Hi everyone and welcome back in today's video. I have five styles using a french pin. I'Ve seen these hairpins a lot on instagram recently, so i couldn't wait to give them a go. So, let's get started so starting out. I'M spritzing my hair using the petite dry. Shampoo, just to give my hair a little bit more texture and grip when i'm styling and then for the first style. You want to gather all your hair up into a low ponytail and then braid this back. Then i'm pulling on the side of the braid to make it look thicker, and this will also help to make the bun look bigger. Then you want to twist the braid clockwise around itself to create the bun. So with the french pin, there's one side: that's slightly curved and you want to have that facing outwards and you want to pin this into the bun and then twist it back around on itself, so that the curved part is against your head. And then you want to pin it through the rest of the bun. I thought i'd show you that again, so you take the pin and almost cross it diagonally into the bun, then twist it back on itself, so it gathers up more hair from the base and then back through into the bun. That'S just what's going to make it more secure, then i'm just pulling on the sides of the bun again to make it look thicker and make the sections look more detailed, and this is the first look done for the next style. You want to grab the top layer of hair and divide this into two equal sections. You then want to twist these sections over each other and pull them tight. You then want to grab the top and bottom section and hold these together, just as you pull the twist apart and then taking the pin and repeating the same steps as before so sort of pinning it in at an angle, twisting it back on itself and pushing It through the other side, so this is the next look done and i just wanted to quickly show you how secure it was as well, so you can see that it wasn't going to move so the next style is probably my favorite, which is the classic french Twist, so to create the french twist, you want to pull your hairs if you're gon na do a low ponytail grab the end and then place your hand in the center and twist it upwards. So it creates this shape. Then, with the ends, you can kind of tuck them back into the twist and then pin everything in place and decided to use two pins for this style. If you just wanted to do this with one pin that would work okay as well, you just want to make sure that you're pinning it more in the center of the twist for the next style. You want to grab the top layer of hair again and divide this into two equal sections. You then want to twist these two sections around each other, creating a loose rope braid. Then you want to wrap this anti-clockwise into a bun and then i'm just pulling on the sides of the twist to make it look thicker once you're happy with the shape you can then pin in place and repeat the same steps as before the last style. Is this really quick and easy big bun, so you just want to gather your hair up into a low ponytail and then twist this forwards and then wrap it around itself into a bun shape with the ends. I wanted to make sure that they were kind of spread out around the bun just to give that more kind of messier, effortless look to the style, so i'm pinning this in place and then just moving the ends around the bun. To finish off the look, i'm just pulling on the root to give more texture and volume, and this is the last look done so they were the five styles. I really hope you found this video helpful and it gave you some inspiration if you are going to try out a french bin for yourself.
