Shawn. I just go ahead and just kind of wrap. It around my head a little bit to kind of relax a little to curl out, but you want to be careful because sometimes when it's rolled up for a long time, the ends will get a little tangled because the curl is so tight. So you want to be careful not to pop your hair, I'll break it off when you're trying to loosen the curl. So this this is just me like I'm, not a professional, I'm not a hairdresser. This is just the way I do my hair, so heatless curls. No heat like us, I'm just kind of trying to relax a little bit out of it, so it won't be. You know with all those parts showing where I actually rolled it, even though I did not part my hair. It looks like there's parts in it, because my hair is not real course. I don't have a real thick hair. My hair is actually medium to fine, which is one reason why I roll it, because that helps give it a lot of body. You know now the curl. This is still gon na be real curly but, like I just think it helps it look better to kind of just wrap it around my head a little bit but - and I know some women - do the old fashioned roller wrap. What I actually watched her hair sit on as a dryer and then when the rollers come out, they wrap it. But if I do that, my own, it just be flat like a pancake, so I actually sleep in my rollers so now that I've done that. Let me just go ahead and just calm it down, but I'll go ahead and just kind of get my little part in there. First, sometimes it takes me a minute cuz, my hair is thin, so don't want the part to be too deep, too big. So once I pretty much get where I want the part I didn't, I just go ahead and just start calming it down, get my mirror here and, like I said, take my time, you want to take your time when your hair is curled over a real tight Core you don't want to pop the ends off. You don't want to break your hair and I am using pretty much like a wet comb like a wide toothed comb that helps a lot. As you see it's curled up pretty tightly about a year ago, I cut my hair and a real short pixie cut and made by day you know just about a year late. It'S already grown back now. It'S curled up real tight. As you can see, my hair has some pretty good length to it. There see it's just curled up, curled up really tight and, as the day goes on, the curls will start to kind of fall. Hey. You know you just call me a hair styler how you want it. You know women. We have a certain way. We want to part our hair. How we want to do the bang. You can push it behind your ear. If you want like on this side, I go ahead a lot of time to kind of just push it behind my ear a little bit or you can leave it out. It doesn't matter and then just work. What you're betting! You know most of y'all busting out. You you, let me don't know how to do it and as far as what oil sheen or all the grease, I don't believe it or not. I don't have anything and all in my hair, the only thing my beautician did after she relaxed my hair. Was she shampooed conditioned it, and then she put just a little mousse around the edges to hold it down, and she put me onto the dryer and after my finish and she combed my hair down. While it was the way it put me under the dryer and then I thought came from under the dryer, she simply just blow-dried it straight, and then she pro style that used some type of little electric curling device. And then I went home and I rolled it and it's been super shiny in strength. I just got a relaxed your three weeks ago, so still pretty straight yes, so this is just about it y'all and I might work with it just a little more and that's pretty much it and I kind of just kind of smooth it around around the edges. Here cuz I like to have something covering my for you'd, always like to have a little bang there, so just kind of work with it till you get it the way you want it. You know, like I say it's curl, don't really tight. So, as you can see, when I call me you can see the link, so it's a growing a lot cuz within a short pixie cut little Halle Berry. Could I cut it what last year September of seventeen no September of seventeen - and this is the beginning of nineteen, so it's been a little over a year now and it's pretty much grown all the way back, go ahead and wrap this up real, quick! I'M almost done just checking in here. You can see even have some really nice tight, heatless curls. You don't have to worry about damaging your hair. Hopefully y'all can see. Hopefully, y'all can see pretty good. That'S it from the side and it's far as color. I don't dye my hair. I do have grades it's hard to see it cuz when my hair is relaxed and it's like super shiny and straight and camouflages. I like the gray hair, but once it gets frizzy and it's time for a relaxer, you can see the grade, but I do have gray going through my hair. Now. What I do use is, I use a cover. Stick here is Carla gray, hair touch-up. It'S both on the picture is showing it's just to cover the room, but I don't really have a lot of gray at the room, but I didn't have grey on the side. So I use this black cover. Stick just to go around the edges. Just a couple of the grades on the side, because I just to me, I just think it just looks weird because my hair is super dark and what all the gray going in the front. It just looks weird like a werewolf or something to me. So now, if my whole head turns gray to Danielle I'll, just leave it, but while my hair is still super dark, I would rather just kind of cover up the gray. So I don't dye my hair because my hair so thin, it probably would just pull my hair out. You know but yeah, so that's pretty much it yeah and then, when I get ready to put my er up at night, I just basically take it in you know and put the four rollers one. Two three four like that: put two on the side: roll it up that way and then two in the bag and that's it and I mean they're fine for me, you know then bother me too much sleeping on and I mean they're fine, I'm used to it. So yeah! So if y'all liked this video share it and thanks for watching
