Loie love and a welcome back to my youtube channel. My name is Ashley. If you are new today's video, I'm going to be showing you guys a three super fun hairstyles to beat the heat honestly it it has been so humid here in Toronto. One moment it's raining another moment: it's like 30 degrees outside and the humidity is on level 5,000. My hair has been through so much frizz a possible of days, so I have been searching through Instagram Pinterest YouTube everywhere. I can possibly think of to come up with fun hair stuff to help prevent my hair from frizzing and just kind of keep it all nice and healthy, because nobody likes having to straighten their hair 15 million times only to go outside and have it puff up. Like a frickin pom-pom, just no, no, no today, I'm going to be showing you guys, a series super fun hairstyles to help beat the heat or just find herself, but you can do whenever you feel like it honestly. You guys can do these hairstyles on any hair length, but today I'm going to be showing you guys. I even do it on short to medium length, hair. If you would like to learn how to create these as 3 super fun, hairstyles, then just keep watching. So for this first hairstyle I've actually clipped into extra wess that I've had from my set and I've actually cut them so that they are the exact length of my and natural hair color, and this helps give my hair just a little bit extra volume. For this update that we are about to create, so I parted my hair from the side from the back section of the part, I'm just going to part my way, my hair, all the way down to the nape of my neck, and then I'm going to create A Dutch braid going back - and this is going to help - create a faux Mohawk kind of look with two Dutch braids on either side of your hair. So to create a Dutch braid you're, going to split the hair into three pieces and as you're crossing the outer strands or the strands that are in your hands under the middle strand, you're going to add hair to the strands that are in your hands. Now. Don'T worry if you are doing the same thing with the extensions to add a little bit more volume to your hair. You could always cover that up when you will flip up the braid or when we complete the next step of this hairstyle. So just just regard and exist engines that are showing at this point because once we are done we'll cover all of that up and once your dish braid is secured you're going to go ahead and go back in and fluff up that braid just to cover up That extension, then working with a small section of hair next to the braid, we're going to twist that strand of hair and then pin it flat to your head and then again grabbing another small section of hair twisting. Is that to one side pulling on the section? Just to add a little bit more volume and then pinning that down and for the other side of the head, you're just going to part out where your next braid will be and grab that remainder of hair twist it again towards one side and then pin it Flat to your F and then again on the other side of your head, we're going to create another Dutch braid to splitting that section of hair into three small pieces and crossing the outer strands under the middle strand and as you're crossing the outer strands out of Under the middle strand, you're going to add small pieces in a pair to the pieces that are already in your hand and then grab the remaining hair, put it into a little messy bun and then pin that to your head and then you're going to grab the Two braids and just wrap it around the little button that you have created and pin those down to the back of your head. So now you have any perfect messy a braided Mohawk. The next hairstyle is for all my non graders, so this hairstyle is super easy to create and what you're basically going to do is just tie your hair in a knot working your way down your head. So super simple and I promise you won't tie any actual knots in your hair. So we're going to have a small section of hair by the crown of your head twists it around each other and then pin it to your head. Then grabbing small sections of hair from insides of your head you're, going to pull those sections of hair towards the back of your head and literally just tie a very simple small knot in the air and then we're going to tie another knot but kind of double Knot that and then we're going to grab a hair, elastic and secure that down we're going to repeat that step over and over again, as we work our way down so grabbing another small section of hair tying that in a knot and again your arms will get Tired, my arms were dying at this point and secure that with an elastic band and then give your arms a little shake because they will hurt from this hairstyle and then wrap the remaining of the hair into a small bun and pin it to the back of Your head - and this is the perfect hairstyle if you're on the go - and you just want to pin your hair up, but don't want to do just a basic ponytail or a bun. So for this last hairstyle I have removed my hair extensions and you can feel then my natural hair is but for this Michelle we are going to create a halo braid. So we are going to section out a small section of hair at the end nape of our neck, and we are going to create a three strand braid. Now. This hairstyle is a little bit more difficult because you do have to play around with the positions of your hands and you do have to be a pretty experienced breeder to get this down. But all you're going to do is create a three strand braid at the nape of your neck and then you're slowly, going to add in small pieces of hair into these strands of hair that are in your hands. So, while crossing the outer strand under the middle strand, you're going to add in just a little bit of hair to that and work your way around your head now for me, I always struggle with braiding the left side of my head. So I like to start my braids there, because once we get to the end and you can use the remainder of the braid or the remainder of your hair to cover up that like messed up section. So here I am just braiding along and don't worry if you're leaving any pieces out or if you find that your braid is a little too thin or you have em sticking out, because you can always pin that down once you are done so again, as I Worked my way around to the right side of my head, I'm going to just create a three strand braid with the remainder of the hair, secure that with an elastic band and then take that section of hair and use it to cover up the left side. Of my head, that is kind of like ugly, where we first start so again. I left too much of my bangs out when I was braiding my hair. So once I've done fluffing up my braid to create the perfect amount of volume, I'm going to pin down will go one side to make sure that everything is all hidden. And then I added a small curl to my bangs, and that was it and there you have it guys. Three super simple hairstyles for short to medium length, hair. Let me know down in the comment section below which one was your favorite and remember, to give this video a big thumbs up if you enjoyed it and subscribe, if you haven't already, I love you guys so much, and I will see you in our next video
