Hey curlfriends, i'm biancan and you're watching bianca renee today, and today's video is long overdue, which is how to take care of your curls or keep them safe while swimming in the pool or swimming in the ocean. Granted i'm making this video in 2020, where summer was basically cancelled. I think there's about 24 hours left of summer, but if you happen to cross a body of water in the near future, you're gon na be ready. If you're new here welcome, i post new curly hair videos every single week. So if you have curly hair questions, there's a 99.9 chance. I have a video explaining exactly what you're worried about so hit that subscribe button. So you don't miss any more videos. So, let's jump on into the tips before you jump on into the pool, my first tip is to get your hair wet before getting in the pool. I know it seems kind of strange to get your hair wet before getting it wet in the pool, but think of your hair. Like a sponge, when you put sponge in water, it's going to soak it all up, and then it doesn't really have much room to absorb anything else, because it's already full of water. So we kind of want our hair to be full of clean water from the shower and then, when we jump in the pool, the chlorine water doesn't really have too much room to fit because it's already full of clean water. So, depending on where you are, you could just make sure to hop in the shower before you get in the pool. Put your hair under the sink or, if you're already at someone else's house and it's kind of weird, to use a shower, you can bring a bottle of water in the pool with you and then dunk your hair before submerging it in the water. Another thing you should do to add on to that water, because water will evaporate and dry eventually, is to add a leave-in conditioner. You could use a conditioner or a deep conditioner, but i would probably save your deep conditioner for after you go swimming, so maybe choose between a leave-in or a regular conditioner. A conditioner is also going to do the same thing where it's going to fill your hair up with moisture. So there's not a lot of room for anything else to get in there. I would also recommend grabbing leave-in conditioners or regular conditioners that have different oils already in there because, as we know, oil and water don't mix so if it has hydrating moisturizing or sealing oils in there. It'S going to be a great pick for your conditioner. The third option of things you could apply to your hair just straight up oils: you could use coconut oil avocado oil, jojoba oil almond oil. All those oils are not only just going to not mix with the water but they're, also a natural spf. So not only going to be protecting your hair from the water you're, also protecting it from the sun, because the sun could also damage your hair. Now, if you haven't seen it, i have a full video about oils. There'S moisturizing oils and they're sealing oils, olive oil, coconut oil and avocado oil are all moisturizing oils, meaning they are able to penetrate the hair shop because they're small enough to get in there. So that way, just like the water it's going to be in there versus the chlorine getting in there, but then you have jamaican black, castor oil, jojoba oil and grapeseed oil. Those are three oils that are sealing oil, so they kind of sit on top of the hair, making hair look very shiny, but they aren't necessarily getting into the hair shaft. So those oils are going to be sealing your hair so that the water can't get in now. What does this sound like when something is blocking the moisture from coming in silicone? Yes, i know, but let's talk about it. The reason why i usually don't like using silicone is because it acts like a plastic type barrier that will not allow any moisture or nutrients into our hair. So in this instance, where we want to keep something out technically, that's what silicon is really good at now. I don't know if i can verbally tell you to use, you can use. Oh, you could kind of maybe use that one silicone product in the back of your cabinet in your bathroom to go swimming because it will keep out the water, because it's like plastic, but there's also so many other ways to go about it. I much rather, you use a natural oil that kind of works the same way versus a synthetic plasticky type silicone, but it is much harder to wash out a silicone versus a natural oil which at least has some benefits to it. So those are all the things you could apply to your hair before getting in the pool water, a leave-in conditioner or a conditioner or some essential oils. So now it's time to get in the pool, let's discuss how cute you're trying to be there's levels to getting in the pool. So if you're, like my cue, i'm gon na go to the party put my toes in the water and just hopefully nobody splashes me, then you might want to get a cute sun hat to protect your hair from the sun. Maybe add some oil as like a spf barrier, but the best thing you could do to protect your hair from the water is knock it in, but that's no fun. We want to live our best life, so let's actually get in the water. If you're going to be in the water you're doing somewhere, so it's getting kind of crazy, it might be best to do a protective style. So that would mean putting your hair in a braid or two doing a twist out just kind of locking your hair in place. So it's not just swimming around getting all extra tangled. But if you are on a swim, team or synchronized swimmer or to someone who's in water, like 24, 7 you're, basically a mermaid, i mean it's going to be tough, because curly hair is a whole process in itself. Us curly haired people are fortunate enough to not have to wash our hair every day and our hair usually looks best on like day two or three, but you might not have that luxury if you're getting your hair wet every single day because of swimming. So obviously the best option would be to wear a swim cap or, if you could put your hair in very thin small braids to where it could still fit under your swim cap would be even better if you can get your hair wet. Put a leave-in conditioner in and then put on your swim cap also going to be a great option if you absolutely have to get into the water all the time. For me, honestly, i usually just end up getting in the pool with my hair down because it looks cute, but then i just got to be mentally prepared to detangle after, if i'm ever in a situation where i'm going to be in the water. A lot like maybe on vacation - or i know i'm going to be at some place tropical, then i'll honestly just get my hair braided like in box braids, safest protective style. You could do for constant swimming. That'S not like a professional thing where you have to wear a swim cap because it's not going to fit under your cap, so now you've had your day in the pool. Let'S talk about what to do when you get out of the pool. The best thing to do is to immediately rinse off that chlorine, if you're, not home, if you're at someone's house or there's like a shower at the beach at least just rinse out your hair. Just to get all the ocean and or chlorine off of your hair, then i would keep a leave-in conditioner in your bag if you're not at home and then just apply some more leave-in conditioner to your hair. To get that moisture back in there as soon as possible, then once you get home, if you aren't already i'd hop in the shower and give it a nice good clean, this is where a lot of people might think like. Oh, let me use my strong sulfate shampoo to get out this strong chlorine, but that's kind of like a lot of harshness on your curls, because the chlorine is going to be very drying. Chlorine isn't good for straight wavy or curly hair, but curly hair is prone to need more moisture anyways. So if the chlorine is drying out your hair and then you get in the shower and you put a very stripping sulfate shampoo, like that's just it's a lot. You'Re losing a lot of moisture. I would then stick to a clarifying sulfate free shampoo to still rid all the chlorine, but not stripping your hair. Even more so now, let's talk about conditioner. In this instance, we might want to either do a conditioner and a hair mask when we get out or just skip the conditioner and go for the deep conditioner. You want a hair mask or deep conditioner. That is very nutrient, rich to really give your hair that moisture, if you didn't put your hair in a protective style, you're also going to have some detangling to do yeah, especially if you have kids that are swimming and doing somersaults. Their hair is probably getting super. Super knotted, but fortunately i found the best detangling brush of all time. This portion of today's video is sponsored by be hairful. I'Ve made a whole video on this before that wasn't even sponsored, and i declared it my favorite brush for detangling, because it just glides through your hair. Don'T believe me just watch, so let me get my conditioner. I apply it to one side at a time to separate my hair into two sections now this brush is so good that i could start at the bottom like i normally do and you'll see that the brush just goes right through it doesn't snag, it doesn't pull It just gets rid of all my tangles, even though you should never do this. You even could start at the top of your head pull down and it just glides through. So i always say if you have kids that don't want to sit still and you need to get through their hair or you're, just tired of detangling, your own hair and as adults you got ta get this brush so i'll, make sure to link the behavioral brush In the description box, you also could use my promo code to save some money, but definitely check it out, and let me know what you think so now that our hair is completely detangled. We want to leave in this conditioner for at least 20 minutes, so i'm going to wrap it up, put it under a shower cap and let it sit so my hair could soak it all up if your hair is starting to feel damaged. You need to take things to the next level. Then you might want to use a protein treatment or olaplex. You guys might have seen me talk about olaplex on my instagram story. If you're not following me, follow me right now, but this is an olaplex hair perfector. This is their number three, which is the only one that i use, because it's one of the only ones that is silicone free, but this is a hair bonder. So it's supposed to repair and strengthen your hair for all hair types, not just curly, but what it does is it finds those broken hair strands and it bonds them back together. So i've seen plenty of success stories where people have really like straggly damaged hair, and this is able to get their actual ringlets back. So if you guys want me to do a more in-depth video on olaplex or have questions, leave a comment down below and let me know so, those are all the main, easy common tips that you guys can keep in mind before you get into the pool. It'S all about getting that moisture back into your hair, protecting it from the sun, protecting it from chlorine, so whether you have to wear a hat, put your hair in braids or just really soak your hair in water oils or leave-in conditioners. It'S gon na all help to keep your hair as healthy as possible. If you have any more tips on how you protect your curls while swimming or going to the beach. Please leave a comment and share your tips. If you found this video helpful and you want more curly hair videos make sure to give this video a thumbs up and subscribe, i post new videos every week. Jodi-ann Turnbull: Big facts about the be hairful brush! You put me on to it and I never turned back! I used to dive alot and all these tips are on point for curly hair! Prep is a MUST! and after care even more so! But protective styles.... Girrrrrrrl! I've never felt so free!!! Best decision you will ever make in vacation!!! I 1000000000% agree with that tip!

Lexi E.B.: Imagine how hair school would be if they taught how to take care of natural hair... ️️

Kim Weidner: YAAAAAAY! Someone finally did a curly hair video for swimmers!! I'm a master swimmer, I swim six days a week and have mastered a routine pre and post swim that keeps my curls popin. I am typically the only person of color at the pools I train in and enjoy pulling my hair out of my swim cap after each swim just to represent. LOL I'm beginning to grow gray as I continue to grow my hair out, I am fully accepting each stage of my life. But I won't quit swim just because the chlorine is drying on the hair. I protect my hair with coconut oil and a swim cap and I practice proper pool etiquette by rinsing off before and after each swim. EVERY piece of advice you gave on this subject was spot on, thank you! It was welcomed advice. You look MARVELOUS, btw - stunning. ❤️ My hair is about your length now, I'm not planning on cutting it yet. I want long curly gray hair one day. I want to represent in that area too.

HairbySofia: It's strange does anyone else feel like their hair tangles less when you leave it down than when you put it in braids or something?

Judy Walker: Is anyone else picturing an oil slick or oil spill in the pool once you get in the water?

Alyssa Burns: I made sure to fill my hair with water and leave-in then braid it before snorkeling. I brought an extra bottle of water just to rinse my hair while on the boat and reapplied leave-in and detangled before re-braiding to keep my hair safe from the wind. The braids also protect most of my hair from the bands on the snorkel mask!

Em-2013: This has come at the perfect time! My swimming classes are starting again next week (after being closed due to Covid). I usually moisturise my hair in the morning, my class is at 2:30pm, and then i do 2 flat twists and use a swimming cap and then wash my hair when I get home. ‍♀️❤️

Anna Spaulding: This is the most informative video on swimming with curly hair I’ve seen!! Thanks Bianca

Chelsea G: Amaaaaazing tips wow I never thought of pre-wetting your hair!!!! I’ve been scared of pools ever since I started growing out my curls so maybe I will be good to try this at my next pool opportunity! :)

CM: I don’t even have a way of going swimming at all this summer, but I’m still watching the video to support Bianca!

Katerina K: I swim for the whole summer (the perks of living on an island!) and I would recommend using a good chelating shampoo every few weeks. The one I use has sulfates (the Bumble and Bumble Sunday Shampoo) but there are some great sulfate-free chelating shampoos. During the rest of the year, I use it every 4-5 weeks but in the summer I use it a couple of times per month to give my hair a good reset. This might not be for everyone, but I definitely recommend using a chelating shampoo if you swim often or live in an area with hard water.

Miss Amiera Price: Am I the only person that listens to her about curly hair and not my mom and ACTUALLY HAD RESULTS

Ileini Havili: I literally look forward to these weekly videos. I seriously feel more educated about my curly hair and more comfortable/confident to find the products I need for it. I remember always conditioning my hair before getting into the water for swim and GAME CHANGERR.

Amanda Evans: Oh my goodness! We went to highschool together! Even back then Bianca had BEAUTIFUL hair. I use the olaplex 3-7 and switch between the sol de Janeiro shampoo/condition. If you haven't tried the body oil with SPF 30 in.....its AMAZING.

Thaís Martins: The only bad thing about watching you is that I can't buy the products you recommend! I can't find them down here in Brazil. But I like following you!!! Your baby is soooooo cute!!

Jasmine McKinley: Well this is how I know I've been following you for a while! My daughter has the same curls as you and we do the exact things you said to do and we have no problems with detangling. She is 3 and her hair is now past her butt thanks for all the tips!

Diamond J: I have been WAITINGGGG for this !!! All I do is swim and I needed some tips for making sure I’m still taking care of my hair . Thank you looking amazing as usual btw

Mai Mai: Thank you!!! I need this. I am giving braids a break! Literally lost fist full of hair the last time I did braids both knotless and regular. I look forward to having my curls out and about on vacation next month!

Souha Waseem: I don’t have curly hair but this really helped me I used to go swimming every Thursday and my hair used to be so frizzy and dry and matted I don’t go swimming any more but this still really helped

Marianellyy Diaz: I got in the pool yesterday. Going to do a protein mask because I haven’t done one in like a month ... great video girl

Josephine Clarke: I have been binging your videos all day! I'm a little caucasian lady with 2c/3a hair and a family with NO CLUE how to take care of it. I'm in college and beginning my hair journey and you are the first person I've found to give me solid curly hair advice! Thank you for your approachable, easily understood content!

Elisa Friggieri: I just wanted to Thank you from the bottom of my heart for mentioning us, Artistic Swimmers. It actually made me shed a tear when you mentioned us and gave tips. I'm always looking for new ways to make sure I protect my hair at all times but it is very difficult to keep my hair healthy when I have to get into highly chlorinated water for 2.5+ hrs a day and wash my hair every day. It is also very difficult to find products that are actually good for my hair (ex. I still haven't found a good sulphate free shampoo) since I live on a tiny island called Malta in the Mediterranean. I don't have access to all the wonderful products you recommend and it's getting a little frustrating. Anyways, Thank you Thank you Thank you, I'll do my best to braid my hair and deep condition before going to the pool although it is not always possible.

Ms Melissa: I would just use a swimming cap and twist my hair underneath. There are a lot of pretty caps out there now. I love Olaplex No 3. I splurged for the big one and it’s great to use on my heat damaged, color treated hair.

Jamil Donith: Spilling the Tea! I’m a mermaid and I didn’t even know some of this stuff! I try to avoid pools at all cost, but the ocean is my life and I find that the salt water actually helps my hair. But I still rinse it off after. And as a swimmer I used to do the conditioner trick under my cap and it was magic.

CALI CURLS: Bianca you are glowing!!! My hair is so drying after getting out of the pool and the detangling process after is brutal!

Allison Barron: Great tips as always! I coat my hair in olive oil right out the kitchen before swimming! Then I use an aloe leaf as soon as I get out for 30 min before getting in the shower. If I'm out, I still use the aloe (pre-cut and in a plastic bag) and people look at me crazy but what the curls need, they need. ;) Saving the expensive products for the shower.

Joselin Garay: Your curl length girl!!!!!! Wow, your hair is so healthy, I've been using the CurlSmith Scalp line and my hair has been growing at a relatively noticeable speed. However, I am noticing a little more hair loss, I'm not sure why though...Thank you for your content and honesty!!

Renee Salvo: omg thank you so much for acknowledging synchronized swimmers! i swim all of the time because i am a synchronized swimmer and everyone always forgets about us. thanks so much for making this video!!

CARLA C: I wish we had these tips when I was a kid. It was always painful getting my hair washed after getting in the pool. I remember going to the pool one summer with my best friend. We went home to shower and when I got back to her house her mother had cut off all of her long beautiful curls. She was very sad but her mother said it was just too much to detangle

Darlene Chiodi: Hi Bianca! New subscriber and I’m catching up on all the vids. I’m interested in learning more about Olaplex #3 for this really dry straight patch of hair that won’t curl behind my ear. Thank you for all the tips. I’m on this curly journey at 34 years old and I’m struggling!

Cupcake: Both these hair care tips and that glorious discount are a Godsend!! I've been saving my coins for some bomb products, and this brush was in my top 5 must try/haves list. Good looking out, Bianca!

The Random Jack Show: I love it that in this video she’s not only talking about curly hair she’s also talking about wavy and even straight hair. She is one of the few to resign know with curly hair that talks about curly hair that also mention straight hair. She doesn’t bash straight hair or anything. Love her and her curls.

Ashley Pottinger: This was helpful for a future swimming lessons! Amazing tips!!

Emily Rodriguez: I have wavy/curly hair and I’ve had to wash my hair EVERYDAY on vacation bc of the pool, lots of sweat, the ocean, etc. And honestly, i am NOT looking forward to coming back home and having to deal with getting back into routine

Zhane Evins: Love these tips!! Thank you, I always just got in and deep conditioned after

laura duplessy: Thank you for this video!! we will stick to no silicone Can you please do a video on the opalex!! I've been curious about it for my oldest!! weve been on a curly rehab journey and shes starting to LOVE her curls thanks to you!!

Candy L: These were some good tips. I'd like to know more about the Olaplex treatment.

Anabel Batista: Deep conditioning and watching Bianca is the perfect day

Shal Perk: Yes two braids protective style for swimming - Great tips hun!

Glaisha Roberts: Thanks so much Bianca. You always give so much information and explain everything so thanks for all of it!!!!

Emily Etcetera: What i love most about this video is that Bianca was actually like understanding that yes, its easier to just keep your hair out of the water--but curly girls wanna go swimming too! So heres how to do that!

Jasmine Nicole Cogdell: This was such an informative video, Bianca & it came right on time! I’ll be spending the week in California for my 30th birthday

Nadeige Singh: Last week was such a sunny week in the Netherlands, I wish I knew your tips then thank you so much for this video though. Very helpful

Edisha Edgecombe: I guessed silicone! What's my prize?! Great tips! I'm about to have a whole hair makeup session before I go in...oh yes! It's gonna be a THING!!

Courtney Haas: thanks for the tips! I remember my hair being a tangled mess after going to the pool and it was the worst!

Anastasia McLeod: Any ocean-safe leave-ins we could put in our hair before swimming in an ocean? Do oils effect the ocean(life) negatively?

Marshelle Harris: Thanks for these great tips. Your hair is . Protecting our hair is must.

meron mesfin: Nooo wayyy I never thought I’d live to see the day where Bianca Renee tells us to use silicone

Rae: Thanks for the great video as always, Bianca! My wifi broke and because my sister is a 8yr, I've been spending a lot of time at the pool... And it's certainly taking a toll on my poor hair, who is now so dry

Silena Dunaway: I really needed this! I do water Aerobics and when I start back this will come in handy

Reservechic: You truly care up with the most amazing video intro ever! I swear I didn’t know if I was watching Bianca Renee or Janet Jackson! Either way, you’ve both got EXTRAORDINARY SWAG and “I STAN” for it all too!

Leila O: OMG THIS IS THE VIDEO IVE BEEN WAITING FOR ALL MY LIFE!! Thanks Bianca, great video as always!

1 Loc Wonder: I’ve been natural 5+ years and I’ve NEVER put my hair in pool or beach water ‍♀️...now I feel like I can

Oli: girl the cringe with the silicone, I felt that

Alyssa Patterson: Perfect timing I just left the pool ‍♀️have you seen the new Olaplex No.0 that pairs with number 3? I believe it is silicone free as well.

Di Snooga: You look so pretty in this vid! Love the light summer makeup

Kayla Ocasio: ily Bianca!! Thank you for being such an inspiration & a curly queen!!

Jacky Melissa: More videos like this pleaseeee. I live in the Caribbean, everytime I go swimming my hair is a tangled, dry mess. This video is super helpful

Sabrina Rodriguez Peralta: Please do an Olaplex video! I’ve seen some curlies have damage after using it or ppl saying it’s only for dyed hair! Please I need more info

Tasha Love: As a pool owner to an inground pool of 30 years I always ask my friend and family to please wash out any products you have in your hair because you leave an oil slick on top of the water, that then throws off the chemical balance and as a pool owner I would have to spend more money to get the pH balance for my water correct. Please wash and/or rinse your hair first! Do not put anything on it before going to someone else pool! unless you plain on paying for the chemicals to keep the Ph balance correct $$$.

tamtam775: I’m mixed and I wish my mama saw a video like this when I was a kid during those summers where I lived in the pool

Jennifer Girard: Great tips Bianca- BUT, I need to know what you did to your hair in this video! I always look for flatter curls- IK- don’t faint...I don’t like big fluffy hair! And Yes, to Olaplex please!❤️

Enjoli M.: You look so beautiful! Thanks for the tips! And really cute swimsuit ❤️

beeanca13: The Behairful brush is so perfect! It’s my favorite ❤️

Jen C: Hi Bianca, question: I've been wanting to also try CurlSmith products to help aid my hair into a longer growth journey (give my hair a boost in growing) but I am a bit nervous about it because of the things that happened with DevaCurl. Although I have never tried DevaCurl products...i kept hesitating to and I am glad I have because of what happened. I dont think CurlSmith has been out too long and that makes me nervous. Any suggestions? Blessings~

Catherine Storing: Protective style...yes, what did it think of that before. Thank you. Adding the oils before it’s a great tip. You rock!!

Hadeel: You should try the superbrush it’s amazing one of my favorites, easy to clean and so gentle on the hair

Lavish✨: Bianca is looking extra pretty today. Love the new look

Paige Putnam: I would love to see an olaplex tutorial, I’m very interested in trying it! :)

Aries Baynham: Im too broke to take this good of care of my hair. Seriously what is life without leave in conditioner for curly hair. I haven't had any for months

Bethany Knowles: Bianca I love your videos! I have tried the behairful brush and was actually disappointed. I think the Denman power paddle is a total LIFE SAVER for really tangled/matted hair on the curly kiddos that fight to get their hair brushed everyday. Have you tried this?

Abigail R Matambo: Oh snap!! That length showing off at the beginning of the video!!

Njoki Mwithi: Yessss, I’ve been wanting an Olaplex No 3 video for a while now! Please do one!

Tatiana Green: Great tips. I don’t swim a lot but when I do it can be rough on my hair.

Binbin: Ugh! The tangles from chlorine pools. I don’t remember this as a kid.

Kayla Smith: Interested in more info on Olaplex, have heard many wonderful things but also some horror stories as well.

Nickey Wills: Great tips! I was a mermaid before pandemic...(was training for a triathlon) I used a leave in and oils before getting in the water and ALWAYED Deep conditioned after....result healthy hair

Christina-Claire Georges: You are virtually glowing. From your hair to your skin. Cannot believe you are mum now.

Chelsea Kerec-Uzoni: Loved this video/information even though I have done no swimming this Summer haha. I am prepared for 2021!

Dalina Hilario Mata: I can't get over how long your hair is I just keep rewatching the beginning when it looks super long in the water

Christina Townes: I'd love to see a video on Olaplex. A fellow comedian has curly hair and teases me for how sad mine are. (I'm growing it back after a big chop and some chemical damage by a newbie hair stylist)

Medina Que: I learned how to swim in January. I wet my hair before swimming and used shea butter after swimming.

Hannah Barraza: I love Olaplex so far, please do a full video!

2721kitcat: The detangling after the pool is a nightmare. I stop leaving my hair down because of it but I will say that leave in conditioner is a great idea.

Katarina Ramos: Good timing. My cousin has a pool and I live in the Central Valley where the temp has been consistently in the triple digits. I was just wonder if Bianca Renee had a video about pool hair care.

Nayala: Bianca! Loved this video you looked like a ‍♀️ Can you a more in-depth video on the Protein treatment please

Shoshannah Roth: I would love to see an Olaplex video. It’s so expensive I haven’t tried it yet. It seems like they advise you to use the No. 0 with the No. 3. I didn’t even check to see if it has silicone. If it doesn’t maybe you could include that one too.

ProudAutismMom: I needed this video! My children have kept me in the pool this summer‍♀️

arii: I’ve been watching you for over 4 years!!! I love you also, for the olaplex treatment can I put it on after my deep conditioner?

Don Don F: Hi while I love your videos and I agree with some of the information on this video ( rinsing your hair first, hats, and braids) I am pretty sure most people with pools dont want you applying oil to your hair/body. It leaves a film in the pool making it harder to get out and clean. This coming from a brown girl that had non-brown friends with pools.

Resi 2020: Please Bianca, make an Olaplex video. I have the same exactly curls as you . My hair is low porosity and extremely protein sensitive. Love your channel, it has helped me a lot in my journey to health hair. I miss Foundation Friday . Big hugs from Brazil

Mia Harris: I have a lot of questions about this video so it’s recommended to do a deep conditioning at least once a week, and wash your hair twice a week...depending on how dirty your hair gets... but if your an everyday swimmer (I’m not I’m just curious) you have to wash your hair and deep condition/mask every time you get out. Wouldn’t that be a lot of moisture already? And also... this is just something I’ve noticed I’m having trouble with, but I work almost everyday and I have to have my hair out of the way so it’s not contaminating anything (I work with food) I normally go with a bun because it’s the safest and quickest route. But everytime I go home and do my night time routine, such as putting it in a pineapple for bedtime, I’m always left with indents from my hair tie and the back of my head where I had to brush it into the bun is curless. This leaves me to have to add some water to my hair but then that defeats the purpose of having day 2,3,4 hair since I’m always having to reset my hair. Can you make a video based on safe and beneficial ways to pull my hair out the way without damaging the curl pattern? I love to show off my curls so I’m more than welcome to take that extra longer step to make them work, but I have a bit longer curls and a simple pineapple for work is just too big to wear at work... if that makes sense.... but I would really appreciate if you were able to do this and you just might save my curly hair life

Incencia_unleashed: Great Tips! I would love an Olaplex video. I've heard mixed reviews about it.

ShareeDeeJA🇯🇲: I vacation a couple times a year usually and I'm always looking for a video like this and surprisingly there aren't many videos on this.

Ange N.O.: Firstly...that intro was EVERYTHING!

Cielo Hurley: I need to think about something funny so Bianca will notice me, the struggle

Monique: Love the summery tips even though it's like the middle of winter here in Australia

Noelle Barroll: The fact that I went to the pool twice in the week before this knowledge is so upsetting

Yasmine: Thanks for the video but I have a question. For the people that swim everyday should they wash their hair with shampoo everyday?

quantumwombat: Please do an olaplex video! Looking at the reviews for no. 3 I've seen some people say it made their hair break off, possibly because their hair strands were too thin or because they didn't have chemical damage. I'd appreciate it so much if you could look into it and help us figure out when its okay to use olaplex and when it's not! Thanks for your amazing videos!
