Bobs & Pixie Haircut Ideas For Women Over 50

Welcome back you guys, so today's video, i will be reacting to short hairstyles on older women. So, let's jump right into today's video. The first video clip features a woman who has maroon-ish color hair and the stylist is clipping it into a pixie. She has a very thick and full hair, and this really makes for a great length for a pixie haircut, just because you'll have a more fuller hairstyle. My hair does appear to be a little bit thin in the front, however, so this stylus is just kind of like smoothing it over and just kind of creating layers so that she has a fuller look to her hair. Alright. So next we see someone with blonde pixie haircuts. Stylus is trimming the back. She has bangs full bangs in the front. Hopefully the stylist will keep that, because i think that that also adds more texture and just gives the client more variety overall. Okay, so he did kind of trim the front, but he did leave a lot. He did kind of like a side, swept thing all right. So next we see someone with gray hair and she has very thick and full hair. That'S a really pretty pixie cut wow. Very pretty, and it's like how her hair has gray is just so becoming. I wonder if that's natural or the stylist added color to that, but it's really gorgeous. I love her necklace too, with the pop of pink on her lip. So pretty all right. So next we see someone, they also have a pixie haircut. So i guess a pixie cut is a really great hairstyle for older woman, because it's a style that can really help you to appear younger and just more youthful, more vibrant. So the stylist is just kind of continuing to shape that and you can tell that because her hair is a little bit thinner, that the layers really help to create that volume and hide any balding that she might have alright. So next we see a transformation. She went from having long hair to a pixie and her hair is looks like it's naturally, naturally wavy or curly um. To be honest, i'm not really liking. This look. I think her hair looks a little too full at the top wow. Look at that pop of maroon. This is a gorgeous bob and she has such thick hair very full. I think that if you have in hair - and you are an older woman, it would be like. I said it would be better for you to get a pixie cut because you're able to kind of hide some of the balding or the thinness that you might be having. Whereas if you are older woman and you have thicker hair, you should really opt for a bob, because again it will give you a more youthful appearance and just kind of give you that vibrant look that you might be looking for. If you want to add some more vibrancy, so that's just my opinion all right. So now the stylus is continuing to trim this bob. She has more of like a traditional style, bob, oh wow, so the next client has like wavy hair. She has such pretty hair. She got a bob haircut wow. She had more like a chin length bob. She has a beautiful natural curl pattern. Little hints of color in there that look like rose very pretty. The stylist is just kind of blow drying it and scrunching it up. Creating volume and texture, this is a really pretty bob and it looks like it would be so easy to care for. Oh, so next is this gorgeous pixie. This is stunning all right. So now we see another pixie and, as you can see, her hair is kind of thin along the crown, so the stylus is just kind of shaping it up and hiding it and that definitely created a lot of thickness and texture in the middle. Very pretty all right, so now we see another bob, the stylist is creating volume with the layers. Oh, i love that pop of gray. All right, you guys so hopefully this gave you plenty of ideas.
