Hello gorgeous welcome back to my Channel today I have a new video for you and it's all about the hair, so I'm gon na jump right in it. I'M gon na show you how to curl your hair with a straightening iron. I know I did a video about this already, but we're gon na do it again. Okay, if you guys remember right over here, is my first video that I did where I was testing out. Can you really curl your hair with a straightening iron? Can you not, but I got a new straightening iron. This one is from Drybar, it's actually from my Nordstrom's beauty, haul, video and this one is capable because it gets very, very hot, it's ceramic and yeah. So, let's just jump right in so what I'm gon na do. My hair is too freshly washed and dried, I'm gon na section it off and start with the underneath layers. First, because that's how I style my hair regularly, I'm going to clip my hair up and then take a section and show you how to do it all right. So I'm gon na clamp and twist like so so that there's a good twist around it and the tail is free, see how it is right there, so it wraps around once in the front and once in the back and then I'm gon na slowly pull through. I I let go to fast, but you can see how it does. It adds a perfect curl. I I personally like to twist as I'm going down like so so it just adds the twist to it. But right there is your perfect curl. So I like this straightener for it and I think that any ceramic will do the same. You know you get the same effect, but I like this one because I get so hot. It gets to 450 degrees, which my hair will not hold curl, unless my curling wand is really hot, which I also really love the Drybar curling wand. But if you want a product, that's going to do both straight and and curl, then this is your best bet. So, as I twist like so you and make sure to keep your hair and in the plates, because if you move it beyond the plates, obviously it's not going to curl, so I'm gon na just keep twisting as I'm going down there you go. So that is how you do it so easy right if you have a straightener and you're not getting this effect, it's because it's not the right kind of straightening iron. You have to make sure that it heats through on both sides. So I'm gon na section off the next layer clip up the top, get it out of the way and do it all over again. So I'm taking a section of hair, it's not very thick. Maybe you know half an inch clamp twist and again make sure. That'S on the plates hold your ends and then slowly pull out but rotate as you're doing it, and I don't like to do the very ends of my hair, just because I like the ends to be straight, but there you go, there's your curl! So easy! You get the same effect as if you're using a curling water, alright guys. So that is the finished. Look like curls just the same as a curling wand, but it's a straightener, and so it does it two jobs for the price of one, alright guys. So I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. My hair is so straight it won’t catch a curl. About the only thing I can use is an iron with a clamp and even then they don’t last but five minutes.
