What is up you guys and welcome back to my channel and if you're new here, it's your girl, annelise welcome to my channel today, i'm going to be showing you guys a four different four night: eight, it's not eight! It'S four four different hairstyles to wear to the gym. This is for my gym girl, baddies that, like to style their hair for the gym, and i'm one of those girls that i like to feel extra, confident and pretty for the gym. So i like to i'm sorry, there's a hair. There was a hair in my mouth, but i like to style my hair and style, my activewear and look extra, confident and pretty for the gym. So let me start off with this tutorial. I'M going to be showing you my best for hairstyles that i absolutely love they're, simple they're, not too hard. Your arms might get tired from doing your hair, but i promise you it's worth it and it's so simple, but um anyways. My hair is greasy right now. So this is a perfect timing to do this. Video and you guys have been asking me for a hair tutorial. So, oh, the sun is shining today, don't mind my empty room in the background. This is one of the rooms that i am working on and it's still empty, but it's definitely going to be a wardrobe room. So i'm not working on that. Let'S start off with the first one, i'm going to do a updo with a clock with a clock clip. I usually wear this on a leg day, because the claw clip gets in the way when i'm on the bench. If i'm doing upper body like if i'm doing chest and i'm lying on the bench, the claw clip gets in the way and also when i'm doing shoulders, the claw clip gets in the way of that first, i'm gon na leave two hairs in the front. I love to leave. You don't have to leave two hairs in the front if you don't want to, but i like to leave them in the front because it's cute - and i love it like this. I specifically cut my hairs in the front as long layers so that i can wear my hair like this. I'M just trying to see, because i don't have a mirror right now, so i'm using the camera frame. What is that called anyways? You get the just two hairs in the front, both hairs in the back. Okay, i need to stop joking, then i'm going to spray my hair with conditioner, so i use this shea moisture, hydration, leave-in treatment. I'Ve been using this for so many years and um. I haven't stopped because i love it so much. I don't like to use um gel, so i use conditioner and then i spray it whatever. I need to spray down with this hairspray here it is called sebastian shaper, plus you can get it at your walgreens or target or whatever. My hairs are a bit crazy here. My baby hairs here are crazy, so i spray them down so that they are slick back. So that's what we're gon na do we're gon na spray it down with conditioner and spray the other side. Okay, now that i have two hair pieces in the front and i've sprayed down my baby hairs, i'm going to take a brush like this - i don't remember the name, but it's a soft bristle brush, but also in between hard and soft. It'S not like too soft, but it's soft enough to smooth out your hair's back. I don't like the really hard brushes, because you have to make sure that it's not super hard and stiff, because it leaves like little lines in between your hairs. You want it to look all smooth and all going one way, i'm going to brush that back and make sure you guys get a brush like this, because it helps a lot to smooth it all back. You see how there's no spaces in your hair, i'm brushing it all down to a low ponytail. So that's how i'm going to clip it, i'm going to put it in a low ponytail first and then i'm gon na clip it up so that the hairs don't fall down, because my hair is long and it doesn't hold in the clip so we're gon na Brush all of it back in a little pony, you don't want to brush too close to the front of your head. You want to brush on top on the middle top and brush back, so you want to leave that line there. I'M sorry! If i'm not explaining this well, this is my first time doing a full tutorial on my hair. So you know i don't really know how to explain these things. So i'm learning, though you know, i know when it's all brushed back like so we are going to tie our hair in the back. Well, i'm going to, but if you're following me we are going to and put it in a low ponytail. Let me show you guys real, quick. Okay, there you go, that's the little pony okay, this could even be a hairstyle for the gym too. If you leave it like this in a little pony that would be super cute. I'M definitely gon na. Try that and then what you're gon na do is with the claw clip, i'm just getting the clock claw. You know what i'm just going to stay clip, so i keep saying claw clip clock up. I'M going to mess up so i'm going to take my clip and then take my ponytail i'm going to turn around, so you guys could see i'm going to take my hair and twist it with my finger. Put it up, like so put my index finger in the back of my head almost to the middle of the back of my head. Oh sorry, take the end, leave it twist, bring it down and around and back up hold it with your thumb and then clip. That'S the trick, because clips do not stain my hair. If i don't do the ponytail in the back, you can't even see he's scrunchy either, so it's so cute. So that is the first hairstyle that i'm going to show you guys. Super simple super easy. So if you're doing lower body, you could definitely try this because you're not really getting your head against anything all right. So now the next style is going to be a high pony, also leaving these hairs in the front i'm going to spray my hair again, keep spraying it. What i'm gon na do is you saw how, in the first hairstyle, i told you not to go that close to the front of your head this time, we're gon na go a little bit closer because we're gon na do a ponytail, so it has to go All in one direction in the back sorry guys, i just got a phone call but um you're gon na brush it all up into a ponytail. So brush one side up, it's going to be a high, but not too high. So like mid high, like here and i'm gon na keep brushing these hairs back, bring it all up and keep brushing the back of your head. I'M telling you this brush works wonders if you don't have a brush like this, get one because it'll smooth out your hair, so good, i'm gon na spray a little bit more spring in the top spray in the back. Get all those hairs up. If you rather use gel, go right ahead, because my hair smooths down good with conditioner, but some people may have trouble smoothing their hair out with conditioner okay. So this is where my ponytail is positioned. It'S not too high. It'S high, but not too high to the top of my head, it's more like mid-high. If that makes sense and then take my scrunchie um, what do you guys call it? Do you guys call it scrunchy or is there another name for it, because i call it scrunchy, but then tie my hair tie it tight enough so that it holds. I do not recommend keeping your hair up every single day, because it does talk on your hair. A lot - and you know you don't want to start pushing those hairs too. Back too often, i try not to do it all the time, but i love it so much it's like it's hard not to like love. This hairstyle then we're gon na take our hairspray. I shake my hair spray. I don't know if anybody else does this, but it's a habit of mine. I just shake my hair spray and spray. It then we're going to brush everything back again to brush the spray in brush blush blush brush brush brush and there you have it the high ponytail, i'm going to show you guys how i braid it right. After this, you can leave it loose and then i'm going to show you guys the braid real quick. So what i'm going to do is so that no hairs stick out. I already brushed my ponytail, but i'm gon na brush it again. I'M gon na take the conditioner spray again and spray my ponytail down, so that no hairs stick out whatsoever because braids tend to get messy. So you want to make sure that it stays in place, especially if you are working out, especially if you are working out and you're sweating and you're moving around a lot. So this is definitely a necessity. Necessity necessity, i'm hispanic so like, if some words sound weird. It'S because i literally speak both languages, so i get my words mixed up so sometimes like i'll like say things this wrong way. I don't know like for my hispanic girls. Do you understand me because i speak both languages and sometimes i get my words mixed up between both languages all right, so you would take it as if you're normally doing a braid. So obviously, if you're familiar with the basic braid, you would take three parts of your hair and start braiding it. My trick is to have a tight braid. I tug on my ponytail each time i cross my hair keep tugging as you go down the braid to keep it all tight and smooth out see how that braid is coming out so far super nice and tight. That is the goal to have it all tight and smooth. That'S why i spray it with conditioner also it helps a lot because my hairs get so frizzy so fast and if i don't put anything in my hair, i'll literally have like a bunch of frizzes, then i'm going to take a small, clear, elastic band. So you don't see the band or you could do black, whatever color your hair is, but if you're blonde in elastic band, the clear one would be better and if you have dark hair, the black one would be good also. But i like to use the clear one and science: okay, look how smooth she is. Okay, that's probably the best braid i've ever did just for this video, but again i'm going to spray it in my hand, the conditioner and smooth it down the braid, and then i spray it with the hairspray and then spray a little bit of the back brush. It all out in case you have any little messes and then there you have it the braid um. I love that i use conditioner instead, because conditioner is a lot better for your hair in general, so um yeah. That'S why i use the conditioner. I know gel. Will probably even better, and it will probably have it even more in place but um. I think it still looks. Super shiny and super cute and yeah i'll show you guys the back real, quick back of the braid alright. So now i'm gon na take my braid out and show you guys the last one, but not the worst one, the best one everyone's been asking for it. It'S highly requested. It is the slick bun, that's what i call it. The slick one is my hair. All slicked back and in a bun, so i'm going to show you guys that i know you've been waiting for this tutorial. So i'm going to show you that and take out my hair now for the slick bun. We'Re not gon na leave the hairs in the front anymore. We'Re gon na push everything back into a ponytail. So what i'm gon na do is i'm gon na take that hair back and spray it if i hadn't sprayed my hair, yet i would spray more, but i'm just gon na spray a little bit and then brush it all back in to the all right. For the bun, i don't like to put it so high, like the ponytail i like, to put it literally in the back mid section of my head, we're gon na brush that all back, i keep it not too high, not so low, but right in the middle Brush that all back, i'm sorry if the sun is getting in the way it's because the clouds are moving and as the clouds are moving, i'm moving the camera. So i'm trying my best not to be directly in the sun. The brush that i use to take out my knots or tangles, or whatever i use the draw dry bar, yellow brush the paddle brush. That'S that now that i brushed it all out, i'm going to tie it all back, i'm going to tie it first so that it stays in place and then, when i tie it, i split my hair into and i tighten it in the back so that it Is super slick and chic spray? It spray it smooth it out spray the back smooth that out and then i brush it all back again. We are brushing as much as we can. I know the this is like a workout you're, literally keeping your arms up the entire time. My arms, my shoulder area, actually is super sore, so this is like feeling like a workout now that i have it in a ponytail, i'm gon na brush the ponytail, because you want the hair to be all smooth and while i'm brushing i'm holding my ponytail so That it doesn't get ruined or loose bring my hair down and brush the back again make sure everything is smooth and nothing's sticking out. So now that i brush and sprayed - and i have the ponytail - that's not high - but in the middle and i'm going to turn around for you guys, so you guys can see how i did the bun um. I twist my hair, i like how i twisted it in the clip and i go around my head like a donut and keep twisting it as much as i can just all the way to the end and keep going around. I tie it all together and you have the bun super chic super sleek super nice. Oh my god, the sun is like so crazy. I'M sorry guys if this was in the video but yeah. That'S how i do it. Then i smooth everything out again make sure everything is in place. I mean these hairstyles, you can even wear like on a night out or wherever you're going. You can definitely style these for a casual normal day other than the gym other than the gym. So then, i'm going to spray that spray, the bun so that it stays in place and there you have it smooth it all out again with the spray you want to brush as much as you can, so that those hairs stay in place girl brush a hundred Times if you have to because this is what it takes - okay, there's the bun super cute and then now i forgot to put my earrings on so i'm gon na get my earrings, so you guys can see how it looks with earrings on and by the way. I always wear my earrings to the gym. I love these little earrings, it's so cute and it makes me it makes the hair look even better. I don't know if that i don't know it just looks better with earrings on so i don't want my ears to look plain so the little hoops make it look cute but yeah. That is the slick bun that you guys have been waiting for. It'S super simple. It'S super easy, i feel like it's not so difficult and it's not so hard, it's pretty self-explanatory, but um yeah. I absolutely love these hairstyles and um. I love again. I love getting cute for the gym and, if you're one of those girls that like to feel pretty in the gym and like to pick out their gym outfits and style, their hair - and you know just get some motivation to start your day. Then these hairstyles are for you but um yeah. That'S that that is the end of my video and i hope you enjoy this video. I hope you like the hairstyles. You can try it out yourself and tag me in those videos and pictures so that i can see how you styled it yourself so anyways i am going to go and enjoy the rest of my day and i'll see you guys in my next video.
