Hey guys! In this hair tutorial, I will show you how to jazz up your everyday ponytail so that it doesn't have to look boring every morning. These easy hairstyles are quick to do and they work great on medium to long hair-- straight or curly! Thumbs up if you likey and let me know which look was your favorite in the comments below! ^_^
Hairstyle #1 - The French Twist Ponytail
This ponytail takes less than a minute to do and it somewhat resembles a french twist. Add hair accessories like rhinestones and flowers to dress it up for proms, weddings, and formals.
Hairstyle #2 - The Hidden Ponytail
I've seen many versions of this ponytail on instagram / pinterest and it's so popular because it looks effortless but put together. This one is great for school and work when you don't have a lot of time in the morning to spare. Well maybe you do but you prefer to sleep. :)
Hairstyle #3 - The Double Twist
This hairstyle almost looks like a regular gibson tuck with a ponytail but fold in the center is longer like a double french twist. Hey guys me here, I have to apologize for my voice in this video because I just got over a really bad cold, but I'm feeling a lot better and in this video I'm going to show you how to do three quick and easy ponytail hairstyles. So if you want to learn how to do them, thank you for watching for the first hairstyle you want to create four parts behind your ears and with the section in the front you're just going to leave it alone, but with the rest of your hair, you're, Going to gather it at the back and tie it into a ponytail, now take a section of hair that you left out earlier and what you're going to do is you're going to wrap it around the ponytail to conceal the hair tie and you're going to bring It underneath next separate a tiny strand of hair from the larger ponytail and add it to the new section, then tie them together with an elastic band, and this is basically going to keep the twist in place without the use of bobby pin adjust the twist here. Liking and you're done, this hairstyle took less than a minute to do and it definitely looks more polished than your typical ponytail. The second hairstyle is called the hidden ponytail. So, first, what you want to do is punch your hair in half and tie the top half next divide the bottom layer into two equal sections, starting on the right side. You want to take that section of hair and place it over. The ponytail then make a hole with your index finger and your thumb on the left side and pull that section through just like earlier. You want to separate a strand of hair from the main ponytail. Add it to the new section and tie them together with an elastic band. Now do the same thing on the left side so I'll take the left strand cross it over. But this time you're going to stick your index finger and your thumb through the previous section that you just crossed over and you're going to hold the left section through it just secure it in place. You want to stick a bobby, pin right at the top and make sure that it's hidden, so here's the hidden ponytail. It almost looks like you tied your hair, nor knot, but it's very secured. The final hairstyle is called the double twist. So, first you want to part your hair and tie the top half up now. For this particular look, you have to tie your hair loosely so don't make it tight. Just have a nice loose ponytail, then you want to create an opening at the top and flip. Your ponytail in gather the rest of your hair and tie it into another loose ponytail, pull your ponytail up and put it through the very first loop that you created. Next, you want to adjust your hair and pull the twist close together and if the bottom part is kind of loose, all you have to do is pull on the ponytail to tighten next. You want to pinch the two bowls together at the top then grab a hair pin, which is basically like a bobby pin, that's been opened and you want to insert it down in the middle when you're done. You should have something that looks like this, so I hope you guys enjoy these hairstyles.
