How to Style a Pixie Cut & Side Bangs in 3 Easy Steps

Hey guys welcome to today's video today, I will finally show you guys how I style my hair, like this with the swoop enos and the sides, and the back and all that stuff, I've gotten so many requests to do a hair, styling, video and hair. It is so if you want to find out how I went from this to this in three super simple steps then keep watching this video okay, so step one. We are straight out of the shower and my hair is damn. It looks like this very nice, and the first thing I do is use this product right here. This is a salt spray from lush called sea spray, and does this make a huge difference? I don't know I mean. What I do know is that when I curl my hair, this makes it hold much better, but for this specific hairstyle that I'm doing with the swoop enos, I don't know what it makes a big difference, but it smells good and I like it, so I'm going To use it, can you achieve this? Look without the sea spray? Absolutely so, when this is all over, then we will start blow drying and I use a regular blow dryer and I also use this round brush. Do you need a round brush for this? Not necessarily. I think it's kind of easier to round off the bags that go to the side, so they're, not just like super straight. You can do that with a straightening iron afterwards, if you don't have a round brush, it's super flexible. So what I'm going to do, as you will see, is first blow-dry the sides, so they are flat both of the sides and then I'm going to just dry the rest of my hair kind of in a forward direction. So let's get started doing that before my hair dries, so much that I can't do anything about it. There we go now everything is dry and the mirror I'm using is behind you guys. So if I've missed any small like pieces and parts that you guys can see that, I can't see that's why, when I look in the mirror in the bathroom, when I do this, it's much easier to make sure everything is as it should be and something you Should probably keep in mind when looking at this whole situation? Right here is that my hair has not been cut into this hairstyle. I just shaved, the sides shave the back and then let it all grow. As you can see over my ear here. Well, it has grown, and it's not very nice that it's like over the ear, but I want my hair to grow a little longer right now, so I'm not going to trim it or anything, I'm just going to leave it like that, and my bangs are also Not cut in any way to swoop nicely across my forehead, but I, as always just work with what I have, and this is a hairstyle or a hair, yeah hairstyle that I have found that works pretty well with what I have to work with. So that was step number two blow-drying it. You can already see that it's kind of coming together, but now we're at step number three, the most important step, the step that creates the whole look and I use this magical product. This product is called dust it from the brand OSIS, and the funny thing is that when I was about 15, I think I had really really short hair. My mom has always had really short hair as well, and she started using this and then, when I had really short hair, I started using it as well, and then I got long hair and I just didn't need this extra volume, because why would I need that? Much volume when I have long hair, I just didn't care that much but know that I have short hair again. I revisited this product and it's as good as I remember it, and I just love how it makes my hair look and feel it gives the hair kind of a it's, a very difficult sensation to explain and describe if you use too much of this. That'S not good and I'll show you how I make sure I don't, but if you use too much of this, your hair is going to feel almost wet and a little bit like sticky, almost and just very gross and not nice. If you use just the right amount, it will be shapeable and it'll give your hair an insane volume boost, not sponsored just a longtime huge fan. It'S a powder by the way, if I didn't say that earlier and here see, if you can see at the top there, there are a lot of holes as a cross, and what I have found is that if you use all those holes too much product comes Out as once, I don't want that. So whenever I apply, I cover two of the sides with my finger, so only half of the holes are visible and then I just section off my hair and pour down this product as close to my scalp as possible. See if I can do this without being close to a mirror and when I have poured it kind of along my parting here, I just like shake it down, so it gets down to my roots and then keep going and already with that amount. The hair kind of lifts up a little bit, but I also use this like in the Bang Bang area, because it helps keep the hair in place and it gives it a really nice texture. So if you ever wonder how I get the kind of lumpy look that I have that I like so not everybody likes that, but this like where the pieces are like separate, it's this and that's how I like my hair. I like that it has like texture to it, but it's not all necessarily in one big flowy piece, and just with that, I can get my hair to be like very, very poofy and after I've applied all of this that I want to use. Then I just like mess it around and work with it until I'm satisfied, but I would definitely say that I would be satisfied with something like this after I've worn my hair like this for an entire day, it's really really nice to just pull it all back And swipe it all backwards because it gets kind of warm and uncomfortable to have hair in your face, I'm not a bangs person. If you follow my youtube channel for a few years, you know I don't really have smooth p-side bangs, because I like having hair away from my face, but this is the hairstyle. I think right now looks the best with the cut I have so I'm just gon na go with it, but when I do have long hair, for example, I always prefer not having it in my face and being able to like get rid of all of it. Okay, that's enough for now, I'm just gon na leave it like that. I got some questions ahead of this video to kind of show my hairstyle from all directions. If you want to show that to your hairdresser or whatever again, this is not cut in this way. It'S just shaved and shaved and then just grow out and hope for the best. So if you want something similar I'll just make a spin and you can do what you want with that information and, of course, underneath here on this side, it's much shorter as well. So that's all for this video. I hope you liked it and I will leave the name of the products I use in the description below. If you want to check them out, I definitely can recommend both the sea spray from lush and dust it from OSIS. Until next video have a super-duper good. One I'll see you guys later.
