this is a great how to styling clip by https://www.instagram.com/bulletproof_... if you want to follow her on instagram thisis her link. thank you again for doing this great video for the page.

Hey guys, so here's a quick look on how I do my hair in a normal basis. It only took me ten minutes super easy, quick, not much to it. I just recently cut my hair into a pixie, so I'm still figuring out how to style it. How to wear it? Whenever I go out, I have really fine thin soft hair. So it's hard to get it to do what I want. You have any suggestions, they'd be much appreciated. I'Ve had long hair in my entire life, and I am only accustomed to wearing a sock, bun or a really tight bun at work. So ever since I cut my hair into a pixie, it's been a bit of a challenge to make it look like. I actually did something to it because it sticks straight and if I don't put anything in it at all, I kind of look like Justin Bieber. So here's a quick look. I hope you guys enjoy it.

Stevie: Here's what you need to know for your hair, whether it's a pixie or it's long: thickening paste on damp hair all over, root lifting spray on the roots, round brush at roots for drying. Once dry, spray wax for texture and root lifting powder at roots. Your hair will never look flat and thin again. I know because I have the same type hair.

Karen Hurley: YOU ARE SOOO CUTE !!  I just cut my fine, thin hair in a pixie and feel your pain on all of the work that goes into what appears to be a simple cut.  I have no regret on the change (I love it!!!)......and your video was wonderful to watch.  Thanks soooo much for sharing this!

angela magolan: You make it look so easy and it turns out so cute. Thanks for sharing!!

cachaceira2: I like it! But, if you want to look a little more edge, side part even lower, texturize with your fingers to make it really piecey, and avoid the brush, pulling all forward and curving to the side. You can also curl your longer pieces at the face, and towards the side, for volume with a curly iron, using appropriate styling product to hold the curls. Voilà!

Regal Hair: Gorgeous style! I would love to see her original long hair and the cutting video too!

Jane Fleet: Cute cut.  Try drying your hair with your head upside down, just the top and front, will give big volume, stand up and dry the back. Let it settle and you will probably only need a bit of the flat iron.  Will go a lot faster.  I do it, I have a similar style and it works for me.

sazhutch: I had the same problem until I had my longer side undercut. I then found it held style much easier when I used the super dust and clay mixed together.

MySunnygirl: I keep looking at this vid for pixie inspiration.. I'm the same, always hair pulled back tight in a bun or pony.. I'd love to play about with a pixie but want to grow hair at the same time!! Cheers for posting and it looks great!

lavidavita: Great video! My hair is cut exactly the same, but the texture of mine is a bit thicker (Asian hair). I follow pretty much the same steps that she does. Any chance on finding out the products she used in this video?

Amanda Stirnaman: Just saw your video and have a few suggestions. If you want to add volume look into bed heads queen for a day spray or cat walk root boost. Love these for fine hair needing volume. Also when blowing out your hair use a dmall round brush and aim the dryer down the hair shaft. It helps manageability and with shine. You can also look into kms dry wax spray. All awesome products I use in my clients hair evefy day.

Jewelz B: Your hair is adorable! It looks almost the same after you were done...I don’t think you need to do much of anything to it, its cute as is. Try powder play, by Big Sexy Pretty sure you will like it!

Angie Carleton: More product!! That will be the key for this style, you didn't spray very much of whatever that was you spayed in, more volume spray and directly at the root, also dry shampoo and spray wax is great for giving pixie cuts more texture! Good luck! Great style on you!

Amber True: I think your hair looked best around minute 4:00 when it was slightly messy, right before you smoothed it all down.

Vickie Horowitz: Wow. Finally with someone hair seriously just like mine. Just got a new pixie cut (had them for years, and it's fun to be back), but didn't quite get this style. Am saving your video for my hairdresser.

ChainsawKitten: I have fine hair too, and I think the best way to get volume and body is to first, not wash as much. Every 2 or 3 days I wash, the inbetween days I just rinse with water. Lots of product is good too. Dry shampoos add bulk, the new one by Aveda is great. I use a little mousse, volumizing spray, and a touch of texturizing cream. When it's almost dry, I'll set the crown area with Velcro rollers, then let it dry all the way before removing. Then I'll add the dry shampoo, just at the root areas. Sebastian Shaper hairspray adds a lot of texture too.

paintt paint: I don't know if you have this yet but I use garnier root amp. It keeps my hair voluminous and doesn't get greasy like it used to. I also put my head up side down and blow dry my hair on low until it's all dry then add a spritz of sea salt spray. I also have soft fine hair and this works great for me

Katie Stanley: It's a super cute haircut! Just one suggestion...maybe don't tuck it behind your ear. At least not the longer side ? also, someone mentioned mousse. Great idea! especially a volumizing mousse!

Cheyann Morgan: I also cut my hair short and its also really thin and I use this stuff by suave professionals its called sea mineral infusion texturing spray and it works GREAT! that would probably be your best bet.

Kristen Haskell: Very chic!!! My hair is straight (fine texture but I have a ton of it, sorry!). I was just introduced to Goldwell Style Sign Roughman Matte Cream Paste. When my stylist put it in my hair (she blew it dry first), the hair on my crown was HUGE! I like bigger hair, but you can tame it down if you don't like it too big. She said any product with "shine" in it would weigh your hair down??? I also just saw another YouTuber using a Spornette Tease Brush on her crown area and it gave amazing results. I have not tried it yet, but I'm ordering one today. Hope this helps!

Karen Malone: Thank you for this! You are so cute!

Jaimee Gundlach: Do you use mousse? Use mousse before you blow dry

Arianna Danielle: I had long hair my whole life then went to a bob 3 years ago then just cut it to a pixie, my advice since we have to same fine hair use dry shampoo all over to give it texture and a shaping paste to give it that extra umph we all want and need

M. Myers: I too struggle with thin hair if you dry it to the opposite side that you are parting it will give the hair some lift but you don't dry it all the way on that side!

Raven Griffith: I have the same exact pixie cut but my sides are a little longer and I leave my front hanging instead of putting it behind my ear and I have some of the side slicked down but the rest covering it

Mary Nung: My best idea is to go shorter with another trim or haircut so it just lays the way you want it to.

Charlotte Gile: I would go a little shorter and def consider an undercut. It would look more mod. You look beautiful in short hair.

karin winfree: Your hair looks great

Mary Nung: are you letting your hair grow or keeping it in a short pixie.  You look great in a short pixie.

Sali Evans: Nicely done!

Mary Nung: You look fine. Short hair suits you well. The pixie will work with you if you love it.

Jonelle Katene: awesome you really suit it

Janet Wright: Itd be great if these tutorials would actually tell the kinda hair spray or whatever they're using Trying to see the name of the products wen some flash them for a second n the video u kn I cant tell wat thurs using ... really like to know

shelia heard: Check out " whippycake" on YouTube. Very informative videos on products and techniques.

Joan Potanko: You have beautiful hair

lindatrvn: Try using pomade to help get it to do what you want.

Melissa Gifford: cute!!

Miranda Xero: There's nothing Jennifer Lawrence about it. The actress's hair is punkier looking

Dena Deen: Great cut for you, but what is up with the fun house mirror effect your camera is making....please fix.

Jake Lambert: You're so pretty

Stigmame: Every pixie looks like justin at some point! Look up Whippy Cake and her personal hair tutorial, her hair is fine and stick straight as well. She gives great advice and hers used to be cut very similar to yours. Yours looks great, like you've done something with it. Bed Head's Blow It Up is my best friend for my pixie, Pantene's hair whop is also awesome. Spray wax instead of hairspray also does wonders.

Brandi Lee: I would consider this a short bob and not a pixie cut. The way she styles it just makes it look like one. I'm not a hair expert but I've had a range of short haircuts. It still looks nice though.

Flychick86: Wow! Nice! You have pretty eyes. :) The Justin Bieber comment. Haha wow. The music looping over and over (no a problem).

Cheyann Morgan: @nothingbutpixies
