Hey guys today, I'm showing you how to style your pixie using a powder texturizer, the one I'm using is from big sexy hair. It is their powder play. This is just the really small little bottle that I'm using, but this works really really well. I haven't used it a whole lot since I got it only used it like a couple of times, but I've been really playing around with this a lot the past week or so maybe a little longer. I don't know, but I've been using this and I love it. It'S the only thing. I'Ve been using to style my hair, it's so fast and so easy, and I can't believe I haven't been using this sooner but anyway, I'm going to show you how I use this and I'm gon na show you how wonderful it is. Okay. The first thing I did in my god shower, I put my chilli silk infusion in my hair and then I put my Bumble and Bumble styling cream in my hair. I combed it and then I just let it dry. While I finished getting ready and then I went and finished drying it with the hairdryer and straightened it so that's where I am currently at with my hair. So now I'm gon na take my powder play and I, like my lift and texture to be more back here and have the front lay a bit more naturally. So that's how I personally like it. So that's where I put the powder plays in the back. So I do right there and then lift up the hair and get it in the roots all throughout the back, and then you don't want to leave it like that. You want to run your fingers through and really get it worked in there really. Well, especially, if you have dark hair, you don't want to have like a white film cast on your hair. So if you had dark hair, you may need to work with it a bit more. So, basically, I'm just telling my hair, you can see how much lift and how it's sticking straight up - it's not going anywhere. I could leave it like this all day if I wanted, but I don't want to okay, I, like my hair, pretty messy and voluminous okay. So I'm already done fixing it looks good to me so now, I'm just gon na put some hairspray in it make sure the sides are pointed okay. No I'm just gon na finish off with shine spray like I always do, and that is it before I started using the powder play. I found that when I would fix my hair sometimes it would have a lot of volume like this, and sometimes it wouldn't so it just depended on the day and what my hair decided to do, and another thing is second day. Hair was never good for me. If I did have second day hair, I always just wore a big headband on it and just covered most of my hair, because I couldn't get it to do anything. But with this I just comb my hair back into place and run my fingers through. It really really quick and it's right back in you know a good style. So I loved that about this also another thing: throughout the day, if your hair gets windblown or you noticed, it's fallen, it's a bit flat, just run your hands back through it and literally that's all. You have to do and it's back in style. So I really love this, I'm so glad I started using it and I highly recommend it, especially if you have really fine hair. This would be great for you, so I hope this was helpful. I hope you maybe learned a new way. You can style your hair and new products you can use. So thank you so much for watching bye,

Shauna Gilmore: Very easy and cute!!! I think I will get the powder!

Jane Fleet: I do! I have had for a while, it's very short with longer bang. Also my hair is fine. I currently use paste which I love, however it tends to cause product build up. I can see from your video that you don't need much and do not need to re-apply the next day. I love that idea.

DelRae Lucretia: This video taught me that hair texturizeing powder really works wonders for short hair :)

Kay Guerrero: My hair is very fine so I bought BTZ styling powder from Sally's. It was on sale at a very good price too. It really does make styling much easier. I did learn though "a little does go a long way".Using too much make it harder to run my fingers thru my hair. Also, I need less hairspray.

Jane Fleet: THANK YOU!!! I just saw this at my salon the other night and was wondering about it. Now I know, I'm going to get it today! Sweet cut by the way.

trishp726: Great tutorial! Just curious what brand of 'shine spray' did you use? :)

Nature Lover: You could just spray on dry shampoo and get the same effect, quicker and easier. It is basically spraying a fine powder into your hair soaking up oil and giving texture.

Erin__Blumb: Love this cut && color!

edward woodaqrd: great cut you look great it fits your face shape and features perfectly and your eyes show up beautifully    ed

Beverly Helbig: It looks like you have really thick hair. I love the style and may try this out too.

Jane Fleet: haha, well thanks. I will post a picture for you in a day or two, we'll go from there. Don't have a very good camera tho....

My Emails: what lipstick are you wearing? it's so pretty

Martine Pagès: Hello! I m french and I dont understand the name of the powder. Can you help me? Can I find it in France or internet?

Amanda Cypert Beauty: It is the garnier fruits brilliantine shine glossing spray 

sharon wrijil: I tried that stuff and its feels like glue.  Did not like it at all.
