Hi everyone. It'S me Latricia, welcome back to my channel, so today I'm going to show you guys how I wrap my hair. So the first thing I use is a rat tail comb and a brush, and after I finish wrapping my hair I'll show you how to secure it I'll show you a couple of different ways, and I will say the best time to do this is when your Hair is freshly relaxed or if it's just flat ironed it um. I relaxed my hair yesterday and all I did was after I finished. I wrapped it up and I let it here dry and then this morning I just unwrapped it in a flat iron day. So I'm going to go ahead and get started, so here we go. The first thing you want to do is find the center of your head, and then you want to begin to comb your hair out evenly in all directions. Okay, okay, so hopefully you guys can see what I'm doing just wan na comb, your hair out, evenly in all directions and once you've done that you can begin to wrap it. So you're just going to start slowly going around, and I usually wear my part here. So I'm going to wrap in this direction, so you're just going to slowly start wrapping around and I just like to follow it around, with my hand, is really slowly. You just want to take your time and then you want to make sure you keep your hand here. So it'll begin to rise the lesson. So you want to make sure you keep your hand here to keep it flat and you're, smoothing it with your hands and then once I've got it pretty secure. Then I take my brush and that is it. You guys it's secure and then I like to take this little mesh wrapping thingy on what it is and just put it around and it has velcro on it. So just close it like that, and then you can put a bonnet over this or a send cap. Whatever you want to do, um - and I just sleep like this - this is what I used last night because um my hair was wet and it has the little pole, so your hair can still free. So this is what this is. The only things I wore to bed last night - I don't sleep, really bad, so it didn't come on for anything and then another method that you can use. If that's not secure enough, you get psycho bandana and all you do is fold it on two ends like this. I mean you place it at the back of your head and you're going to lay the front over top and then, whichever direction your rap is going in and mine and going this way. So I'm just going to pull it this way and then back this way and then I usually put a bobby pin here, but I have a clip so I'm going to use the clip and then what you do is just slide it a little bit just in Case your rap messed up a little bit you're just gon na tie me in the direction that your rap is going in. So that way you won't have any dents or anything like that in your hair. So you know when I'm sorry guys. I keep looking over here because I'm trying to make sure I'm doing everything, so you guys can see it but yeah. That is it you guys and now I'm just going to unwrap it for you and then, when you unwrap it, you just want to kind of loosen it up a little bit and it'll begin to fall, and then, when I unwrap the, I like to use a Wide tooth comb, but you just kind of comb it in the same direction until it's all down and then you can begin to style it the way you want it. So let's hide this, so I usually wear my part here and there you have. You guys is really simple and once you get used to doing it and you train your hair it'll be easier in so yes, that's it you guys, that's how I wrap my hair. I hope you enjoyed this video, please remember to Like comment and subscribe and thank you so much for watching and I'll see you guys in the next video back

Sandi Moore: you were great. I am a first timer hair wrapper. As I am getting older my hair texture is changing I am waking up with curls so for 51 years i didn't have any issues , lately my hair needs a flat iron in the morning or I would have to rewash it and blow dry it and my hair is burnt do to the blow dryer and flat iron. I wrapped it last night for the first time and my hair was straight all day and silky smooth and soft. Thanks

Billie Elish Stan: In my country (la republica dominicana) we call it a tubi its traditional for woman to wear a wrap to keep it straight

cymone teague: I am convinced that I just don’t know how to wrap my hair correctly. I mean the frustration I go through, my hair keeps falling and the next morning when I comb it out, the right side of my head is ALWAYS frizzy, which defeats the purpose of wrapping when I have to flat iron that side again. Omg
