Note: I'm using my Super Luxurious 160 gram in shade Mocha Brown 1C set here straight out of the package. It is 20" in length, and has not been trimmed.
The original video we have done on How to Clip in Luxy Hair Extensions was shot years ago when we just started the business and the lighting was a bit off, it was too long and the audio was mehhh...just okay...hehe so we wanted to shoot something of a better quality for you guys, so it's easier to follow the video when you are clipping in your Luxies:)

In this video we'll show you how to quickly and easily transform your hair into long voluminous locks in minutes without zero damage to your own hair. One of the best features about luxy hair extensions is the super sturdy and secure clips. Let'S take a closer look at the clips: each clip has a silicone grip which helps the weft to securely and tightly attached to the hair without falling out. All you have to do is unclip to open and click back to close start off by brushing your own hair thoroughly using a paddle brush to get rid of any tangles separate a straight thin section of hair at the nape of your neck and clip the rest Of the hair away using a hair clip brush out the first three clip weft before clipping it into your hair from the bottom up using a paddle brush measure. The weft against your head to ensure the size of the weft will fit perfectly into the section. Hair find the center of your head and clip in the middle clip into the roots of the hair. Next clip the left side and then the right [ Applause, ] separate a straight thin section of hair above the first clip left and clip the rest of the hair away. Using a hair clip brush out the smallest four clip wept before clipping it into your hair. From the bottom up, using a paddle brush measure, the weft against your head to ensure the size of the weft will fit perfectly into the section hair find the center of your head and clip in the middle clips into the roots of the hair. First, next clip the side clips as well separate a straight thin section of hair from ear to ear, right above the second clipped and weft, and clip the rest of the hair away. Using a hair clip brush out the largest four clip weft before clipping it into your hair from the bottom up using a paddle brush measure, the weft against your head to ensure the size of the weft will fit perfectly into the section. Hair find the center of your head and clip in the middle clips into the roots of the hair. First, next clip the side clips as well. Keep in mind, this demonstration is using a full 10-piece hundred sixty grams set if using a hundred twenty gram set. Amid the step using the second for clip weft and continue on to the next step, using the second three clip wat separate, a straight thin section of hair about two inches below the crown of your head and clip the rest of the hair away. Using a hair club brush out the second third clip weft before clipping it into your hair from the bottom up using a paddle brush measure. The weft against your head to ensure the size of the weft will fit perfectly into the section here, find the center of your head and clip in the middle clip into the roots of your hair. First, next clip the side clips as well separate a straight thin section of hair about two inches above the ear and clip the rest of the hair away. Using a hair club brush out the first two clip back before clipping it into your hair from the bottom up using a paddle brush secure the clip closest to your hairline first next secure. The second clip separate a thin straight section of hair right above the two clip weft and clip the rest of the hair away. Using a hair clip brush out the first one clip weft before clipping it into your hair from the bottom up using a paddle brush, grab a small piece of hair right at the roots and secure the one clip weft as close to the roots as possible. Separate a thin straight section of hair right above you ear and clip the rest of the hair away using a hair clip brush out the second one clip weft before clipping it into your hair from the bottom up using a paddle brush grab a small piece of Hair at the roots and secure the one clip weft as close to the roots as possible, now repeat the exact same process on the other side of your head: [ Applause, ],

sturgess123456: I love my extensions. I bought them last year & now my own hair length has grown to roughly 18 inches, but I love using them for volume on a special night out. I think properly cleaning & storing your extensions is a key essential in keeping them "new".
pariss1358: I wanted to buy this for a long time, finally I got mine today! Super excited! Hair quality is good and it comes in a nice box, delivery was super fast. I live in Orange County, USA and I got it in 1 day! I tried it on today to see how it blends with my hair, I haven't styled or brush them. They shed, so I recommend to be super gentle with the hair (I was but it still sheds) I ordered Mocha brown and I wish if I would get dark brown instead. Make sure you get the right color because you can't return after opening the box.
Luxy Hair: Our clips are very secure and don't require you to tease the roots of your hair, unless you have super slick and fine hair. Then you'd need the extra texture that teasing provides :)
Chantelle Marie: I seriously LOVE luxy hair extensions. I bought my first pair in February in the 160g Chestnut Brown set and they were beautiful. I think the best part about them is the fact that the clips are SO secure. I could tug at them and they wouldn't budge. After about 5 months they were getting worn out, so I went with glamtime hair extensions just to try out another brand. BIGGEST MISTAKE. The hair was really great, however, the clips sucked. They don't hold like Luxys does. Sticking with this brand:)

Luxy Hair: Shedding and tangling can be due to variety of reasons such as your own hair quality, brush that's being used to brush them and the products you use on them. For Example: if you hair has split ends and is damaged, then it might create friction between your hair and the extensions, hence it will tange. Gayani B: I've had luxy hair extensions for a year now and I absolutely love them! I never tease my hair when I clip in the extensions and they hold up perfectly all day. In regards to the shedding, I notice that if you don't carefully brush out your extensions at the end of each use BEFORE storing them, there will be a lot of tangling and when you try to brush it out it will shed. Girls..it's hair sewn on to a strip of fabric, some shedding should be expected...just like the hair attached to our heads :)

Jessie Sutterfield: When I bought my extensions about 8 months ago, they came perfectly fine. Yes, I do have a random thread swen into one of the wefts, but other than that, my extensions are perfectly fine! I wear them frequently!

UpShtsCreek: Love love love my luxy hair extensions. I have owned 3 other brands and luxy extensions are by far the best. The clips are great and the hair blends perfectly. All extensions shed, but by adding a little flexible waterproof fabric glue on the seams the shedding has stopped completely. The glue was $3 at Walmart and holds even with styling and washing.

I have thick hair and it was decently long...BUT I got them in the lighter weight for my sister and she has super, short thin hair (she is adopted). They looked great on her too. And in the after she turns and instead of letting us see how well they blend she swings the hair from side to side. In my experience I only find use out of them when I curl the hair. When I straighten, you can tell Im wearing extensions. Ive straightened the way they showed in a previous vid. And I clip em in the same. They just dont blend well when straightened!

Leanette Medina: I got my hair extensions from another brand and they costed $89.00. They have worked for me fine for the past 6 months. I think that if you don't damage it, it will last. I rarely use heat on it which is why it has lasted so long. So keep that in mind when buy extensions. :)

Luxy Hair: I highly doubt that clip in hair extensions would cause your own hair to fallout, unless you have a super sensitive scalp, in which case, you shouldn't be wearing any kind of hair extensions, as it might be causing too much strain on your roots.. Within the first 30mins of having them on, they start getting tangled by the weft, then the tangle works itself down midway of the hair. It's so sad.. cause I loved them so much! I'd rather wear them than just have them in my box. =[[ My theory is, if you condition them too much, they will end up tangling even more!
