Hey guys so today i wanted to do a video all about quick, on-the-go running light hairstyles. I know when we think like running light hairstyles, we think messy buns and i kind of want to do other things. Besides a messy bun, i do show one messy bun, but yeah. These are going to be quick hairstyles that are literally going to take you less than three minutes. So if you got somewhere to go, these are going to be your hairstyles. So let's go ahead and always see more time and get into it. So you can see my hair is already curled, which may not be practical for some, so yeah when i actually went into the office to work or when i was in high school. I would always shower and do my hair the night before so whether i curled it or straightened it. I would always do my hair the night before so i could wake up and then just do a braid or whatever and be good to go. So we're going to pretend that's the case here and that i didn't just curl my hair. So if you're wondering how i curled my hair, it is with this guy. I show this all the time. It'S the baby, bliss pro curling iron. I will link it in my description box, alright for the first hairstyle, i'm just taking a small section on the left side of my head, i'm inserting a bobby pin into it about midway and then just kind of turning it in and then clipping it to my Head, so it's not very secure right now, so i am adding another bobby pin to make it secure so we're just making like a little loop. I'M! So sorry, if you can hear knocks in the background um, then i'm doing the same thing on the other side. So i'm just taking a small section of hair, inserting a bobby, pin and then just kind of folding it in and then just pushing that up into my head and then just making those two sections touch. And then i did add a little clip just to kind of hide the bobby pins, but this is what it looked like. It is super easy and seriously perfect for work school or whatever you have going on for the day, and this hairstyle looks super cute from the front too. Next hairstyle, i'm just going to take a section from the side of my head and divide it into three equal strands and we're just going to do a regular three strand braid. So if you don't know how to do a three strand braid, you just place your outside strands over your middle strands, and you just do this all the way down. I figure. Most people probably know how to do this, so i'm not going to really walk through it that much, but once you finish it, then you just want to pancake it, so i'm just pinching and pulling on the sides, and i'm just doing this all the way up. My head, so we really want that nice feathered! Look for this hairstyle if you have really fine or textured hair, try using a texture spray to give your hair some grip. So once you get it to how you like it, you just want to take that braid and you want to take it around to the back side of your head and stretch it as far as you can. If you have really long hair, you might want to loop it under and i'm just going to insert a bobby pin directly into the braid, and then you just repeat on the other side. So now i'm taking the other braid and i'm just pulling it across the braid. We just pinned and i'm opening up a little section from the braid we just pinned and i'm pulling that other braid through and you might have some hair sticking out. No worries just tuck it up underneath those two braids bobby pin it into place and you won't be able to see it then. The next thing i'm just going to do is go around and pancake more just because it can kind of get uneven as you're messing with them, but this is what it looks like. I am obsessed. I think this is so cute, very bohoey, very just beautiful. All right now on to the bun, so it's not really a messy bun, but you can see. I pulled my hair up and i'm taking this donut maker and i'm pulling my hair through. If you don't have a donut maker use a rolled sock, it's a little hack and then you're, just gon na spread your hair across it like this, and you want to take a clear elastic and just put it over that bun. So it should look like a little ball like this. So then you're gon na divide the rest of that hair into two sections. You'Re gon na take one section and just take two strands and twist them over each other, so just twisting twisting all the way down. Once you get to the very end, you just want to pancake it. So just fluff it out pinch and pull like i'm doing here and then i'm taking it across that opposite section and then taking it around the bun. And then i'm just going to bobby, pin it in place and do the same thing on the other side. And just wrap it around the bun. You can see. I had a little loop sticking out, but i ended up bobby pinning that but again take it around the back and then bobby pin everything there. I am bobby pinning that little bubble i added in a little jewel to kind of hide the back, because the back wasn't too pretty, but this is what it ended up. Looking like, so i'm just fluffing out the top a little more. I did want this to be like more of a formal type bun. So this is what we got and i think it turned out so cute last but not least so divide your hair into two sections and clip one section away. So we're going to start with the other section and we are going to take a small section of hair and just twist it and then add in a section right beneath it and then twist the two together and do the same thing. So add in a section right beneath it twist them together and you do this all the way down so add in a section beneath it twist them together, add in a section beneath it twist them together, and you do this all the way till you get to The bottom of your head so add in a section beneath it and twist it and we have one more so you just add it in and twist it and then you want to twist all the way down your hair, so we're going to create a little bun. But make sure you're twisting in the same direction that you've been twisting and you're just going to twist and then wrap your hair around itself. So it creates a cute little bald bun like this and just keep wrapping keep wrapping and when i met bald, i meant like a ball and then i'm gon na take a clear elastic and just put that around the bun, and here it loosens, which is fine. That'S what i wanted and i'm just going to add some bobby pins all around make it nice and secure - and this is such a cute hairstyle. You can literally wear this anywhere dress. It up, dress it down. Definitely some modern princess leia vibes going on here, but i very much enjoy it. I think it looks adorable, so that is all the hairstyles that we have for today. I hope you guys enjoyed them. Let me know which one was your favorite in the comments below look at you but yeah. Thank you guys so much for watching, and i will see you guys in my next one. I love you yeah bye,

Kat Fox: I have such a deep appreciation for these kinds of videos. I used to love doing my hair a few years ago, but stopped, so this is definitely encouraging. Also, I must add, you're absolutely gorgeous physically, but theres something about you that just makes that radiate so much more. You just come off as a genuinely lovely person.

Reysha: Great video! These seem simple enough that even I can do them! My hair is so long and I hate just having it down because it gets so tangled and always ends up getting closed in a car door or something. I love these because it's an easy way to look just a bit more put together. I do have one question: the link to the clear elastics isn't active anymore. Could you update the link please? I would love some larger clear elastics like that, I've just never seen them before so I'm not even sure where to start looking! Thanks!

Jennifer Rice: These look simple enough. I'll have to try some. Love the way you pancake the braids - makes them look really great! Thanks for sharing.

Chances are they’re on Amazon which would be amazing because a couple of ur other things were on there snd that way people could get everything from one place etc etc. can you give us links for the first 2 items, on Amazon? @laineymariebeauty

Jamie b: Please do something on your skin care routine!!!!

Ashley Berrios: So stupid question, I know you show what curling iron you use but did you ever do a video on how you actually curl your hair? I love how "carefree" and flowy it looks VS. formal and curly....I don't even know if that makes sense LOL

Rebecca Arellano: I used to have waiste-lenghth hair. Any of these styles would've looked great. Now, though, I wear a pixie hair cut. FYI, as a woman ages, her hair length should be shorter. So, IOW, no mid-back to waiste-lenghth style for a woman in her 50's, 60's or beyond! P.S.: your baby is too cute and looks super happy!
