Excuse me, one swipe: hey guys, welcome, welcome, welcome, i'm excited for today's video, because i'm gon na be doing a length check. I'M gon na be straightening these locs and we're gon na be seeing how long my hair got since i chopped it up. So if you've been around, you know after i dyed my hair back to my natural color last year, i went ahead and did a big chop not like all the way i didn't cut. All my hair off. I just cut a lot of my dead ends off and then ended up having bangs literal bangs, real short layers, and my hair was short to my shoulder-ish and then i straightened my hair to see what it looked like with that new haircut and then i ended Up cutting off the ends of it, and then it was even shorter. So so today we're going to straighten it. It'S been a year and some months since i cut my hair and it's been a year since i've even straightened my hair, i literally wear it curly or wearing in a bun. So, even just me blow drying my hair, i'm how my hair, like so long like look at this, i don't know, don't ask, but i'm even more excited about today's video because i'm using a new straightening hair tool. It goes from 266 degrees, fahrenheit all the way up to 410 degrees, fahrenheit amazing, and it actually heats up in 60 seconds as soon as i just turned it on right. There it started getting hot, i already felt it like. I could feel it. It gets hot. So, quick and really quick, i'm going to show you what comes inside, so it comes with a little bag that the comb can go inside of it has a little tymo brush so cute. I love the bristles on here yeah. It has two of these clips in here. Y'All. These things are a life changer when you're shading, your hair, or just when you're doing your hair in general. I always have these on deck and, last but not least, heat glove. These are the best you know. I used to have some of these, and i was like don't need that, but i need that. I need that these are a life saver literally a hand saver, so i'm gon na be wearing this love that it has the grip on each side. So you get a good grip, you can use it on your right hand, you can use on your left hand, whichever one you prefer, so i'm starting out with my hair blow dried already. As you can see, this is the before all right, but anyway, i'm going to get started. I'M going to show you how this amazing time of comb works and let's get to it, let's get it going baby. Did you guys hear that i'm scared there's nothing to wear? Did you guys hear that i'm scared, probably gon na edit, that out, because that was gross okay, i'm gon na start by splitting my hair in half, so i'm gon na go ahead and pull this side up. So it's out of the way. So first i'm gon na start with my heat protector. I use this t44 iron guard. I'M just going to spray this all over and really get the ends. I'M just gon na go ahead and brush through it. If y'all see any gray hairs up in here mind your business just mind your business, i don't know where they came from, but they just randomly popped up and they all popped up in the middle of my head. They'Re all right here. They just want to be my middle part. They want to ruin my middle part, but it's okay and then, before i start straightening, i'm going to use this chi silk infusion. This is the cheek keratin silk infusion. I don't think you've seen me straighten my hair without one of these. That'S all i use i'm just gon na get a little bit. I'M gon na get it and just put it in each section. So i know that it's in my hair, so you want to get a small section. Okay, make sure it's brushed out time to put on my glove. I have the timer brush on the highest heat on level five and then we're just gon na go ahead. I'M gon na get the brush, i'm gon na run it across the root like twice and then go down to the end. There we go now, i'm just gon na slowly, glide it all the way down. Excuse me one swipe. It really only needs one swipe. I'M just always ready to do one more swipe. I don't think it needs it, but i'm just gon na do it, i'm just gon na do it. It doesn't need it, though baby. That strand is so good. I told y'all it's next level. Honestly. This is the best hair straightening brush tool that i have used. I'Ve tried a lot of them, i'm so excited to see all of my hair done, get it in there and the thing is the angle of the brush, how it's kind of a triangular it gets to your roots. That'S one thing: i'm always nervous about with a hair straightener brush. No, this gets your roots, one swipe one swipe-a-roo no sweat-a-roo and mind you. I haven't cut my hair at all, since i last straightened my hair and i cut off the ends. So the fact that it's straightening my ends good and these these ends have not gotten a trim. It gets in there without burning me too, look at that going in all kind of frizzy coming out, not anyway, i'm gon na go ahead and fast forward. A little bit and just straighten the rest exact way that i've been doing this because i'm gon na hurt the finish. I don't wan na see the length i want to see the soakiness it's going to be like you know, you know, cheese, okay, so the first section is done. It'S so straight so silky and so smooth. Even my ends, y'all now time to do the front. Half and this part you'll be able to see more of how it gets the roots, really good. Okay, we're getting close. This is the last section of the first half and it's looking it's looking. It'S looking amazing i haven't like. I could see it like in my camera in the mirror, but, like i haven't like pulled it off for it and looked at it yeah. I wanted to be a surprise, so i just been pushing it back behind me. You know it's gon na, be a surprise. So when i'm on the route, i actually like to go twice over, it really slow, while i'm pulling it tight and then i'll go ahead and do the ends. That'S how i get the roots nice and straight, and then i like to go back underneath at the top so that it like curves in slightly and there we go. Oh, my goodness. Let me go ahead and take out this half okay, so here is the before and the after. Look at the difference, it's shading, my hair, so good, even my roots, look at that she's silky can y'all believe these were bangs. This is how the ends look. They are looking good. I thought i was gon na have to like really cut my hair because i haven't cut it, but i also haven't been straightening it or really doing anything with it. So it looks healthy. I might be like the smallest little trim just to get rid of some ends to make it more even, but it looks so good, so this comb works amazing on curly hair. Honestly, my mom would love this brush. I should give her one because she has super long hair like y'all know, like i don't know, if you all know, but my mom has hair down to her knees. Literally i'll see this. What is her hair? So imagine this. Oh, my god, her hair is so long. Her hair is straight, but it's like wavy frizzy kind of so when she washes her hair and lets it air dry. It'S just like. I guess not straight, but straightening her hair with a flat iron takes so long. She doesn't want to do it so she's put her hair up in a bun. Let'S make that the goal, i'm not cutting my hair anymore i'll, do a little trim and that's it next year, we'll do another straight hair.
