$12 Extended & Sleek High Ponytail On Short Curly Hair | No Heat Used | Laurasia Andrea Fairyycember

Hi fairies and welcome back to my channel, it's laura andreas, so i'm giving you guys another natural hair, video! It'S been a minute, i'm showing you guys how to get this super sleek and easy extended, ponytail using affordable hair. So if you guys are interested and want to see this sleigh then definitely stay tuned for the rest of the video. So welcome back fairies, it's been a minute since i have done a natural hair. Video and the first thing i'm going to do is start by combing out these braids that i've had in my head for almost a week and a half. I pretty much made the decision that, if i'm not wearing wigs or some type of natural hairstyle, i'm just going to leave my hair in braids, especially under my wigs, because it makes it so much more flat. I just went ahead to wet my hair so that i can do my wash routine for you guys on camera, using a few products that i'm introducing to my routine and the first thing i'm going to do is use this cleansing. Pudding from as i am you guys have seen this product in so many of my videos - and i just honestly, cannot put this product down and i'm just going to use this as my shampoo today. This does a really good job with cleaning my hair, but also bringing the moisture back to my hair. Sometimes shampoos can be super stripping to the hair, but the as i am cleansing pudding definitely is not so after i rinse that out, i'm just going to brush my hair with a denman brush just to see how much moisture is back to my hair and that Balance is superb, this is actually from curly chic, it's a rice, water remedy and it is literally rice water without the bad smell of rice, water. I love this product, it's actually my second time using it. I used it last week before i got my hair braided and i felt like it made my hair grow in such a short period of time. People love to say that regardless my hair is going to grow and with some people, no matter what you do, your hair is just going to grow. That is me me. That is, but just because my hair is going to grow, doesn't mean it's going to grow. To the thickness that i want and that's why i like to manipulate it with different products, because i want a certain type of result. So i let that rice, water mixture sit in for 20 minutes and i'm not going to rinse that out. I'M next going to move on to using some deep conditioner and this conditioner is from talia widget. I'Ve been using this conditioner for forever. Just like my fifth bottle. It'S like my favorite conditioner, for when i'm washing my hair and trying to do any type of treatment or clarifying to my hair, because the apple cider vinegar in this product just makes my hair feel so clean, while also feeling super balanced in moisture after i've. Combed that deep conditioner through my hair, i'm just going to let both of those products sit using an aluminum cap for an additional 30 minutes, and i'm going to use my jbco water from as i am you guys have seen me use this product. So many times pretty much all the styling products you guys have seen on my channel so many times. I'M then going to use this leave-in conditioner from allocate naturals and it's their lemongrass leave-in, and it is amazing, super light. It adds so much moisture to my hair, and this is another rice, water product from curly chic, a super light leave-in - and i love this so much because i just think the curly chic products just smell so good rice water has a reputation for just smelling, like Straight mildew, i do not like that smell and i definitely do not like that smell in my hair, i'm so brand new to using all these price water products. So i don't really know how super well they're going to do. I'Ve only used it for about a week and a half and my hair did grow pretty well from just using it a week ago. So that's all! I can really base it off of and down the line. I am going to continue to use these products because i want to see how well they do, but as a first impression, i do really like the products i'm now going to move on, to putting my hair in a ponytail and i'm going to use some gel. This is the gummy plush gel, and i think this just works so good in my 3c for a hair. I just feel like it. Just does a really good job with holding my hair in place, and my hair is naturally curly and it does not leave any curls in my hair, i'm going to seal that in with my eben wonderlay spray. You guys have seen me use this spray on everything. Whether it's my natural hair or my lace in my past couple of videos on my channel, it's honestly a multi-use spray, i use it for everything and it works for everything if you guys want to know a little bit more information about this spray check out. My previous video on my channel, because i deep dive and talk all about it, i'm just going to seal that spray in with this board brush, i got from the beautiful store and i'm just going to redo my ponytail to make it nice and sleek, and this Is how i get my ponytail to look so nice without using any heat blow drying, straightening or anything, i'm just going to seal in everything using this nairobi, shear shine spray and just spray that, on my roots and just slick it back to make it nice and Shiny, i'm now going to do the extended ponytail part of this video, and this is what's going to make our ponytail extra long. The hair i'm using today is 30 inches, but i wanted it a little bit longer with it being in a high, ponytail and being 30 inches. It pretty much hits the middle of my back, but i wanted my ponytail to be all the way to my butt and just a little bit longer. If you guys didn't know, i'm five foot four a little shorter over here, but i still wanted my ponytail to be long and slayed honey. And this is what's going to give me that. So i just used some fake hair and just braided that into my hair and now i'm gon na use these black strips to wrap around my natural hair, because i am going to be using some glue to place my bundles on to my ponytail, and i want To make sure that my natural hair is protected when doing so so just make sure you use these black strips to wrap around your natural hair in the braid, and i just seal off that black strip using some black hair glue. Now we're moving on to using the fake, affordable hair. I absolutely love this hair because you can use heat on it as well. It is 30 inches, but it has like a natural yaki texture. It doesn't necessarily match my hair texture per se, but i just love the feeling of this hair and it just feels amazing. But when i straighten the hair it does end up feeling, like my natural hair, just a little bit thicker. So the way i'm going to install this fake hair into this extended ponytail is just by wrapping it around. I like to take the hair glue and put that in a vertical motion, and i also just seal that in with some of the even lace spray, and this is what's going to make the glue a lot more tacky and the braid itself a lot more tacky. So that the bundles stick to it and i'm just going to wrap this hair around this braided ponytail - and this is what's going to give us the fullness of our ponytail and make our ponytail a lot longer to seal off and finish each bundle. You just want to take a little piece of hair and just wrap that around until you have it to the end and then spray a little bit of that even spray to just seal that off before you start your next bundle. You always want to make sure that each bundle is secure and nice and tight on the braid before you start the other. I ended up using about two and a half packs of hair, so you guys honestly, can probably just do two, but i wanted it nice and full, and i just continue to wrap the hair around the ponytail until i get my desired fullness in my desired weight And when i get to the end, i just wrap a little portion of the bundle around the ponytail so that it's nice and tight and secure. But it's not too tight to the point where it's giving me a headache. So i just do the same thing for the third pack and as stated before, i did use two and a half bundles. So i'm just going to continue to wrap that hair around my ponytail until i have my desired fullness and when i have all the bundles added to my desired fullness, i'm just going to take a little piece of the hair. I'M going to spray a little bit of my wonderlace spray on that piece, comb it out and then start to wrap it around the ponytail, because this is what's going to camouflage the wefts, and i do this about two times using pieces of hair. So the ponytail is looking so sleek and nice you guys later on, i am going to be straightening it with a flat iron, but for now i'm just going to brush it out comb it out and show you guys the length of this hair. I do stand up later on in the video, so you guys can see just how long this hair is. But now the last thing i'm going to do is move on to doing my baby hair. I'M going to use this ego booster edge control to do my baby hairs. It'S like the only edge control, that's water-based, that does a really good job, with holding my baby hairs in place and making sure they don't curl up, and then i'm just going to do. My little baby hair swoops on both sides, i went off camera and did my makeup. I am going to be doing a makeup. Look on my channel very soon, probably next week, because the way i do my makeup is so different. Now it's so lightweight and you guys are going to love this routine, i'm taking my eap heat one and a half inch flat iron. It'S honestly my favorite flat iron, especially for kinky straight natural textures, and i'm going to use the flat iron on 390 degrees. The hair can go up to about 400 degrees, but you know i don't really like to do exactly 400. I like to give it a little bit of precautionary room, so i just straighten the ends of the hair and i do stand up to show you guys how the hair looks on my body type. As i said it before, and this came out so cute. The makeup the shirt, the earrings that ponytail gorilla, i feel like i'm in miami. Thank you guys so much for watching.
