Welcome to the block, what we got excuse me excuse me, thank you. Thank you! So much, i'm! So sorry, i'm late, you ever had a dream. One you'd be willing to do anything for wow anna how's work. Are you still interning for that? Lady executive assistant, anna music people have certain expectations and my girls need to flow freely. Who does your hair know? What me aren't you tired of it all the stairs you get. You want to be one of my girls. Yes, this game, all the way from india forget about where it's from, let's focus on where it's going you're not tender headed. Are you ah i'll, be fine clients where the stuff is magic, wow how's? It feel people look at you and they see somebody else and somehow you become more of yourself. I can't fault you for doing whatever it takes to get where they keep trying to keep us from getting in a perfect world. A woman would be able to wear her hair the way she wants to the most haired girl. She see trees covered in black moss and made herself away. Maybe the hair in the tree was enchanted. That is fun to think about something. Bad has happened. Oh i'm aware it wants to take over us look. I cannot die today. Okay, i've been in church like 15 years, uh, hey girl, damn that took a turn. You

Naptural85: I cannot WAIT to see this... and I don't do horror! But this looks so amazing! The hair taking over definitely has different meanings besides just for shock value. So good! <333

Naufal Rafi D: This looks scary and ridiculous at the same time, but i have hope

Adam Parker: They had us in the first half, not gonna lie!

faith: The most horrifying thing about this movie appears to be the actual wig. You telling me this is a black movie and THAT was the best quality wig they could put on her

Ms.Bubs4fun: This is ridiculous, but I am here for it.

Kenneth Chemwok: Leaning in on the black hair mystery and combining it with horror... This looks original

Anayahh Reee: Imagine going to school with your cute layed weave and it fights you in class‍♂️

Mr Overdose: YES! This is how black stories should be told from now on. Be creative and still deliver the message! Love it!

Kisha77720: I love it already! Japanese and Korean horrors inspired!!! This story needs to be told❤️❤️❤️

MRZ QUINTIN: It seems as though Get Out and Us let Hollywood know black people love horror films too. This looks entertaining and fun! Definitely gonna give it a watch

RANDELL MATHEWS: They weaved a weave into a movie about a weave ! Weave gotta check it out.

aaronpaul06: Seems like a lot of people missed the point that this movie is supposed to be a campy horror film.

R C: This is just fantastic LOL. I appreciate the comedy aspect even with the real message behind it.

Lapittual Young: I can't wait to see this. It looks pretty darn good . It is a known fact that when people look good, they feel good and are capable of putting on a good show...even when they're not at their best personally. It changes people perception of you. This is why people buy things they don't need most of the time, even if it's harmful to them.

mykoDsean: This is actually not as bad as the comments and reviews state. This is an enjoyable fun with the creeps you need in a horror movie. Yes it may be weird but who doesnt like a movie that take risks. It only weird because they put our culture in a box and rarely see ourselves in horror movies. Because of that we sometimes dont take movies like this serious. Do yourself a favor and take it watch. It was a very good movie.

Miss Charlotte Burley: This is VERY original with a Sci-fi twist! I’m glad it’s on a streaming platform allowing a real chance for success. Those that crave hidden truths and spiritual metaphors will love it. It’s a unique audience that rarely gets fed good content. Finally something unique and different .

tlcjanetfan: Y'all done turned Poison into a Horror song!

animefan9036: Hair is everything! Your hair are natural antennas! This movie has a lot of spiritual significance and I hope all beings (ESPECIALLY MELANATED) can see past the surface. Get Out also has a lot of significance as well, please look deeper into these "movies"! P.s this is the perfect time to go natural, hope y'all do after this movie!

killeing: watching it so far 30 mins in, and i can guarantee it's ridiculous- and still very enjoyable because of it XD It covers just about every cliche in your typical horror movie or any movie involving someone improving their looks like this, from the classic "seeing what everyone has that you don't", "making a big change to improve your look", "thinking about how great life would be if you had it", but the ridiculousness comes down to the fact its about HAIR of all things and how serious everyone takes it; no joke, I JUST watched a scene 2 seconds ago after this woman got her hair transplant and some woman with equally gorgeous hair freaking winked at her of all things while tossing her hair back as if approving of it XD!!! Idk how much it has in terms of scares thus far, but if you basically want the equivalent of the Treehouse of Horror special where Homer gets a hair transplant that starts murdering people and want to watch something just as silly and enjoyable as it, this is definitely a movie you have to watch!

Ajaymj88: This looks ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I can’t wait to watch. I’m getting like Get Out mixed with Woke vibes

Kelamanjaro Collins: I know this is gonna be some BS, but im still gonna watch and laugh hysterically

GamerFrenzyBlog: I'm noticing that slowing down 90s hits in trailers is becoming a trend... First noticed it with "I Got 5 on it" for 'Us' Then "Say my name" for 'Candyman (2021)' Now it's BBD Poison for this trailer Not complaining though. I'M HERE FOR IT!

crazydestiny17: Vanessa Williams knows how to play villain well in everything. Lol

Michael Mugo: Symbolisms, metaphors,,, not just another horror movie, I think there's a deeper meaning!

MrsD: Lesson here, keep your hair natural I am a black woman and I approve this message

Leonard Housden: Definitely entertaining and different! I enjoyed the story and the cast was great! I love how they captured the late 80s and R&B scene. I just wish the special effects were better. The cast was so good I wish it was a season instead of a movie.

Lucas Gray: This intrigues me. So basically whatever the wigs are made of is enchanted and evil. This looks funny and scary and I must watch it

Mig Mor: Im WATCHING THIS!! It has the right mix of everything along with that much needed " MESSAGE".

DESTANYkBOOTHES: This movieeeee was Phenomenal!!! So smart!!! I can’t wait to have a daughter now, so I can sit her down and make her watch this movie!!! I would have never thought of anything like this, like OMGGGG!!! And this the type of movie that get overlooked!!!! The part when she was getting her sew in I CAN RELATE SOOO MUCH!!!! I have probably had 4 sew ins in my life!!! And I’m 31!!! BRAVO!!! BRAVOOOOOOOO

MBMM16: I thought this was going to be a black woman lead to taking over a company and embracing her self. But then her weave takes over her!!! This is another level of this Wig is LIVE.

darkangel15221: I assume that this is a horror comedy with some added social commentary about black women embracing their true selves. Looks fun!

Song of Nature: The look and feel of this is legitimately unsettling. They mix the 80s aesthetic with modern effects to make something genuinely unnerving. lay that on top of a plot device that provides as much social commentary as it does campy fun, and It looks to be one more great example of the resurgence of credibility to the horror genre in recent years... Also, Usher's in it so that's cool.

KingYi Chi: This was actually pretty good to see. I thought it was going to be goofy over the top. It has some silly stuff in it but it doesn’t take away from the movie.I gave it an 8 / 10. It was original and I understood the message behind it all. The soundtrack is hot.

July Daydreamer: This looks cheesy, but the part the woman was sewing the hair in her head, that hurted!!!!!

BlankSmiles: Ok I’m loving this! It reminds me of those Japanese ghost legends about hair killing people and sometimes possessing them. This is interesting and I’m excited to watch it.

Ri Ri: so they emphasized the physical and emotional pain of conforming.....love itttttt

Patty Borba Oficial: Adorei.❤️

Brenton Sears: The deeper meaning behind this along with this story needs to be told thank you!

Gloria Mitchell: Very well done over the top horror film. Such a great cast. Big fun if you like this genre.

caroline mutinda: This was Soo awesome I loved it and this needs a sequel...the guy who made this CGI should have been hired by the inhuman series crew for medusa

The_True Pharaoh: I am definitely watching this. Having been raised in a family of mostly women I learned the rules and the big NO-NO about a Black Woman's Hair. So this is the perfect way to wrap up another hectic week.

Alvin Del Rey: This looks so good

Vtmb2 coming sometime: Oooooh I love mythical characters and lore and stuff and this is great, I feel like I’m going to funny and horrified at the same time, can’t wait

Logan Ho: Looks scary and fun at the same time. I'm in for crazy outrageous plots!

Tikia Brown: I loved it and the soundtrack slaps!

Aaron Craig Jr.: It's a great "Little Shop of Horrors" story or at least it seems so! I'm here for it.

Topaz: Not gonna lie, I actually enjoyed this movie.

Jay K: Candyman, Bad Hair, The Witches, Spell, His House, Vampires VS The Bronx. Quite a few black led Halloween films coming out and I'm excited!

CreatorNMuse: THIS LOOKS AMAZING!

boxertest: Love that they set it in the 90s , this is a must watch!

Shtwaan E.: Goes from mildly interesting to ridiculous in one bold move. Hollywood.

Holly Jewels: Everyone I watched it. It's actually Good. At first I was like " omg...really? a killer weave..?" But the lore, ideas the characters felt realistic enough for me to get lost in the adventure. I am actually hoping for a part 2. I would love to see more about the lore .

Cristina Rivera: This movie was really good. I wasn’t sure about it when I saw the trailer but it was well made and has a lot of messaging about black women feeling pressured to conform to white beauty standards. I love the 80’s setting too.

Tanya G Davies: Bad hair takes new meanings in two ways. Play on the evil of the hair and play on what has been defined as bad hair for decades.

sledy6789: This was absolutely so fun to watch it's a great horror comedy

Brittney Atkins: This looks amazing!

Darknergy 17: Can’t wait to watch! All star black cast! Wonderful!!!

Naomi E: This looks hilarious and deep all at the same time. Here for it!!!

Tuncs Alive369: This looks LIIIIIIIIIVE!!!!!

Keys 2 Tha Streetz TV: This was good! I didn’t think I was going to like it but I definitely love the concept. It’ll definitely make you think twice about putting some weave in your hair lol I’m over here with a full blown ponytail on top of my head. Happy and smiling lol but my first time sleep after watching this I definitely had a lil nightmare but it’s all goodddd!! This was wanted lol. Definitely a must watch! If y’all have any other recommendations please let me know! I love horror movies it’s just hard to find any lol what’s something on Hulu or Netflix ?

Aric Antoi: Aric Antoi As long as this movie doesn’t take itself too seriously it will be great! I’m always here for Vanessa Williams!!

Magentakisses38: This is a very important lesson in this movie, to our Black sistas be who you are, not who society wants you to be! you are Beautiful just the way our Heavenly Father made you, he makes no errors and you are perfect in his image!

Trisha Arejune: so so excited for this :)

Pansexual Dinosaur: This actually looks good

Nguveren Ahua: Love it! And the remix in the background had me chair dancing so a definite win

Daa Maa: Hollywood really knows how to milk a situation. We been getting back to back horror noir movies since Get Out and they are getting worse and worse.

Cyril Murasaki: This looks both pretty funny and creepy in a good sense.

Florence deBear: This film had me cracking up. I really enjoyed it! Check it out!

C. Hayes: Creative and a good movie! Love that there are more lovely melanated folks in horror :•)

Some Dude: This looks like something you'd watch in the 2000's

L A: IDK What y'all so worried about! This looks like so much fun! I'm actually gonna get Hulu for this!

Prophetess Lady Of Wisdom: I just watched on hulu. Although, the message was very powerful to love your own hair as a black woman. I wasn't too excited about the effects. Lol

Monique Alecia: Okkk not at all what I thought the plot would be but I AM HERE FOR IT. Spooky season brings another black horror comedy

Charles Warren Online: I'm excited to see this!!

Mad Madame: Intersectional horror is now a genre and I am here for it.

Nyeleti Cuna: ahhh this comes out 3 days before my bday. i’m gonna wait until my birthday to watch it though. i think my mom will love this.

B Brown: Can’t wait to see!! That’s what it seems like in real life!!

Lew Jun An: the hair cgi here is better than Medusa's in Inhuman

bandana tamang: Love horror movies DEFINITELY gone watch it

Let's See Here: Never before now have I laughed during a horror movie trailer. But sis when they say just wear your own hair....here's a cautionary tale

antiherovideo: Really fun film, loved it.

Rachel Val: I actually loved it , i didn’t want to cause it’s silly but I loved it

Hlumie Moloi: This looks incredible

Francesca Hughes: I can't wait to see this :)

Sheri Townsend: Looks VERY interesting. Plus, I like the cast.

El Ogzy: Awesome... Looking forward to seeing it.

: I can’t stop laughing

Ms. G: This is clearly an allegory which is why it seems ridiculous. It's actually pretty clever in its treatment of black women's hair and the need for some to try to change to meet certain standards.
