A. Karatas: very nice cut. when i worked as a hairdresser, i cut this style in the end of the 90s and begin 2000 often and used the same technique. I like this layering-technique very much. I call it in german: Sterntechnik. I also use this technique to cut long hair with heavy layers, beginning from the highest point of the head, concave from the short top point to the long ends.
