Okay hold on hold on hold on y'all. Let'S take it back real, quick, let's rewind it all the way back to the very beginning. In 2010, when I was 14 years old and I prayed every single day - I said lord - give me longer stronger thicker hair in Jesus name, Amen, literally those exact words, and it sounds crazy boy. This was my prayer as a young teen, who was obviously concerned about her hair or her appearance, and while some of us are not praying for hair, we pray for other things relevant to our present stage in life: a relationship, marriage, a family, the job promotion, the Business finances achievements, Matthew 7:7 says to ask and it will be given to you seek and you will find knock and the door will be opened to you. This is what I held to until I eventually did my hair prayer unanswered. I did not know James 4:3, which says when you ask you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives that you may spend what you get on your pleasures. I truly believe that, if you take delight in the Lord, he will give you the desires of your heart. That'S what Psalm 37:4 says, but before he fulfills that desire. Sometimes there needs to be a heart change. My change of heart came with time, age and maturity. God waited until I was ready to receive what he wanted to give me, along with what I was asking for, who knew that were longer stronger, thicker hair. I would also have this opportunity to encourage so many others, not only in their hair journey, but also in their faith as a 14 year old girl. My vision was just long hair, but God had a bigger vision and purpose for my desires. I simply needed to get my heart onboard with his heart so that he could use what I desire for his glory. So I encourage you not to give up on God and his ability and willingness to give you what you are praying for, but to ask yourself what is my heart behind this prayer? How can God get the glory out of this? Will I forget him once I receive what I've been praying for? God wants to give you the desires of your heart, but he doesn't want to give it to you prematurely without purpose and when your heart is not ready, be patient and content, as he prepares you for what you've been asking him for, God will supply it in His perfect time, and when he does it, it will be even greater than what you pray for. I said lord, give me longer stronger thicker hair in Jesus name, Amen.

I love it and i’ve always wanted long hair since I was little and my hair was my confidence, But God wanted me to learn to love my self without my hair. I wanted my hair to all be the same length so I decide to cut my hair (which i really didn’t wanna do) to my collarbone in nov 2018, it was almost to bra strap. My confidence got better as time went on and so did my patience and trust in Him. My hair is now almost mid back and all still around the same length as each other.
