Hello to all the beautiful people who have decided to be here with me today welcome back to my channel. I am your girl kenyatta here and today i want to share something with you guys that i think is very important for all of my ladies out there, who like to get their pinups and their updos. This is for you, okay, because we i use hairpins in my hair, sometimes when i do certain styles and i'm pretty sure i'm not the only one. So i wanted to share this quick tip with you guys, because i think it's very important - i haven't seen it covered anywhere and that is the correct way to use hair pins on your locks to minimize or eliminate damage. Okay - and this is something that i think that you should know - i have two hairpins - you see a little black ball here at the end of the hairpin and right here. There is no little black ball at the end of the hairpin. You can see on this hairpin. There are two: there are two little black balls at the end of this hairpin: okay, when you're using hair, pins and one of them, and they look like see that it does. It only has one little black ball right here and the other one here is actually missing. This part right here is what is a nemesis nemesis for your locks? Okay, because this is literally stabbing your locks when you're using it and you poking it through it's resi. It creates resistance, it literally damages your hair strands, okay, popping them little things in half every time you poke one of these ends that really damages your locks. Okay and you'll notice. When you use pins, that does not have where there are not two little black prawns at the top you'll notice, when you use pins like that, there's a little resistance is a bit harder to stick it in. You know what i mean. You definitely want to use. Hair pins, like both ends, have the little black ball at the top. The purpose of the little black ball is to allow the hairpin to go into your hair with ease. Therefore, if it, if it's going into your hair, it it's a bit easier. Okay, because it kind of slips through the strands it doesn't, it doesn't uh get caught on a strand and you have to push it in. You can gently slide the hairpin in and guide it into your hair. Okay, so just keep in mind that when you're using hair pins pay attention to those hair pens that don't have that little uh black part. Okay, because those are the ones that are harder to use, and they are also damaging your thank you for tuning in and watching my video. I really do appreciate it. I hope this lock tip helps all my ladies out there who like to do their updos and their pin ups, okay, because the last thing we want is for our hair to be damaged, and one thing i do know is that those hairpins that do not have The little black part on the top damages your locks, okay and it stabs your babies. Every time you try to force that in there, hairpin should always glide in very easy and smooth anyway comment down below, and let me know what you think about this video. Don'T forget to share this video wherever you share cool stuff on your instagram on your facebook on your twitter subscribe turn your notifications, so that you never miss a video from your girl. Y'All know right we're trying a long way right. You better know it! It'S your girl getting out of here. Peace,
Comments
N P: You stay with the good tips! Thank you
Mish M.: Awesome topic! I find that my loose hair at the roots gets snagged on the tips of hair pins when I am removing them. I hate it! I'm to the point where I limit hair pin use for that reason.
Grant Brown: What about the flat pins? Any suggestions?
