Welcome to a very, very way overdue video, where I'm sharing, how I curl my hair first off, don't kill me because I'm so late, if we're showing this second of all, there are different hairstyles that I do right. So we have this one that I've been doing over the past years. I'Ll add a few pictures here. This is probably the hairstyle that I've done most throughout the past years, then there's another or there are actually a few more other hair, curl styles, that I've been doing over the past years. One of them is this one and that's a different way of curling. My hair, but this video is obviously about how I curl my hair to get this result, so I'm really excited. I really hope you guys like it. If you do make sure you subscribe, and you like this video and let's get into it, okay, so this is my hair once I come out of the shower and a blow-dry day, so I quickly wanted to share my after shower hair routine. Just so you get an idea of all the products I use. Of course they are kazoo products from my own brand and I apologize in advance, but this truly is what I use on everyday basis, and I created it of course, because I love them. So I am going to share that with you when I come out of the shower out of with her most of you guys know, I used my honey infused hair oil on wet hair and then I brush it true. The reason I use our hair oil is to keep my hair healthy and shiny and honey that is in there from my own garden, really has all the vitamins that my hair needs. So after I do that, I brush out my hair and then I am using - and this is a step I almost never forget - is a heat, protectant spray and, of course, our propolis. Protecting spray. Propolis is another big product just like honey, and it does wonders to your hair and I really swear by our heat protectant spray. Since I am going to use another heat, I'm going to again use our heat protectant spray, just a little bit just to make sure that there is enough protection, because there is already some protection from before. But I still want to make sure that I've protected it enough. Okay, let's start with the actual curling of my hair, I always section it into three parts. So I start here and then I section another part right here, I'm looking in the mirror right there. So I put this up in a bun. The first thing that is really important is that you're gon na grab a piece of hair that is not too big and not too small. Why not too big? Because if you're gon na take apart a section like this or piece or whatever, you call it and you're gon na kill this, the crew is gon na sort of fall out and it's not going to stay put. So what I always make sure is that I don't get a too tiny piece of hair, but also not too much so I grab a piece like this approximately and I always have a little bit less hair here compared to here in the back. So I'm gon na get my hair curler and I'm going to curl it okay. Another tip that I want to give you guys is this: when I get a piece of hair so, for instance, this piece. First of all, you saw that I curled this hair outward, but this one I cool it inwards and I switch it off because I think it gives them more of a natural effect rather than putting every hair piece into one direction. I just sort of want to switch it off this piece. I'M gon na curl inwards just like that. So now again, I'm going to switch direction, but another thing that's really important and what I do to create volume on top right here is I curl it from the roots? Be careful, though you don't want to bring your hair, so you really have to be careful. So again, I'm gon na get a piece not too big, not too small. It'S actually a little bit too big, so I'm gon na make it a bit smaller and then I start very, very much into the roots. Okay, last one for this side - and here comes another tip, so once I curl my hair again, I'm gon na put this in words. I'M holding this for about what five seconds when I let it go, I let it go in my hands and then I hold it for like a few seconds just so that it can cool off. So it looks very, very curly right now and I recommend that you guys just let it be this way you just have to continue and we're gon na make it look more natural later on. So this is my hair right now. Look how shiny it looks. Look at the difference in my hair length. Look how short this is right now convert to the other side, it's better, because now I can see it a little bit closer Ashley, I'm gon na move over to this side. Another thing that I find that is important. This is a small piece by the way again, because I just have less hair here, so I'm gon na comb, my hair right and then I sort of turn it in so that I get a bit more into the roots, but also I like to pull it A bit be careful again because if you have sensitive hair, it isn't good, but the reason why I do this is so it really gets into this part. You know, and it's gon na stay. The crew is gon na be right there that didn't make any sense of it would, and now this is a bit too curly, so I'm just gon na do that. I know it looks like this so again get a piece of hair. I'M gon na switch directions, move it inwards like this, so I'm going closer to my roots and once I'm there, I'm just gon na pull it a tiny tiny bit just so that the hair is really around the tool. If that makes any sense hold it. A few seconds and let it go in you're gon na finish of the section now: okay, this father, I didn't know that too tight, so good, okay, that is the first section of my hair. Just to show you guys a bit more, why I put the curl way up here is because already you see the volume here, it's sticking out a bit and we're gon na. Let it cool off and later on. You will see the benefits of that. Putting this to the back, I'm going to another section in the back, still weird right, whatever: what is this? No wait? Normally, I don't care, but this looks really weird when I thought maybe I should just get a different hair tie. Maybe that's it second section again the same thing: I'm gon na grab a piece of hair, and I told you guys don't grab too big of a piece and not too small, of a piece, but it honestly looks more natural when you grab different sizes of her To get that natural look, you want to switch directions and not be too precise. With the different sizes of the pieces, you grab to curl your hair, so this is also like a bigger piece. Now, I'm moving that again outwards. This is already these are very long pieces of hair that I'm getting right now hold this for a few seconds, and this one again outwards okay. So this is what I've now lots of curls going to switch over to this side. Usually, when I do my hair like this, I think it will take me around 15 to maximum 20 minutes because I'm just like buh buh buh super quick. Well, of course, I wanted to show you guys every step I use. So I'm really really trying to explain everything, because I always thought it wasn't. It was pretty straightforward what I did, but when I started thinking about all those small things that I do unconsciously I was like okay. No, I think I do actually have something to share with you guys, I'm really really trying to leave no information out and share everything with you. This is how I've been doing my hair, and I really hope again. This video is way overdue, but I really hope that you guys still really love seeing this last section. Let me know if you guys find this helpful. The tips I give to you or is it more like them? I already knew that. I'M really curious about this. The less steps I sometimes have some flyways here so I put my hair curler a little bit lower and what I do. I have some hair, but if you have thin hair be careful, but I just put it very low and I just go over my hair like this, just for the flyways again also. I know that I'm gon na get a lot of questions about the hair curler that I'm using, but I just can't talk about it because my team and I are still working on it and it's a sample that I've been using for the last seven months. I just thought it was weird to grab another hair curler, because I have been using this one for quite a long time right now, but I'll make sure to update you guys when we have more info, it's just like the entire product development. You guys know it just takes so much time so I'll keep you updated if I know more, but this is my hair right now, as you can see a lot of curls and I do prefer it this way. So what I normally would do is I come out of the shower. I usually curl my hair first right then it looks like this. Then I am going to do my makeup and then once I've done my makeup, I am in my outfit I'm going to either comb through my hair or use my fingers to go through my hair and make it a bit more softer. So I don't really have the time right now to let it cool off, because I have to head to the office in a bit. The reason why I do that is because the longer you give your heart a time to cool off the better the curls will stay put. Is that how you say that I think so, and I don't have the time for that, so I'm just gon na show you guys, but it's really better to do that, but for now just to give you an idea. I just grab my fingertips and I go through my hair like this, not too much right, because again over time is going to look more natural anyway, so I just prefer it when it looks a bit more curly in the start, and now, as you can see, I also created some volume here which I like, because I can just like play around with it that way. This is actually also the part where I grab my oil. It'S in my other room and put more of that in my heart, I'm also in my very, very comfy pants. Okay. I literally have just like tiny bits. I wonder how many are going to give me [ __ ], because I use so many of my own products, but yeah you guys. This is just what I do do this and you literally use a tiny amount. Look you see that I just play around with it fixing my makeup. I literally have to go to the office to film something really exciting for a campaign that we're doing so. This comes in very handy. She much emoji rosy, my tea ready, so that was it for the video anything. I really really again hope you guys liked it. Please make sure to like this video please subscribe as well. I feel like this. I want to share more of these videos again. I want to show you also the other ways I curl my hair, so I will see you in my next video thank you for watching and hope you enjoyed it.

Laura MILOW: your hair is so beautiful!

Andriana I: step one: have perfect, long, thick hair.

Upeka D: I feel she’s the only person who can get away with saying “my signature curls” because her hair is ICONIC

Mary Audrey Ibanez: To everyone asking: I’ve been doing the same curling techniques that she does for years and I use the following: - Hot tools (sold at Ulta) curling iron with barrel size 1 1/4 inches On heat setting 400 My curls last me at least 3 days.

Mila: The video that’s everyone’s been waiting for

Tanja Nagode: I did my hair like this today and I'm telling you, never In my life have I got so many compliments‍♀️✨

Lauren Chavez: LOVE this! Thank you Negin Can’t wait to see how you do the other curling style

Christina Flores: Totally helpful. I’ve been curling my long hair for years with the side swept part but it rarely looks quite as beautiful as yours. Thanks for the vid, appreciate all the small details.

clementine: i noticed a lot of comments on how she only uses + advertises her own products and thought it was worth responding to. of course she's going to do that; it'd be weird for her to create an entire hair care line and not even use it. people would also be questioning the fact that she doesn't use her own products and it wouldn't be a great business move either. she made the line for a reason and by showing it in her videos, it's a great way to display the versatility of the products. which leads me to my next point, she's educated, not like other typical influencers who hire others to grow brands for them and have zero involvement in their own company. Negin is there for her company every step of the way to ensure her time and efforts are well spent. so of course someone who has put all their sweat into growing a company from ground up is gonna do everything they can to keep the company growing. i've followed her since i was 16/17, im now 21, and i've learned a lot about what she does along the way and it's only made me want to support her more. her products are ethically made and she takes criticism seriously when releasing new ones. for example, she preaches about how important it is to protect bees, as well as the environment and her family's bee garden, where the company gets its honey from, provides a humane environment for bees to thrive. additionally, the brand is progressively becoming more sustainable and we see this through their packaging (i.e. the curling wand case which is made entirely out of paper pulp). i can't fit everything into a youtube comment but all i can say is, do your research on her as well as her company and you'll see what i mean. gisou has been really good about being transparent and their instagram is super responsive. in my opinion, it's worth the money i've saved up and spent on gisou over the years especially because negin & maurits invest a lot of the money they make from it back into the company itself to better it (she mentions this in one of her business q&a videos).

2000 2000: This was amazing!!! Can’t wait to try to recreate this look!!

Ansa R. Choudhry: Thank you so much for sharing your “unconscious” tips. They were super helpful. Love watching you ❤️

hinestieko: What curling iron did you use before you developed your own? I love how you made sure to use your own like you haven’t used other brands before for years.

Brittany Jacob: Just been waiting about 3 years for this thank you SO MUCH

Michelle Turner: So this was obviously going to happen! I knew it. Her never showing how she does her hair until she comes out with her own curler !! Haha you can make curls like this with every curling iron . I been doing for years even longer than her. Also she has always used another brand.

mara0522: Thank you for sharing all of your tips Negin! Loved the video!

Raj Baee: Thanks negin! This has been really helpful. Love your hair as always

Eleonore Bon: As soon as Gisou was launched, I just knew hair tools were in the works, and that she would never post a hair tutorial before this becomes reality, out of fear of having an old video up with some other brand's curling wand. Negin is a business woman first and foremost, with a strategy and long term planning, not just a vlogger who turned into a business woman.

Amy Sheldon: Best hair routine ever! Some really useful tips thank you

Nora P.: I love how she says: ‘I wonder how many people are going to give me shit because I use so many of my own products’ hahaha, that’s the thing, she created them based on something else but she made them better, focused on the hair benefits that she cares about the most, so I think it’s great she talks about them since she actually uses them. Sucks about the curling iron though, cause that’s what I was actually looking for and I think it’s a little selfish that she didn’t tell us the one she used for years before this past seven months. But what can you do haha, Love you anyway, Negin.♥️

Yesica Suarez: So helpful! Thanks for the tips.
