Braided Ponytail Hair Tutorial Inspired By Shraddha Kapoor In Half Girlfriend │ Ponytail Hairstyle

Hey guys welcome back to my channel and hello if you're new make sure you subscribe if you're not already, because I upload a lot on my channel in today's video I'm going to share with you guys how to create this braided ponytail hairstyle from shredder Kapoor in Her movie half girlfriend now, let's get started. So what you want to do is Park your hair down the middle um. You don't want it, you don't have to part it all the way down to the nape of your neck. You just part it down the middle and the front and then bring it to the front. Now we're going to start creating the braids. So you want to take about an inch and a half of hair from the top from both sides and then the rest of your hair you're, going to want to put it out of your way and maybe even tie it up, which is what I'm going to Do just because I want that completely out of my way. I don't want to be grabbing it. So that's what I'm doing, I'm just going to tie it next, I'm going to start working on the braid. So basically, I'm going to take all of the hair from one section to the best, I'm going to start making a little French braid. So basically, I don't know how to describe doing a French braid, basically you're braiding and then picking up little pieces of hair into each strand, while you braid. I hope you guys can understand that or even just by watching what I'm doing here. It takes a little while to get the hang of it and every time that you braid it braid it tight just so this braid is nice and tight and won't be moving around and won't budge all throughout the day. Don'T make it too tight to where your head hurts, because sometimes when I braid my hair, my head will hurt, so you want to grab the hairs in higher braids and then what I'm going to do when I'm done with it, I'm not going to take it All the way back, but I'm going to secure it with two bobby pins. You could use an elastic if you want to, but I like to look of the bobby pins better, because it's just nice and flat and you don't really see it so as soon as I reach like towards the back of my head, I'm going to end the Braid right there and then go ahead and secure that with my bobby pins I used to in a crisscross motion just so that it won't budge. Now I'm going to do the same thing on the other side, I'm just going to be French, braiding it and just picking up pieces of hair. While I braid, I have no idea how to describe a French braid, but I hope you guys can just see what I'm doing and I'm going to also secure that with two bobby pins in a crisscross way, and this is what you should have. This is what it should look like and the bobby pins actually secure it down pretty well. So now you want to let down all of your hair and pull that back now, I'm going to use a rat tail comb just too sleek everything down and sleek it down on both sides and on the bottom as well. So it's nice and smooth that you can use a gel if you wanted to, but I just just use the comb, then you want to tie a pretty tight ponytail next, you want to take a little piece of hair from the bottom twist it and then take That around your ponytail so go around as many times as you need to and then bobby pin that down and basically that's it, you have your double braided ponytail. I thought this hairstyle was so cute in the movie and I had to recreate it. It'S so easy! You can also smooth down like all the frizz and flyaways, but I kind of just left it.
