Here are some quick and bun hairstyles for short and medium length hair! It's a super duper easy hair tutorial, but hopefully it gives you some great inspo!
Here's how to get 5 different buns on short or medium length hair. We've got half up half down hair styles, an updo, a braid, basically anything you could need for shoulder length hair every day or even for school. I love a hair style that you can do in 5 minutes and be out the door. Technically these are no heat hairstyles as well, so they're even easier and great for making healthy hair.

(, lively, music, ), [, Kayley, ], Hey everyone Kayley here with these five bun hairstyles.. These are super quick and super easy to get you out the door, but looking cute in just a few minutes., I think you're gon na love it.. So let's get the video started on a fun note. Start by parting, your hair in the center and then take the hair on each side of your part and put it into a high pigtail. To make the bun a little bigger. I'M gon na backcomb with my brush before I twist my hair and wrap it into a bun., Then just pin it in place. Then just do the same thing on the other side and you are done.. These buns are fun and adorable, and they can also be a workout hairstyle, especially if you put a bunch of hair into those buns.. Let'S move on to a messy bun: everyone can do. ( upbeat music ), I'm going to take all of my hair from my ears back and pull it on top of my head and place that into a ponytail. To make your messy bun backcomb with a brush Until you have a nice, fluffy tease. We're gon na use this to make the messy bun. So you can make this as big and fluffy as you want., Then, without twisting wrap your hair into the shape of a bun, and once you have it where you want it go ahead and pin it in place. After you pin, you can use your fingers to Gently pull the bun apart, just a little bit more to make it even bigger.. This hairstyle is great because it gives you the ease of a messy bun, while still being great for short hair. And now on to something braided., (, lively, music, ) Start by sweeping your hair back and then taking a small section right next to your hairline. Split That into three and begin braiding., Once you have your braid started, move on to doing a French braid with all the hair, that's on top of your head. Secure the end of your braid with a hair elastic and then very gently pull out the braid to make It a little bigger and fluffier., I'm gon na finish it off with another messy bun, just tease that hair backwards and then wrap it into a bun and pin it in place. And there you go an easy way to add a braid into your short hairstyle. And Now, for this cute little baby, bun. (, playful music, ) Start by pulling the top half of your hair back and secure it with an elastic. Twist the hair from your ponytail and wrap it into a bun.. It might be really little, but it's okay cause. I think it's super cute, even if it's tiny. Then pin it in place., Remember some little fly, aways can be cute, so don't feel afraid to leave some out if you want to.. Finally, if you want, you can loosen up the hair right around your crown. To add a bit more volume, and that is it for this hairstyle. I like that, it's very tussled and cute, but put together at the same time.. Finally, we have our bun do. ( upbeat music, ) You're, just gon na start by making three little ponytails in the back., I made the two on the outside a little lower and the one in the middle. A little higher. Now use your thumb and index finger to very gently, pull apart, some of the hair at the crown to add volume and a little bit of texture. And finally wrap each ponytail into a bun and pin them in place.. Now, if you have a lot of fly aways, I would recommend twisting your hair first and then wrapping it into a bun that will definitely help to tame some of those fly. Aways. And that's it., Who says you can't rock an up do without long hair. This is totally doable. If you have very short hair, you could transition it into a half up do, but for a lot of you, you can totally pull off this bun do. And that's it for these short hair buns..
