Hey guys! Today's video is how I style my pixie cut - it's growing pretty quick and it's a little tricky to style short hair anyway, but I've found this hairstyle works perfectly with my overgrown pixie cut :)

Hi guys welcome back to my channel, I hope you're doing well. Today, I am just gon na film a video on how I saw my hair. Basically, I was thinking about how it took me a few days to figure out how to style my hair, and it's growing so quickly that I had to relearn how to style it recently, and so this is kind of a style that I'm happy with. At the moment, especially because I'm trying to grow up my pixie crop, I love to having the short hair for a little bit but someone's coming, and I want to wear ponytails and plats and little updos. So I'm trying to grow it out, which means it's at this very awkward stage. So this is a hairstyle that kind of helps you through that awkward stage. If that's what you're trying to achieve or just if you've got a slightly longer pixie crop, and you have no idea how to style it so yeah, let's get started okay, so here we are guys just got changed just in my makeup and as you can see, My hair is just all over the place. It'S a bit of a morph at the moment I think, can see because my hair, so straight it really doesn't want to do what I want it to do. It just kind of keeps dropping back into place, so I'm gon na pull that out with some straighteners. I know that seem counterintuitive, but I'm actually gon na be curling wet hair with these straighteners, just to give it a little bit more volume and texture and also make it sit where i want it to sit. First things: first, heat protection spray, the most important thing, especially if you're trying to keep your hair healthy, like I am largest spritzes and then I'm just gon na brush my hair into kind of where I want it to go. Oh guys, once I'm happy with the parting and the placement of the hair, I grab my straightness. This is just such a simple look to do it's realness, purely because there's not much hair to go so I just grab a little like an inch of hair clamp. My curlers down and then just turn backwards. Curlers are straighteners hello, I'm Ivette this tiny little. Can you see that it's tiny little curl? I literally do this with the whole the side of the head just grabbing like little sections of hair, I'm just curling them backwards out of the way of my face and into place. That is one side done and kind of most in the back down it off from this side, and now it comes over to this comb-over section, because I really don't want to be rocking this look. So it's same as before I literally little. Maybe an inch section, clamp and curl away from the face, and you, let's just do this all over like I said it's not a very complicated style to do, and it's very quick I mean we've literally been doing this for five minutes. My hair just naturally grows towards my face and that's fine, but it's a little bit untamable, especially with this short hair at the moment. Normally, when it was long, I could just kind of shove it up in a bun it'd be alright, but with short hair. I do end up looking a little bit early, Justin Bieber and no one ever wants to be rocking that look in 2018. So I just want to say that out really and obviously this looks like I've just got that perm. So then trick is brush it out and see if there's any little sections that needs me to. Oh, if I feel like it needs a little bit more texture say on like the day I wash it or the day after this is second day hair. So it's a little bit soft, I'm just grabbing my hair wax. This is the style. Freedom stop ting paste. I really recommend this one, because it's really nice and soft on the hair. It smells incredible and then I just kind of push it in just to get my hair holding itself up a little bit. One thing I have found with having short hair is I've literally relearned, my love for hair accessories. When I was little, I used to be obsessed with them and then, as I grew up, I just ended up doing buns and plants and that, but now I have refound a love for hair bands. I really love to put in a nice big, thick hair bands into my hair, sometimes I'll put a little thin one into my hair, depending on the look that I'm going for if it's a sunny day outside I'll pop some sunglasses on my head, perhaps just anything. That'S gon na give it that little bit of extra something and that's it for today's video guys. I really hope you enjoyed it. I hope you liked seeing how I style my hair. Mina: I lost my hair back in May 2019 and it didn’t start to grown back till July my hair at the moment is about the length of yours in this video and I’m looking for ways to style it as you said at the beginning it’s hard to keep changing the styles and my hair has grown out of the swish to the side phase and I’m starting to get more confident and I’m trying to stop wearing hats as I’m 15 now a days you don’t see girls with short hair and for me I loved having hair I’m a real girly girl and it’s hard when it fell out but this has given me hope as now I can start felling more girly again and the hairstyle is just so cute so thank you some much it may seem little but this hairstyle has given me back my confidence :)

Xenedraa Bourque: What do you do if you don't have any styling products? Curling irons, flatirons etc? My hair is about your length. Cut my hair short to get rid of dye I did not like anymore but my hair literally won't listen to me. Only thing I can use is a styling glue called Got2b. Long time ago I had my hair cut into a beautiful layered soft edged Bob and it made my semi wavy hair look so fun. I used moose in the layered Bob and it worked really nice and held all day with me only scrunching my bottom of my hair with no blow dryer. Now with my pixie I can't do anything and am getting some wispy curls but all they are doing is curling out towards the walls & ceiling. Any advice???
