Heatless Curls | Flexi Rods Set | Relaxed Hair

Hi guys welcome back to my channel. My name is danielle and i hope you're all doing well. So in today's video i'm just going to show you how i done my heatless curls overnight um, i haven't done a flexible setting for so long and i just decided. I wanted like a really curly look. Um just wanted something a little bit more different. If you noticed lately, i have been a bit plain. I know i'm into my whole healthy care routine. However, odd times i just want to enjoy my hair and enjoy hairstyles again and of times. I will just change it up, just a bit not too too much, but just a bit so yeah. If you want to see how this hairstyle came together, then keep watching. I'M just gon na section my hair into six sections and, as you can see, i'm using my wide tooth crown to part my hair, which is a big improvement, but i'm just going to section each part and clip it up with a section clip. So i can just work on each section now finish with my sections just going to spray in some water, mainly at the ends, and just rub that in then i go ahead with my moisturizer just to get my hair really moisturized again and then, after that, i Will go in with my oil and then i'll just mainly be putting that in the ends and that's just to seal and give the hair a bit of shine. You can use whatever oil you want, um, whatever your favorite oil is me. I just use my little oil mix and then i was just using the brush to smooth it and you couldn't really see properly, but i was just rolling it down. That'S what i was trying to do, just roll it all down. So this section, you can see a lot more clearer, so i was just rolling it all together. I would personally say - and i think now looking back at this - why the curl wasn't as defined as i wanted it to be. It was because i was rolling it all together. What i should have done was done a spiral curl um. If you do a spiral, curl, that's what more or less has a better definition. So next time i do do this style. Definitely obviously post it. On my instagram, but i will definitely do a spiral curl now i've put in all the rollers, i'm just going to use my do-rag, and that is just to tie my hair up, because this is going to be a heatless curl and then i'll just take them Out in the morning, so this is the next day i'm just going to take off my do-rag and i'm just checking that they are fully dry and i'm just taking out each roller, but just make sure that you're taking them out carefully and that your hair is Dry, if not um, if you was going somewhere, then i would suggest quickly just run under the hairdryer box, since you wanted it to be heatless. That'S why i try not to put too much product in my hair, so it can dry fully by the next day. So now i'm just putting a bit of oil in my hands and then what i'm doing is just separating them carefully make sure you do it carefully. I know this is sped up a bit, but just take your time and do this, because if you do it too much and too fast and too heavy, you can um cause frizz in your hair. So just be careful with it! This, as you can see when i was taken out, unfortunately, it wasn't defined like i said it was just the way i put in those rollers. So make sure you, if you do do this, do a spiral curl, that's what it needs to be, but i'm definitely going to try this again, because i did like the little short look on me but yeah you just got a fluff. Take your time. You know shape it up how you want that's all. It is really and then you're good to go. So these are the final results of my hair. As i noticed in this, i haven't done a flexi rod set in ages. I think the last time i've done it was in about um august september 10. That was the last one i had around that time. I remember that's my profile picture that was last time in the summer and it came out really really nice, but for some reason i just somehow lost my touch. I did do the same steps. I did last time. I don't know what i need to do differently. I'M sure those were the same steps but yeah um. I like the style itself like the hairstyle. I personally like itself. However, i'm just a bit disappointed that some of the curls can you see it's kind of like a bit of a wavy sort of look, but i'm just going to rock it like this, because, usually you know with me hairstyles when i'm just not too happy. You know me, i just go back and put it in one, but i'm just going to rock out like this. I just really wanted my hair and, like a short, curly sort of bob style overall, i personally like the style itself, but i just wish some of the curls were just more defined. It'S just not how i've done it before and i think it was the way i was rolling them like i said i haven't done this doll in ages and i think it was just the way i was rolling them. I don't know what it was, but i will try this again, maybe try again off camera, but you will come out really well and then, if i can maybe later on i'll, do another video on these but yeah overall, like the style like i said, i wish The curls were just more defined, so, as always, i just want to say thank you so much for watching this.
