Hi everyone, so my booty kee red wig, is back. Yes, she is back so today we're going to give you the styling part of making this way, I'm gon na cut some amazing nice soft layers into the hair nice long layers and stay tuned for that. So let's get started and of course please share this video because I know some of you have some girlfriends and friends out there who seriously need some help with their weed in their wigs, and this will really help them. Take it wig level up a few notches. Okay, so here I'm starting with the face frame so you've got ta have some face framing layers, people you have to make your wigs and we just look as natural as possible. Okay and it really starts with styling. For me, color is number one and cut is number two okay to make your weave look natural, like you know, if you don't have blonde hair girl from your scalp and your roots are blonde and obviously yo everybody knows you wearing a wig or a weave. So that's why I chose to do some arm break color on this mannequin on this wig now cutting you want to frame it to your face to your cheekbones, okay, starting where you want it. If you want it like nice, short layers, then you start right at the cheekbone. I mean my layers on this wig for my face. I like it to start on my jaw like I have a really round face, so I kind of like my face frame to kind of cover some of the roundness on the outside of my face. So my face frame starts a little lower and you can see the layers are definitely starting to form, and this is okay. You can really see right here as I'm parting, the wig. You can see how these like really no spaces and between the tracks and that my friend is how you get lots and lots of layers. If those spaces were gaps - and you can see right through it, then you will have these little jumps and your layers and wouldn't fall. Naturally, the my layers for very smoothly and seamlessly on top of each other, and you can see when the shortest pieces fall. That'S when I start to blend look at those layers, honey, yes, looks so natural hi, any haircut. You would get in the salon on your weaves and wigs. That is how you do it. Ladies okay step your game up and here I'll take a piece from the original side that I started with, because we know what you do to one side. You have to do the other, so it's even okay, and so I'm just measuring the face frame to the other side. Yes, look at that little layer now mind you. When I buy my hair extensions, I order them in layers anyway. The two bottom pieces are 24 inches. My next. My third pack was 20 inches. My fourth pack was 16 inches and I'm using, I think, a 14 or 12 inch closer, so that right there will give you a lot of layers. But so you don't have lots of gaps, because you can I'm saying that I have a lot of jumps and my layers from the packaging. That'S why I saw them so close together. So when I going to cut it, I can blend them in seamlessly and I'm just going over the face rim a little bit more just tweaking tweaking following my guideline as usual. That very first piece is my guideline and just blending blending blending and always cutting away from the face going towards the back, and you can see all the layers are coming through and when you cut in a weave or wig like that's not on your head, you Can really be very creative and you can really see exactly where you want the layer where, as when is when it's on your head you're a little bit limited but having a wig and a mannequin stand, you can really free flow, you're cutting. So basically, I'm just wherever I see I feel like. I need more layers. I just start cutting and blending cutting and blending and take your time honey because it doesn't grow back and definitely trim those in. I don't know any hair extensions you buy with your ends. Don'T need to be trimmed even 1/2. An inch so definitely take care of those bottom ends. Here I am again just going by sight at this point just flitting in those layers. I need more layers there. So I'll do a little bit of trim trim, definitely matching it up with both sides and, of course, my Mane. This wig is a side part, so you will have more layers on the side that you have more hair. Does that make sense? It'S just physics like there's nothing. You can do about that. Unless you're pouring down the middle, then it will be 100 % symmetrical both sides, but I have a side part going on, so you can see. I have a little bit more layer on that side with a heavy swoop of a bang, don't mind my daughter in the background she's doing her homework. KarenAB.: Such a great video! My problem is when I need to shorten the length on a long synthetic wig that has alot of layers , how do I get it to not look blunt across the bottom? A new wig has nice wispy tapered ends all the way around, not a straight line. All Im trying to do is keep the same haircut the wig came in, just about 3 inches shorter. Even when I cut or snip "into" the bottom ends to separate the hairs it still looks NOTHING like what the original haircut was on the bottom. Advice?

I bought an expensive one, but it's too big, and I had already cut the bangs, so I can't send it back!! 162.00 down the tubes!
