Hey guys welcome back to another video today, I'm gon na be doing a vlog of me. Getting my hair done, I'm cutting off most of my hair doing a super short pixie cut. Today, I'm super nervous. I don't know what to expect I've had you know, hair like all. My life has never been like super short. It'S never been shorter, didn't like right here, so I'm super nervous to see how it's gon na look. The reason why I've decided to cut my hair off is because it's just here like it's either in a bun, a topknot like it's just here. I don't wear my hair a lot and I've actually been working out a lot. I'Ve actually been really consistent with it. I'Ve actually been working out, and it's just like too much to manage because like when you're working out and sweating, then like you, have to wash your hair more and then I have a lot of hair so in to make it more manageable and like straightening it And then putting in a bun and then just doing that over and over and over it's just tiresome is too much work and I'm tired of it now want something, that's easier for me to manage. I think a pixie cut is gon na, be super good. For me, and then also along with you know me like being tired of doing it. This is just something that I have been wanting to do for a long time. If you guys follow me on instagram, you may or may not remember this, but I'd like a poll -- like. Should I cut my hair super super short majority of everyone said no. You shouldn't cut your hair super short, but you know I'm still gon na go with what I feel like this is something that I have been wanting to do for a super long time. I think it's just gon na be a very liberating experience. I think I'm gon na love it so much more because my hair is gon na, be so much more manageable for me. So I'm super excited. I'M gon na. Take you guys, along with me and we're gon na, see the process I'm going to a hair salon caught Vanessa here in Columbus, Georgia and brandi is the hair stylist. I looked at her work on Instagram. That'S how I found her on Instagram. I searched like pixie cuts Columbus Georgia, something like that, because I really wanted someone who knew what they were doing to do my hair, so I'm super excited we going to her her work is amazing. Of course. This is how my hair turned out. It'S been like a couple of hours, so I've been like doing things and I lay it down. So it's not as nice as it was when I first got out of the chair, but I absolutely love my new cut. It looks so good. She started so cute for a minute. I was there looking a little bit mature and it was a little having one mature look to it, but you know she fixed it and styled it and like she blow-dried it out to make it a little bit flatter to my liking and I'm liking. This side part that I have going on. I think I might do like um my makeup to see how it's gon na, like all come together. I know it's gon na be really cute, I'm sitting my makeup and everything hey guys. So it's been about it. We can have the two weeks since I actually got my hair cut, and this is the first time since then that I've actually put on makeup. So I just want to see how the whole look was going to come together and I've actually been loving. My haircut, it's been amazing, it's just so liberating it's one of the best things I have ever done for myself was actually cutting my hair. It'S been so easy to maintain and, like I said, I've been practicing different hair styles, trying to learn how to style it to make it cute this I got a little messed up, but I think it still is cute, and this is my good side. This is something that I've been doing really well with, but this side this is pretty much the hairstyle that I have been doing just the simple body waves. It'S been so easy to just get in the shower. You wash your hair for like ten minutes and then you're done. It'S just been awesome. I love the freedom. It'S super easy. I have been loving this and that's pretty much it. I just wanted to update you guys to show you guys how I've been wearing my hair and to tell you that I absolutely love it. It'S the best decision ever I'm so happy that I decided to go ahead and cut it, but I'm just gon na go ahead and wrap up the vlog. Plus I feel like I wont look right and I'll have to figure out how to put on wigs. Shay Smith: Omg. I want to cut my hair off to a finger wave style or pixie cut because I feel EXACTLY like this. Every body is like NO don't cut your hair it's sooo long and pretty. But there's nothing I can do to it! Flat iron, wear it down, ponytail, repeat! That gets boring and a hassle to manage especially with 3 young boys. The next person to tell me don't cut my hair I'm going to tell them to watch the intro to this video so they can know how I feel LOL they would never understand and by the way hair grows back anyway.
