Hi everyone, I'm always been asked how to create quick, great-looking party hair, here's an easy style I've created for you to recreate on yourself or a friend at home. This one is the fancy ponytail before attempting this ponytail. I always suggest to go through your hair section by section and lightly spritz all of your hair with a light texturizing spray, especially if you've just shampooed and conditioned your hair as it will be clean, shiny and a little slippery feeling. The matte texture will help to give your hair a bit of a grip making it easier to create this style now. Take a flat, bristle brush, I'm using a Mason a Pearson brush here and start to bring all of your hair into a high ponytail around the crown area, making all the surface of the hair as smooth as possible, trying to brush out any gaps and controlling any Stray hairs, a good tip for getting the hair as smooth as possible is to spray the bristles of your brush with a light hold hairspray then brushing it through your hair. This will help to chain flyaways and keep the surface of the hair smoother. Once you're happy with the smoothness of your hair and positioning of the ponytail, take a snag, free elastic and tie it fairly tight so that the elastic doesn't slip brush any tangles out of the ponytail itself. Now take some ribbon. You can use any color, you prefer and tie around the base of the ponytail. Creating a bow next create a loop in the ponytail and push the base of the loop into the head. Secure this loop by taking a fairly large decorative hair, slide or barrette and insert the clip part into the brush top hair. Underneath the loop slide, the hair clip across your head so that your hair underneath is inside. It then make sure all the ponytail hair is inside the hair slide. Before you close it, you can secure the star with a misting of a light, hold hairspray or even add some shine spray for extra gloss and glamour, and there you have it. A simple ponytail turned into an eye-catching: updo have fun creating, and thanks for watching. So here are the products that I recommend for creating this fancy ponytail for texturizing spray. I recommend label m.tech, rising volume spray, all they dry, texturizing spray, the batiste range of dry shampoos and the Sam at night, cool girl, barely their texture spray for hair sprays. I recommend the Elnett satin formula by l'oreal, paris and the way haircare medium hold spray for the snag: free elastics. I recommend the blacks snag, free, hair, elastics and for shine sprays. I recommend the GHD final shine spray and the label M complete shine mist. If you liked this video, then please subscribe to my youtube channel, which is here plus.
