How I Style My Short Hair Without Heat | Growing Out A Buzzcut

Welcome back to my channel - hey guys, so I am here today with a new video, for you welcome back to my channel. If you can't tell by the title, I'm gon na be showing you how I style my short hair. This is not the finished product by the way. This is just it wet, and it looks cute right now, but if I did not do anything to it, it would be just it would start sticking straight up um. I might show you just like a few different styles like throughout the next few days, because I'm once I shower, which I did earlier um, I probably won't wash my hair for like 3 to 4 days and that not only keeps your hair healthy, but it also Helps to kind of give it some texture and volume and make it a little like you know a little spicy. I mean no different throughout the next few days, so it doesn't always look the same but yeah. This is freshly washed hair and then I just have it a little bit damp. I don't want it soaking wet. I can do this. Soaking wet it's soaking, wet soaking, wet um, but I did put all the flecks in my hair and I honestly I know this is a treatment that you gots in your hair and you wash up and I kind of use it like it's leaving, conditioner, because I Don'T have a leave it in conditioner or any serums, but this is amazing. It'S obviously a great product to help bond the hair and keep the hair nice and strong, and I'm just put a little bit in I'm a little, wherein I think, I'm going to right now, a little dollop - and maybe this is one of the reasons my hair Is growing really fast, everyone's always asking me what I'm doing to grow my hair really fast, and I hate to say it. I do think a big part of it is genetics. My mom's hair grows crazy fast, but obviously having short hair is good for your hair and it's healthy and it's gon na grow faster, but yeah. It'S growing like crazy. We are not going to talk about these roots today. I know I'm deciding if I want to bleach them again, because I'm nervous cuz, I don't want to overlap on to the RT my hair and break off my hair off I'm sending if I'm gon na go blonde or make it Auburn for the fall time. I'M gon na just add a little bit more water to my hair right now. I'M gon na show you what I do when I want my hair to look put together, neat and cute like if I'm going somewhere nice like to a dinner or like a wedding. I went to recently this is like probably the way I feel like a cutest. First, I'm going to take this joy, Co, mousse, and this is power Whip, whipped from mousse, and I thought this probably the year ago after I worked at this salon where I would use it all the time in client's, hair and it just had great hold - and I was using it for a while when my hair was clearly just a man into the curls, but it left them a little too crispy. So I just kind of stopped using it, but it works great for this. Look because I can brush it out afterwards, because my hair is naturally like Wiggy too straight or straight to a view. I don't know but yeah, I'm just gon na put this all throughout my hair. If I need more - and you can use more, there's also other products I tend to use, but this is the one that holds my hair down the most when it was super short and I first decided to try to part it and see if I can actually Get it to lay down. I use probably like half of this thing genuinely because it was just obviously hard to look like now that there's more length it weighs itself down too. So I don't need a ton, so I'm just gon na come through my hair. Make sure the product is really well dispersed. This is like this is my trouble spot right here, because they just want to. Why do I keep doing that? Why you're going did waiting like no I'm time straighten it down this thinking? I want this to be like a straight. It'S super cute right now, I'm just looking super cute and I don't know if you can tell my wonderful just group of comics right back here, but that's something I work to fix as well. So with that, because I'm gon na be part of my hair and making it go this away, I just kind of to fix it. I just pushed everything to the side. I don't know if you can see that I'm pushing it over here to kind of hide. This crazy Pollak. I don't care too much about the one on this side, because I'm gon na be parting. My hair there anyway, but I just want to cover up this one and I know it'll, look like it's sticking off right now, but that will be fixed soon and genuinely styling. My hair is different like everyday. You know how your eyebrows are different every day, because they're just always growing, that's literally what having a short hair is like it every day is different, so you just kind of have to do what feels good that day, like I never use a set amount of Product, I never use a set amount of anything really I just kind of go with the flow okay, so this is how I want it, and it's not gon na stay like this by me just leaving the product in like this. I promise it won't stay. So I'm going to take my handy dandy, head scarf. I got this at Target. You can get head scarfs at like any beauty supply store. Obviously, but I am going to just take this and when my hair was super short, I had to like really make sure I laid it on super flat and, like everything was where it was supposed to be with this with it being kind of longer, it does Not matter as much and yeah cuz, it's just a little bit looser and, like I said it's gon na, do what it wants anyway, so so yeah, I'm just gon na. Take it like this and wrap it around my head make sure it is nice and tight. Sometimes I do it too tight and it gives me a headache and then we're gon na wrap the ends around each other like this did you do, and I really I think I've been focused. Oh, this is cute and I would love to leave it down here. Like this, because that looks a lot cuter, but it doesn't tie as tight. So I bring it around and tie a knot in it at the top. So we're just gon na tie it in a knot and then take these little tail ends and tuck them behind. Because it gets in the way of stuff - and this is how I wrap my head - there's - probably a hundred million better tutorials on this website about how to wrap your hair. I just kind of keep these pieces out because I don't know I like when they're like. There'S a little something framed in my face, but yeah you can already see this one once a girl and I also one thing about the hair growth. I don't really put heat on it. I'Ve done it maybe like two to three times to these pieces, and I might do it again today, depending on how I'm feeling, but yeah and honestly, as the day goes on the days go on. These will start to lay down a little flatter, based on like how I sleep on my head and stuff and sometimes I'll sleep with the scarf on too, but it usually ends up falling off because, like I said, I'm not wrapping this super well. So I'm going to let this dry down okay, so it is time to reveal the hair. Hopefully it's fully dry, just coming out baby mine. So it's not crazy. I am gon na take some Woody's for men clay. This is my boyfriend's and I use it from time to time and you're just gon na put it in your hands. It'S really thick but just got ta, add some texture man and do a little qua forklift, whatever it's called, looks like them. What'S your name, Captain Marvel like I said it's just it's never the same. It'S just kind of doing what feels right in that moment and, like I said, I would probably show you guys throughout the next few days what my hair decides to do and how it decides to operate, looks like I had a box, but I'm gon na take A little bit too, of this texture, sexy hairspray, that's also my boyfriend's, but what's his is mine, you just? Why would you want to get like a texturizing powder cuz? I just feel like you like, really like get like sharp little things going on: okay, yeah! That'S how I do my hair. It'S super easy, I don't apply heat to it and I probably won't apply heat to it for quite some time. Okay, guys, so it is now the next day since I my hair, wrapped it put product in it, and I slept in my hair and went to work today for work. I don't really care how my hair looks. I just kind of wet it down like usually right here in the back, because the way I sleep on it, this will like stick straight up. So I have to wet that in the back - and I did that this morning, but now I'm gon na kind of show you how I get that boyish, even though this is kind of boyish style that I wear, sometimes not all the time. So you still have product in from yesterday. You know, but we are just going to come out that middle part. We made fart sounds Oh. What I'm gon na do now is take that a texturizing spray, one from sexy, the beach spray - and you just said - want there to be a lot of texture going on and you're gon na get that from the spray, but you're also going to get that from The previous products you had in and just kind of working it in in a knot to put together way yeah. This is my little boy. Look my Peter Pan. I don't even know what the back looks like. It feels like it's like up right here, but that's. Okay, sometimes I'll just you know, push it to the side a little bit. You know very sound of music vibes, but yeah. This is just another click style I do with second day hair. You can do it with first day hair to just make sure you push it all down, but it's hard to get that texture. You want more with this one cuz, it's not as put together yeah and that's all I do with my hair really um for the length it's at now. I think it's so funny people that don't know I bust my head.
