Client Series: How To Install A Lace Wig On Very Short Hair Ft Beauty Forever

Hey guys back into another client series, so I'm gon na be using this tinted lace. Braid that I found from my local beauty supply store, okay and it works perfect. If you are a darker skin complexion, it makes your lace look like it's going to melt in your skin, and I love it because it is not stained and it did not run on clothing or whatever, whatever, when you're sweating. So I've been using it for quite some time, so my third video I used it in the other two, it not edited, so you will see it in the future, but for this video, I'm using my aunt in this client series and her hair is obviously very Very very short: she has cut her hair, it is permed and i wanted to show you guys how to install a unit on very short hair. So here I have some Eco styling gel and I'm gon na pretty much just plaster this all over her head. I already put a middle part into her hair, which is important because you want your middle part to flat. I wouldn't recommend combing your hair straight to the back, because it's not gon na be as flat when you put your wig on or give it that natural look. So that's really what I did some time use the brush and the reason why we could miss my hair is the new growth the comb helps to comb it through. No, you really like that that brush of upgrade yeah, so the brush tips helps to just slick it down after I comb it. We usually have to comb it first because, since my the new growth, which has come in really quick, I'm trying to grow it out cuz I want to wear a. Is it a TWA? Was it trying? Oh yeah, tiny, weeny afro there you go teeny weeny afro. I kind of want to get the permit break with the short haircut, so I want to grow it out. So that's why it's so much harder to gel now, cuz, usually when it's prayer it already yeah. So I went ahead and explained how she usually does her hair, so I'm pretty much learning as you guys are watching as well, and then you want to go ahead and just mold her natural hair into a nice flat flat foundation. Okay, you wanted to be as flat as possible, you don't want it to look like it's high or lifting or whatever the case may be, because it's not gon na lay flat underneath the wig. So today, we're gon na be using a ultra, sheer pantyhose, okay and I've changed over to these I've. Seen a lot of people use this method, especially miss precious Marie and a few others sounds like you know. Let me go ahead and try it sometimes. I feel like the regular stocking cap - that's not late as flat, so I was again. This is my third time using it and I absolutely love it. So I'm gon na go ahead and just use some got ta be glue, blasting hairspray and I'm gon na pretty much put this all over her hairline. You guys know this method. I do this all the time in all my videos, so I'm not gon na really go in depth. As I'm saying this, this unit is from beauty forever. I love the hair on it now. The best thing about my client series are: the clients are really able to wear the unit and they keep it on their head for a total of what a week to two even three weeks sometimes, and they keep the units for a long time. And I love it because they can give me real feedback on how the hair is and the quality and the texture. So my aren't pretty much wore this wig, for I stayed on her head for a good seven days before she took it off herself. She wanted to dye our hair jet-black, so I took it off dyed a jet black and put it right back on her head so, but it could have lasted way longer than what it did last four. She actually did like the hair texture. I said it stayed nice and silky. It kept this shine throughout the entire time. So I think it's a really good idea for my client series, because if you DME or keep in touch with me on Instagram, I can definitely give you full feedback on how the units usually Interac and work with people who wear it longer. So here I am just cutting off the rest of the stocking cap. I trimmed the front up really neatly now the back, since she has no braids and I'm just gon na make like two loops around where the stocking cap groups and then I'm gon na cut off the excess. So it's not pulling right here. It'S actually very comfortable and then I'm gon na go ahead and just not at three times just to make sure it's just to cure. Okay. Now this part, once you put your wig on it, can you can take it off to be honest, like the whole back part, but hey, I kept it on so I'm gon na be going in and mixing two different colors now this is not even her color To be honest, this is not even her color, but we had to go ahead and improvise, because I forgot to tell her to bring her foundation color. So typically, I would want to use something a little bit less of a red tint in it. Something that's more of a browner finish, so I'm gon na be using the got ta, be glue, hair gel just to put down the edges now. Okay! So if you had anything in the background, it was my sister she's, cooking and she's loud as hell, but anyway so to get the roly-poly parts of this week happen. Stocking cap we are going to just use, some gel got, ta, be glue, hairspray or whatever, and just use a rat tail comb and just pin it down as well as you can, and this will help it to lay nice and flat and get that very melted. Look okay, so now we have the unit on her head. I will say the lace matched her skin color so perfectly, and I think that's so important Here I am doing my typical method. I kind of went ahead and fast forward and do this part because I feel like it's self-explanatory. I'M just gon na go ahead and use my got. Ta be glue spray method, spray, the stocking cap and then pretty much put the lace down and go ahead and blow-dry and repeat the process: [ Applause, ], [, Applause, ], okay. So after this I'm gon na go ahead and cut the lace off now I went as close as possible to her hairline. I did use a razor. Please be very careful if you are using a razor: do not go too close to the skin, because you don't want to cut her. You don't want to cut the person. Okay, make sure you're allowing yourself a little bit of room so that you're not as close paper towel and water is gon na, be your eraser. So if you have any issues, go ahead and rub the areas that you may want to fix, with a wet paper towel or a damp just to go ahead and lift any air that you might lift myself Here, I am I'm gon na go ahead and just Start perfecting her hairline and start taking off some edge hairs just to create that nice natural look baby here, a look and so forth, and then this is the styling process. I went ahead and just flying into here to perfection to make sure that it looked a really great Sookie give that nice shine. I use a combination of the blow-dryer and the hot comb to kind of flatten out the top okay, so this was pretty much the end result from the middle part loved it. I loved the end result like I really wish. I turned off one of the lighting. First of all, my friend light broke guys, sorry for the horrible quality of the video. My ring light broke so right now, I'm trying to improvise between day lighting a lamp and the settings on my camera. So I'm really trying to make magic happen right now, but it looked really amazing guys. I promise you I I know what I do great great work. I took my own horn, but this was one of the moments where I was really proud of and absolutely loved. The end result they kind of give us some possessed some. You know a little more loving feels cheap today. Here I went ahead and I crimp it. The crimping machine, if you aren't interested in it, will be down below in my description box.
