Zala Ponytail Hair Extension | Review + Install

Hi, i'm tanisha welcome to my youtube channel today, as you can tell by the title, i'm actually going to be reviewing the zala 16 inch ponytail in honey blonde highlights disclaimer. I do already have the chestnut brown ponytail in 20. I think it's a 20 inch one. I was not a huge fan of this. It looked really cool, very ariana-esque. I used to have dark brown hair, so it worked, but this bad boy is heavy. So that's a good thing, but also a bad thing. I don't think i have a very sensitive scalp, but i would wear it like very high on my head and there is a clip that goes in and it would just like it was heavy. It was heavy okay. So now that i'm a little blond baby, i thought i would go ahead and get a blonde one for those of you who have never seen zala's packaging at all. It'S beautiful. They come in this box and a little velcro to keep it shut, and then it comes like this, so your ponytail is going to be in here and then there's a pack of shampoo conditioner and a spray treatment for your extensions. I think it's like an oil. I'Ve already unpackaged this, so this isn't exactly how it comes when you get this, it's going to have a seal around it with a card on it and it is going to be your warranty basically. So if you take that off, you can't return it. You can take it out of the package. Compare it to your hair, see mine's, pretty close once you're sure that it's your color, then you can remove the tag, but do not remove it unless it's the exact color that you want to be stuck with. If you're struggling to figure out what color match you are, you can contact them and they can help match the color for you, but i just went with honey beach highlights. I saw other people with like highlighted hair and i just figured it was gon na. Be the right color and i did pretty good - i would say - looks good comes like this, as you can tell it's pretty thick, but this is for sure so much lighter than the 18 inch. Let me pull it out real, quick okay, so i actually went 20 inches. This is my dark brown one in 20 inches and i am five three five, four for reference, so i'm pretty short, and so this is pretty long on me like that is an ariana pony. If i ever did see one, that's that bad boy and then this is this one, so 20 inch and the 16 inch side by side. This one has definitely got its wear and she is still healthy. I love it like you. Just don't want to stop playing with it, because it's just so silky and you can see like how shiny that is - and i just love that it's not all the same tone. So it's not like a flat blonde or anything like that. It'S got the highlights through it to make it blend a little better with your natural hair. The first step is going to be to put my hair in a high bun. Each ponytail does come with its own hair elastic and a huge ass gold bobby pin. So these do come with it, which is awesome. Okay, so now that i've got my hair in a high pony, we can go ahead and put in the ponytail. My hair is about here when it's down but and in a ponytail it's just. This is so short and little, and i look like a bald little boy. We'Re gon na put this baby in it comes with velcro like this. It has the lace that the hair lays on and it's got the little clip and then this that you're gon na wrap around i'm gon na flip my head upside down. I find this is the easiest way. I don't know how people do it while standing up. I'M gon na flip my head over insert that in there. So it's right next to the band and then i'm going to close and wrap the velcro around and then i'm going to hold this nice and tight and just wrap with that extra piece of hair. So then, i'm going to flip my head back up, take my bobby, pin and secure it. So once that's secure, sometimes you only need one. You can go around with multiple bobby pins and just kind of like clip yourself in so you just want to make sure. That'S super secure on your head now that it's in i'm just going to give it a quick brush because it was upside down and she's in so i do wear mine pretty high up on my head. As you can see, it's almost like in the center of my head, because i have noticed if i wear it too far back it will just kind of like throughout the day, gravity is real guys. So, like i was saying before my brunette one, my brown one, it was heavy, it was heavy, it's a lot of hair, but this honestly feels like the perfect length and that's all i really need. I don't need an ariel on a ponytail. I'M not trying to be too dramatic. 16 inches is perfect. For me, this is like a long ponytail for someone with naturally long hair. I do have a couple berry hairs, so i'm just gon na go under and pin those yeah. This is the pony. It is 100 human remy hair, which means that it is going to be the same thickness from root to tip and dolo really prides himself on that. The fact that it is a thick thick ponytail, this is it from the back - has a little kink in it because i haven't straightened it. I haven't put any curls in it yet, but there she is so yeah. That is my zala ponytail review. Slash how to put it in. I guess i love these things. I feel, like i'm gon na, be doing a bit of a challenge with my hair and trying not to put heat on it until the end of the year. So this is a great way to mix up my style a little bit, so i don't have to just do like my low slicked bun or my high sleek spot, i can add in a ponytail i could braid this. If i wanted to, i could do a fishtail braid. I could do like little bubble like a little bubble style. You know what i'm talking about or you could even do like individual little braids through it. If you're going to like a festival or anything like that. Oh, would you what'd be really cute is if you did like a sofia richie moment and really like flick up the bottom and just be a barbie.
