Hey guys so it to, for you all, I'm going to be filming a video that I've been wanting to film for a while, and I feel like now is just the perfect time to film it. So two people I'm going to be filming a video on how to gracefully grow out a pixie, because, as many of you know about five months ago, I cut my hair into a super short pixie like crop. It was so short and I will insert pictures of it right now from when I first started cut. So I got my hair cut like that back in April and I think it has grown a lot since then. It'S been about five months and my hair has grown a significant amount which is really exciting, and I just made the decision to grow up my hair, just because I want to do something different. So when I decided I wanted to grow up my hair, I kind of came up with my own set of tips and rules to follow just to help me grow out my hair and help make it a lot easier of a grout, because so many people told Me growing out of pixie is impossible. You'Ll just want to keep cutting it. It gets really awkward. It looks really ugly when you grow it out, so I was a little hesitant to go into growing it out. It kind of made me just want to keep it short, but I found out that growing it out is really easy. My hair has grown a lot, but it's taken a while it's taken around five months to get where it is now, and it is curled right now. So when it's straight it's even longer than this. So now I'm going to go ahead and insert some pictures. When I first got it cut and then just throughout the month, so you guys can kind of visually see the process. So I'm going to insert those pictures right now. So, as you guys can see, my hair has grown quite a lot in the past few months. I really just followed all these tips and tricks that I'm going to tell you guys, and it's just really made a difference, and I've really seen a big difference in my hair growth. So if you guys are interested in seeing my tips on growing out your hair, then you can go ahead and stay tuned. So my number one tip, which seems pretty obvious but is the most important, is to be patient. Hair does not grow overnight, you're not going to all of a sudden have luscious locks after a week growing out your hair takes a really really long time and there's no miracle product you can put in your body or onto your head. That'S just going to make your hair grow, so my first tip, which is the most important, is to just be really patient and be diligent with your hair. If you see it getting awkward, looking, don't cut it just let it grow, because I went through so many times where I just wanted to read chop it all off into a pixie, because I wasn't liking the way it was looking, but just be patient and be Confident that it's going to turn into what you want, because it is possible it'd, just be really patient with your hair growth, because it's not going to happen overnight, but I promise it will happen for you. My second tip is to wash your hair as little as possible, so when your hair is really short like how mine was when I first got it cut, you really don't need to wash it that much and you don't need a lot of product when you wash Your hair either just because since your hair is so short, it usually won't show how dirty it is now. My hair today is about three days old and I don't think you can even really tell so. I really just try to wash it as little as possible. I try to go as long as I can without washing it just because it is so good for your hair to have your scalps natural oils running through your hair strands. That really helps nourish the cuticle and just nourish your hair, and also really helps your hair grow, because when you wash it even if your shampoos are moisturizing, they are stripping out that natural oil from your scalp, though, for some people they wash their hair every other Day for some people, they can go for days and some people need to wash their hair every single day, but try to wash your hair as little as possible as long as you feel comfortable with it, because that will really definitely help your hair growth. I try to wash it every three days or every four days I'll, even try to extend it that far. So it's just really good for your hair to let it kind of just be free and natural. If you can wash your hair as little as possible. Definitely try to do that. You definitely want to use the proper products for your hair. So when I made the decision to try and grow out my hair, I decided to get some new products just to really help my hair, so I decided to grow up my hair when it was still really short, so I started to just kind of change up. My routine and what I used and when I was growing out my hair up until I colored it. I used this shampoo and conditioner, and that is the not your mother's way to grow a long and strong, shampoo and conditioner. And I know you guys have heard me talk about this before, but I really strongly believe in the shampoo and conditioner, because when I started using it, I was also taking biotin for hair growth. But then biotin reacted really badly with my body and I only took it for about five weeks and then I completely cut off of it. So that's just a little disclaimer. I know the biotin didn't help my hair grow because I haven't been taking it for these past five months. So biotin probably helps some people, but it didn't react well with my body, so I had to stop taking it. So I have a firm believer in the shampoo and conditioner it makes your hair feel really good and I really think it has helped it grow. Just because I can physically see the difference in my hair and how much it's grown in five months, and I use the shampoo and conditioner every single time I washed up until I colored it. So I would definitely recommend this shampoo and conditioner if you're trying to grow out your hair and then another product I used, even when my hair was really short, is my Moroccan oil. So this is an oil that you put in your hair, and oils are great for your hair. They really help nourish your hair and just lock in moisture and close down that cuticle to really help it grow. So, even when my hair was really really short - and I wasn't using any heat on it really, I would still put Moroccan oil in my hair after I got out of the shower and I would let it seep in my hair, while I was sleeping because I Thought I'm just gon na be asleep. If it's on my scalp, I don't care, it really did notice the difference when I started reusing the Moroccan oil. It just really nourishes your hair kind of acts as a heat protectant and putting more oil into your hair. You can't be doing something like that. So just when you're growing out your hair make sure you use the proper products for your hair. Now you don't have to go out and buy these products, but just any products you think are going to help really try to use, because using proper products to help grow out. Your hair really definitely makes a difference. Tip number four is: if you don't need heat, don't use it. If you have awesome hair naturally, and you don't need to blow-dry it or anything, don't do it, because putting heat on your hair is just going to further damage it. Now I am at the point with where my hair has grown out, where I do need to style it. I do blow-dry it every time I wash it and then I usually either curl it or Flatiron it, but recently I've really been into curling it. But if you have a great natural texture or good wave to your hair, just let your hair go, let it air dry, let it just be free and loose, because that is even better for your hair. So if you have great natural texture, definitely rock it and try not to style it and definitely in between days of washing, try not to style it with heat. Just if you curled it the first day kind of let it do its thing and just add a little product in the second day or something so if you can avoid using any type of heat. Definitely try to. I know it's really hard, but if you can just try it because it really does help your hair grow and I've noticed a big difference in none. So my fifth tip is one: that's probably going to get some controversy and that's if you don't need to cut your hair, don't cut it. So many people say get your hair cut every six weeks. You need to cut off the split ends: yada yada yada and I'm a hairdresser. So I should be promoting that. But if you don't need to cut your hair, don't cut it. There'S no point, so I got my hair cut in April and I kid you not. When I say I haven't gotten a full haircut since then hands down, if you don't need to cut it, don't cut it. I swear the only thing. I'Ve gotten cut is my eighth, because that can get really long and kind of funky looking and that it starts to like flip out and look like a mullet, so I've only cut up my back, that's the only thing I've done. I haven't gotten a full haircut since April and my hair doesn't look dead and the haircut is growing out beautifully. It'S good for your hair to just let it grow and if you think about it, hair does not grow from down here. Hair grows from your scalp, so if you don't need to cut it, don't cut it just keep cutting up their back if you are growing out of pixie, because if you keep that short, the rest of your hair will look longer, and it won't give you that. Mrs Brady flip out at the bottom mullet look. So if you don't need to cut your hair, don't cut it, your hair will grow just the same and maybe even a little faster. So just trim up your back do little trims, but you don't need to get full-blown haircuts if you don't need one. So my sixth tip is to change up your color, because I have recently changed up my color and I'm a really big fan of it and the whole reason I changed up. My color is because I was feeling really frumpy about my hair. I was like it just doesn't look good right now. My highlights are grown out. The cut looks awkward and ugly and I was just feeling really bad about my hair. So I was in school one day and my teacher was like: let's make you red, let's color your hair and I'm so happy that I made that decision. I think it totally completely changed. My haircut I swear, I made my haircut look so much better and I actually like the length of my hair now. So if you're feeling really frumpy about your hair go ahead, color it throw on a color because it can totally transform the cut and just the way everything looks about your hair and people say: coloring hurts your hair. It'S not going to hurt it enough to not let it grow so definitely try coloring your hair, because color can add a lot of spice into your hair and just totally change your whole appearance, inward and outward the way you feel on everything. So if you're feeling yucky about your hair and just not liking the length and just wanting to cut it off, don't cut it, try coloring it and maybe that will change your outlook on your hair. My sudden tip is to find new ways to style your hair. So, for the longest time I just kind of blow-dried my hair and let it do its thing, and that's also because it was so short that I couldn't even get a flat iron or any type of tool in it. I was always tucking it behind my ears to kind of keep that pixie look and then I was getting so annoyed with that and I just couldn't deal with tucking it behind my ears anymore. I was thinking it was looking so bad and so grandma and I almost hit a breaking point where I cut it all off again, but then one of my teachers styled it and kind of pulled my sides up in the front over my ears and flat ironed. It really edgy and I decided hey, I can wear my hair, really cool different ways, so definitely find new ways to style it if you're feeling frumpy with it. I did it for a long time, but stop tucking it behind your ears. Let it come to the front and be free and natural. Try putting some bend in it with a curling iron, try flat ironing it try pinning up the top. I actually did a video on 4 different ways to style your pixie haircut, and I will link that in the bottom bar below, because I think that video was pretty helpful to some of you. I got a lot of good feedback on it, but definitely when you're growing out your hair and just not feeling great about it, find new ways to style it play around with it, throw some curl in it throw a headband in it. Do stuff that'll just make you feel more confident with your hair, and now I curl my hair all the time I curled it today and it just adds kind of a fun bent loose wavy texture to it, and it makes me like my hair a lot more Than when it's straight so my seventh tip is to definitely play around with styling it, and then my eighth and last tip for this video is to just be confident with your hair and enjoy it at every stage. Is that so being confident in your hair can be hard if you're not loving your hair, but just totally rock it where that hair? It'S on your head for a reason and if you're, confident in it other people will enjoy it too. So, even if you're not loving the stage, it's at right now, still rock it's still style. It still throw some fun accessories in it like a headband or something and just be confident in your hair, because, if you're, confident in your own hair, other people will think it looks really good too. So just totally rock your hair play with texture play with products play with tools and find a way that you really enjoy wearing it because then you'll enjoy it at every stage of the gras process. So just really be confident with your own hair and enjoy it at every stage of the process of it growing out, okay guys, so that was all my tips for growing out your hair. I really hope you guys found this video helpful and I know all of these tips genuinely helped me. While I was growing out my hair now, I'm not done with growing out my hair. I still wanted to grow a little bit longer. I kind of want it like right here at the bottom of my chin, but I'm getting there and I swear to you that it can happen. Your hair can definitely grow in a short amount of time and it can grow a lot in a short amount of time. So I really hope you guys found this video helpful. You can also use all of these tips if you're not growing out a pixie. Just if you're growing out your hair in general, so if you guys like this video, be sure to give it a thumbs up. If you guys found it helpful and just if you enjoyed it and also if you guys have any other tips on growing out your hair, I would definitely love to hear them so type them up in the comments below and yeah. I really hope you guys enjoyed this video be sure to leave any requests. You guys have down in the comments below, and I will talk to you guys in a little bit bye, guys.

Stuck on Snark: I'm growing out a pixie right now and I'm averaging about 1" of growth per month. It's insane! I'm taking biotin, a multivitamin, a prenatal vitamin. I also do a coconut oil deep conditioning treatment once per week and I massage my scalp daily. I only wash my hair 2-3 times per week and limit heat styling. Just in case anyone was wondering :) I'm sure that my growth rate will slow down as it gets longer but right now I'm kicking butt :) I measure it every month on my hair-anniversary. Coconut oil is amazing because it helps to keep the water in the shower from opening the hair shaft, which keeps your hair smooth and keep moisture in.

AtHomeWithNikki: Love you hair color. So beautiful on you.

Miriam EH: I'm in the process of growing out my pixie. Should only be a month until I make it to a cute bob like that! I've been trimming the heck out of the back of my hair though. Mullet successfully averted!

Monica Ortiz Dorado: Thank you so much for this! I cut my hair and I'm so sad about it. I was actually excited to get a pixie but now I'm just sad and want to grow it out so thank you!

I Love 2 Sing: Just got a pixie cut yesterday and I love it SOOO much omg

Kris Milko: Thank you so much for these tips! These will be helpful when I decide to grow out my pixie cut in the future. While you were talking, the whole time I was thinking, "Dang, this girl is an expert..." and then you mentioned that you were a hairdresser! I just got my pixie cut two weeks ago and already the hair on my nape is getting longer which is starting to flip a bit. So, I would definitely try trimming it. The biggest mistake I had done to my hair was using heating tools when my hair was already naturally straight and shiny. I completely damaged it which led me to cutting it all off into a pixie cut (a choice I do NOT regret since I've always wanted to do it since high school).

Lucy McPhee: This is such a good video! Thank you! I'm going through an awkward stage of growing my hair out at the moment, and I really wanted to cut it. But this has given me the confidence to carry on!

Milena Gruber: Thank you so much for sharing this video! I've been wanting to grow my short hair and those are definitely great tips and encouragement :) makes me excited to grow it out. Thanks!

Amelia Mack: Oh my gosh!!! This is by far the best video about growing out hair! I had a super short pixie cut, and now its about your length. I work with some girls with super long gorgeous hair, and it me feel frumpy and unfeminine. Your tips seriously gave me the boost of confidence I needed. I am trying so hard to grow out my hair for my wedding, and I have to say it is difficult because I have been cutting my hair short for 5 years. Thank you so much for your video!!

Nic_C27: It's really sweet that you made this video to help people. Although, I am a stylist who has short hair and frequently grow mine out to recut into a new style and I have to say... Washing your hair has no effect on growth. It has to do with your digestion. Hair is a protein waste product of your body and as long as you don't overuse heat tools and snap the ends off you have nothing to worry about as far as growth.

Angeline Smiles: You looked absolutely adorable with that cropped pixie!  I'm trying to grow out my pixie right now and I'm not sure how I should get it shaped so that it grows out nicely. I'm currently at the pre-mullet stage and it's getting a bit bad. Any tips?  and thanks for posting! it helped alot (; I hope you and your family have a great holiday season!

Stacy Taylor: This helped me so much!!! Thank you for all these tips! I love my pixie, but I'm already missing the longer look lol :)

Tamsin: Thank you for this video! I got a pixie cut this week and at first I really didn't like it, I think it was a bit of a shock! Since I have started curling it I like it a lot more and I'm taking your advice and trying to embrace it and enjoy it as I grow it out and use it as an opportunity to experiment with my hair. I also appreciate your advice about avoiding cutting it unless you have to. That is what I'm planning on doing. Your hair looks really pretty curly.

Kathleen Samuel: This was so informative! & helpful! Boosted my confidence! I'm actually planning on getting a pixie cut next week nervous, but excited!! :-)

Mama of 2 boys: Awesome video, totally styled my growing out pixie like yours today and I felt soooo much more confident!

annaby3: Thank you for posting!  I have had a pixie forever and I am ready for a change but like you said, its hard to not cut it when it gets weird. This gives me hope. :-)

SFinn.: In the beginning when you said "nothing you can put on your head will help your hair grow" I was on board. Then you starting saying to "use this product ____" and "use products because they help your hair grow!"..... YOUR HAIR GROWS FROM INSIDE YOUR SKULL. Hair grows a quarter of an inch per month NO MATTER what you put on it.. Some things that do actually work are taking biotin, massaging your skull, and having a healthy diet. For someone in hair school you would think you would understand that trims and products make no difference. Your hair is dead. The hair grows from inside your skull. Come on now girl.

Lil.Sushiii: I LOVE this video so much bc ive been waiting for my hair to grow after and I found the best video of alltime! Thank you so much

A Emery: It always amazes me what people call "super short."

Peach Glitter: Thanks so much! I am growing out my pixie, and I am pretty excited!

RoseGold65: Thank you! This will be a great recourse when I decide to grow my pixie out! :)

J. L. Hinson: Erica, thank you for this very informing video. I loved this. My natural color grew back. So now it is Strawberry Blonde once again. TY again Erica.

Janet Freidel: Great help. I am currently trying to grow out my pixie as well.. I am using a hair band to make it look better. I am feeling self conscious about how it looks. I do cut my own hair, but I hid my scissors so I would not be tempted to cut it. My coworkers tell me to stay away from the scissors. I will really try to be patient. I will color my hair soon with Garnier Olia. I recommend it for shiny, healthy looking hair and it lasts pretty long. Thanks again. Janet F.

MakeMeUpErica: I had people trim up my nape in school, but I've also had my sister trim it up! I'm sure if you went into a salon they would trim up just the back for you for a low charge :) hope that helped!

Donna Thornburg: Good job. Lots of great tips. It is so hard to grow it out. Will watch your other videos

Alli Brosko: My favorite youtuber literally one of my idols. Just made the decision to grow out my pixie super excited to use your tips! :)

Daniume: Ugh I'm growing mine out & I absolutely HATE tucking my hair behind my ear but I have to cause that's how it looks decent since its growing out. :(

Holly Burgener: Thank you so much you helped me a lot I cut 12 inches off about 4 months ago and I donated it to locks of love, And I miss my long hair so im going to let it grow I cant afford all the products you used but I still got lots of good information. Thank you

carla garcia: This video setiusly helped me I was feeling so stressed about how ugly my long pixie looks thank you so much (:

Pratisha Dash: Thank u super encouraging. I was so sad today. It's just 2 months in and i feel irritated. Your video really helped

Mother Mercury: I've been growing my hair since September. First cut into a pixie last February. Got an undercut (left side shaved) in May. Let it grow out through summer. Cut my hair on September fifth into an even shorter pixie than before so my hair would be the same length, and my bangs were just above my glasses. Five months later, my bangs are down to my chin!  I've been taking Spring Valley Hair, Skin, and Nails tablets and using Mane and Tail shampoo & conditioner on and off since December 2012. I feel like they've definitely been helping, but I'm going to switch over to Not Your Mother's because I feel like my hair has gotten used to the shampoo and needs a change.

MakeMeUpErica: Awe, good! I'm glad this video could hopefully help give you some confidence :)

Brianna Lowther: You sound so much like Kristen Bell haha and you kind of resemble her to a point. Your adorable!!! Love the videos BTW. Have a fabulous day!!

Brittany Anderson: Thank you so much for the video i am having to grow out my pixie cut for a wedding i will be in during the month of June and because of you I have an idea of what my hair will kind of be like because my pixie cut is similar to yours (length wise for the wedding). I plan to go back to a pixie cut after the wedding.

Its RoseMarie: Love this! I'm growing out my pixie and it's frustrating lol

Lauren Hope: Thank you!! I was feeling so frumpy growing out my pixie and you video helped a ton. So Thanx.

Viva Fusions: Just found your channel.  I am growing out my short hair and found these tips really useful.  Thank you so much.  x

Sophia Nguyen: Could you please do a tutorial on curling a pixie! thank you!

blak_kitten: I'm anemic so it's hard for me to grow out my hair like at all. It's about 2 or 3 inches from the top and it hasn't been cut for 2 months. I like having short hair but idk if I should grow it back to a bob. With my hair being brittle and since I color it a lot (being a red head is hard work) I was wondering if you have any suggestions for just maybe getting it a little longer or in a more healthy state than it currently is. Cause I don't really know what to do with it.

Marissa Hernandez: I'm currently 16 I just turn 16 last month and I cut my hair to a pixie on my birthday. My hair length was right above my butt, now it's a really really short pixie. Now I'm kinda feeling down about my hair because I miss my long hair. I also have really bad self confidence but now I'm starting to love it and I made a decision to just let it grow out but it does take awhile lol.

Concepsion M: Very helpful!!! Thank you!!!

Ivyliegh96: 5 months! gosh your lucky. I've been growing mine for the same time as you and my hair is only about 6 inches long around the front and top layers. but I have been cutting out the colour so I have a years worth of growth.

moonwatcher: Compared to mine, your hair seems to grow at an alarming rate. I last cut my hair 5 months ago and I'm not even at your hair length at August. It would probably take another year to grow it that much, and I've had this pixie style for over a year. :P any tips to make it grow faster?

MakeMeUpErica: Thank yo so much! I love it too! :)

Dani R.: This was a very helpful video. :)

christielynn5796: I love your video!!! Thank u hun!!

Gabby Ann: this video is so helpful i love it! my hair is a pixie and im deciding to grow it out long but i hav really curly hair n my mom wont let me use a straightner and im afraid its going to look really puffy and curly! any advice??

Priscilla Simpson: thank you for making this video. I got a short pixie and its taking FOREVER to grow :( I really don't like it and wish I had my waist long hair again. im a plus size girl and this cut only made me look fatter. but you video was so inspirational. and yes, patience is #1

Sydney Irene Bolton: What brand of red dye did you use, and what shade?

Kuroii Samuruuku: Here's a magic tip: hair GROWS! Even if you don't do anything to it, it's gonna get longer.

Lampdee✨: You're literally one of the cutest young women I've ever seen on YouTube X'D ( I mean that in the friendliest way )

Neveko: Very fine hair like mine gets weighed down by its own oils really, really quickly. I need to clean my hair every day otherwise it looks like I'm sick/going bald.

qban891: my hair is growing out and i'm rather frustrated cause when i had gotten my pixie cut the stylist had messed up with the clippers and took a large amount from the back right leaving a bald spot, so now the back right looks thinner then the back left and it makes my hair look uneven and shaggy on the right side and it drivesa me crazy! my hair is very thick and combination so i feel it is very noticeable, do you have any suggestions on what i should do to make it grow evenly and look less shaggy ? cause i'm fighting the urge to trim!!HELP!!!

Sew Happy Sarah R: Thanks for your tips! I wash my hair every day because if I don't is stands straight on end! Any tips for that?

Sandra J: Hi Erica, I just found your channel. I have a pixie cut and I want to grow it but I have one question. What did you do with your bangs? My bangs are still too short to use the straightener and I just dont know how to comb it! :S Any suggestions pleaaaaseee?

Sophia Magdalena ❤️: Omg thank u for this video!! u r GOD  *___* can't wait til i can grow out my pixie cut

Taylor Sanders: I'm getting a short pixie cut in a week. No one wants me to cut it. I've wanted to do it since I was young, it's going to be a big emotional change for me if anything. The only way I could get my mom to let me cut is is telling her I'll start growing it out after a few months. I'm generally curious what you and this community think. Is it worth it?

Elena: I just cut my hair... and Im not very happy with the change soooo I'm gonna let grow out, I know is gonna take a while haha your video help me :) You are very pretty!

Wearethelewiss: I workout everyday so I was wondering how not washing it should work? Do I just rinse it with water? :)

Jenne's Journey: i grew mine out from a pixie it was as short of yours and now almost 10 months later it is now to my chin the thing for me was trims trims trims even if it is only 1/4 inch every 6 weeks will get rid of all split ends and let fresh new hair grow cut back on coloring perming and bleaching as much as u can any kind of heat put ur hair u will need a thermal protector always always use one no matter if ur blow drying and flat iron or curling it. brush it regularly and i agree mostly time time and more time and iam a professional as well thank you

maryrose baker: i stand by that shampoo and conditioner...for me it works. also lots of natural products from one's kitchen work wonders! ( i have curly hair and yes..tempted to cut...but will NOT cut it).

Dafne Lopez: I love Moroccan oil! Thanks for the tips I decided to grow out my pixie :)

KawaiiPinkPunkStar: What do you do when the "mullet" starts growing out? How do you keep it from looking like an ugly mullet if you still need to let it grow?

Kaytlinn Lamme: My pixie is literally that exact cut so this video gives me hope.

Maria B: The pixie cut really suited you. It made your features stand out.

MakeMeUpErica: That will be one of my next videos :) thank you for the request!

XXBatman Bish: During the "mullet stage" as my BFF calls it I wear beanies to cover it because its still cold down here in Louisiana

Mina Wise: please do not stop washing your hair to grow it out. you absolutely should not stop being hygienic just to gain an inch. that doesn't even work, i promise. the majority of the stuff she's saying is completely wrong anyways. 1. PLEASE wash. every other day is best, but i wash my hair every day with lots of Nivea conditioner to keep it hydrated - especially in those long, dry summer days and winter nights - and it honestly looks beautiful. 2. get it trimmed. all around the bottom, just a half an inch once a month or so, depending on how fast your hair naturally grows. 3. don't bleach it if you want long, healthy color. darker colors are fine as long as you take care of it. 4. you don't need to blow-dry your hair. if you feel like you need to - or if you just want to style it with heat products - then make sure you use heat protectant. 5. BRUSH! brushing through your hair 100 times a night helps to get your natural oils spread throughout your hair and helps it to grow. not to mention it feels great(: as long as you keep your hair healthy, you'd be amazed at how fast your hair can grow when you stop torturing it and treat it like you would babies' hair. it will look amazing!

Erika Ellacott: My name is Erika and  this is the best video on tips for growing out your pixie cut that I have seen so far, and I have seen a lot!!!

vi: I cut it into a pixie cut in November and now it's growing awfully fast.

Alondra Medina: Ok so I heard that horse shampoo is great for growing out hair and making it stronger , do you think it's true ?

Liberty Santiago: I can't stop looking at your lips, it's like...a drawing or lips from a cartoon :D

Carolyn Stubler: Hi Erica, I want to grow out my short-short hair. I have been through the process before, and it is painful! I watched your video, and you suggest washing hair as little as possible. I get really bad bed-head so I typically wash every morning. Also, I wonder how you deal with product that was used in previous days? My hair gets kind of lifeless and flat to my head with no body. What can I do to add fullness? I really want to grow it out, but not sure if I have the patience!! Help!!

Naroa Iriarte: Oh my god short hair is really pretty on you!

MakeMeUpErica: It will grow sooner than you think, just hold out a little longer :)

Heather Barnes: Omg your a god send for this video I'm growing out a Mohawk/fohawk/pixie and I'm in school for cos too and I'm at the point where I wanna chop it off it's growing sooo ugly but my color is dull cause I'm pregnant so I'm sooo coloring it soon Ty

Bryssa Dahl: I've had a pixe cut for about a year now and I've cut it 2 and it grew medium length for 9 month's and I recut it pixie again yesterday when I got it I didn't like it wasn't how I wanted it but day 2 and I like it now

Zara Louise: I'm growing mine out but it's SO HARD because I have a side shave as well ;/

Lourdes Valdez: I really like the cut and color you have in this video.  What color did you have put in it? And from what line?

Holly-jay Laughlin: I cut my hair into a pixie cut at the beginning of May and its grown quite a bit but its growing out instead of down... Why is that?

vanessa soares: for your tip #6, you said change your color, I want to but I feel like I'd kill my hair because I have a medium dark brown and if I were to do red since I adore the color and the color of your hair that it wont show through as much without bleach. I shaved the side of my head and had my other side kinda short. I just want some tips on how to make it grow faster. I have very very very frizzy and curly hair so I always use tons and tons of gel and hairspray, any ideas on how to make my hair not frizzy or poofy without all the goop ??

MakeMeUpErica: I would use dry shampoo, or just rinse with water and then blowdry!

Jane Delgado: its been a month since i cut my hair and it alreasy grew about half an inch (my hair grows rlly fast and my cut wasn't so short) but yea, the right side of my hair is so annoying bc i tried to tuck it in but it just wont ; - ; so im letting go for now. Also i want to add color in my hair but I just dyed it brown and im planning of keeping it like that for a while but i want colors so badly D: (my boyfriend is keeping me from any xD) but yea c: my hair grows fast surprisingly and i hope itll be long before i know it! I'm going for a bob :D (oh yeah and my pic is my loong hair it was rlly damaged wow)

Cheyenne Hargrave: Thank you so much hun HELPED ALOT ... miss my hair ): LOVED the short. butttt.... not as pretty on me

AlienCow6991: I can go at least 6 days without washing my hair before it starts getting greasy

Maria Caceres: I am also growing out my pixie!! I got it cut in july!

makeupbymaranda: have you tried a dry shampoo and powder?

Bell Communication: Great video... But I would recommend SLOWING DOWN when you talk. Lol very helpful though! Thanks for sharing!
