Hi, my name is Madeline and I'm a hair stylist today, I'm gon na be showing you how to achieve a side part for medium length, hair the tools you'll be needing for this are a flat brush depending on the length of your bangs. You might need a round brush the products you'll be using today on wet hair is going to be a light, hold gel or mousse, whatever you'd like for your hair and then for finishing touches you'll, be using a light, hold hairspray step, one for doing your side. Part is we're going to take a top crown section and wet it down. Just your bang area, you don't have to do your entire head. If you don't want to now you're going to apply your product and comb it through now, you're gon na take your flat brush and you're gon na blow dry, your hair. The key point of this is you want to go side to side and follow your brushing. Your hair dryer and go side to side once you have most of the moisture out of your hair you're going to want to decide where you want your part to go for me. I, like my part, to go right about like so so what you'll want to do is follow the motions backwards and then the side to side again also take your brush underneath and bring it down and to the side again. You'Ll do the motions of putting the brush underneath your bangs, pointing downwards and swooping to the side. I personally don't like a straight back part, but if you do, you can always come back. Let your hair just kind of naturally fall the way it wants to go and brush it down. So here we have our side part for medium length, hair thanks for tuning in and watching
