Hi everyone, it's nisha, so you have been asking me over and over to show you how i do my hair like this. It is very easy. I do it all the time so today i thought i will show you how i do it. So this is pretty easy, it's best, if you do it on a second or even third day ahead. This is my third day hair. All i did this morning is sprayed a bit of dry shampoo on it didn't really need to, but it depends how quickly your hair goes greasy. Another reason why you should do it on a second or third day is because when your hair is fresh, it's very smooth, very fly away and it just doesn't stay in place as good. Also, you know whenever i wash my hair and style, my hair straight i've got a video on that i usually put um, i crimp my roots at the top, so you see after that. I just need to do that and i get all this volume. So i will link this video and how i style my hair straight, because you will see there where i crimp my hair or if i didn't crimp my hair, i might have backcombed and hairsprayed the top, and that will do it as well. Your hair will sort of stay up for the next couple of days. Okay, all you need is really a brush and hair elastic, and i also have the clip, because i wear this hairstyle two ways i can wear it as a bump ponytail or from that ponytail. I clip my hair up if i want a bit of a pineapple effect at the top okay. So the first thing we do is very gently: don't brush it right through to the root, because, obviously that's where you've got all the volume just gently brush it back now. This is very important. How you're going to gather your hair to the back? Don'T brush it up like this, as if you were doing high ponytail, because you won't get that effect, how you need to brush. It is brush it down. Okay, like this, so can you see where i have this ponytail? I will bring it a bit higher and now i will make a ponytail here. Okay, so it's! I don't know that far from the bottom. Now, what i'm going to start doing is, as i'm tightening this ponytail bringing it up. Okay, so i brought it up a bit now, i'm going to start pulling my hair at the top and i'm holding holding here. So i don't pull too much you pour as much as you want now. At the same time, i'm going again to keep bringing that ponytail up, and i keep repeating that so i keep pulling my ponytail up and then pulling this hair up. Sometimes you will need to take it off and do it again like here this hasn't worked. So i'm going to take it off and do it again i feel maybe like i need to have my top a bit more matted. So i will i love this brush for this um. It'S like a mixture of real bristles and plastic bristles. This is from denman, and i just do this because sometimes my bump i've got very fine hair. So sometimes my bump um really separates so it's good to some days. I don't have to do it, but some days i do okay. Let'S do it again. You see now i've got already better bump, okay, bring it up, yeah, that's good, that i've shown you at the beginning, what i'm doing at the back, and now i can just look in the mirror and concentrate so i just keep doing that, pulling it bringing it Up till i have a nice big bump now i'm going to take some of this hair out and you just keep doing that till you're happy, and you know this is supposed to look messy. This is not a smooth sleek hairstyle. I will show you the back in a minute, but i feel like i need to pull because i, like you, know big hair. I, like my bump to be quite high, now smooth very gently the bump. Now i'm going to take care of the front, so i'm going to pull out my fringe. I sometimes pull it pull some bits out of here just so they you know it's very messy. So i get like this messy look. Okay, so this is like a bum ponytail, so this is one way i wear it. So that's all there is to it, but sometimes if i want this hair up, i will from here use one of these. Now, if you have fine hair like me and your hair is not you know, your ponytail is not very thick and all this is not very thick. I'Ve told you this before remember when you buy one of these clips. Look at this gap here. You know like some clips when they close the gap is really big. That is not really good for fine hair to hold it up, it will be falling out and it won't hold your hair in. You need to always make sure that when this clip is closed, you've got very small gap here. So then, what i do i put that pony up and i just clip it and this way i get that sort of pineapple effect. So that's it! That'S how i do my hair and, as you know, especially in my vlogs, when you see me, if i don't go anywhere, that's how i wear my hair all the time. You know i know you might think saturday. Hair is a bit gross, but my hair never really looks that greasy and i don't want to unnecessarily keep washing my hair and styling it because you know it damages it so yeah, that's all it takes okay, my lovelies. I hope this was helpful. This very short tutorial. Thank you so much for watching and stay fabulous, bye,

Harmony Rose: I adore your eye makeup here and actually love the whole makeup look overall. Would you consider a tutorial showing your methods and products used? Gorgeous!

Sharon Neely: What a lovely surprise! Love this fun look and now I know what I've been doing wrong. Going to try tomorrow! Love your earrings I tried to find last year and couldn't. Looking beautiful as always.

Pam Traynor: Thank you! This is such a great way to do it, would never have known how to. Always scoop mine up, twist it and clamp it which looks rubbish lol. This is the way for me now ❤️ xxx

Erin Foley: I learned so much from you about this hairdo, ie, direction and how to brush to gather hair, what to look for in a clip for fine hair. You teach so thoroughly while being direct, without fluff. Thank you for what you do!

Elke Denny: I will definitely try this!! Soo tired of my simple ponytail.Thank you for the video!

Jed Linnen: Yes, I had an aunt who used to wear a similar style. Her hair was also very fine. She used some sort of stocking pinned to crown and her own hair back combed and brushed over stocking for a more full bump as you put it. She liked big hair and also used plenty of hairspray I remember onto her roots.

SparkOfInterest81: Thank you Nisha! No one has ever shown in detail how to do this the correct way until you did today :) I just did it and I love it!! You're the best!!!

Kimberly Andrews: Thank you for showing how it's done! I use to be great with my own hair, but the older I get the worse I seem to get in styling my hair. Thanks again!

Yvonne Charneskey: This was very useful. I’ve never put my hair up with an elastic and then added a clip like you did. Can’t wait to try it :-)

Crystal: I used to do my hair this way until a co-worker told me that I was too old to wear my hair like this and that I should put it in a bun. Imagine telling a co-worker something like that? She even told a client that her hair was in the "awkward stage" and it would grow out! The client just had it done! Needless to say the client hasn't returned. You look gorgeous as always.

Marilyn Gibson: Your hair always look so fabulous.. I love how you made this look so easy to do..

N R: Always thought your hair looked lovely up Thank you for the tutorial. I just bought a Juvabun to go over the top of my ponytail to experiment with.

Jenna D: I absolutely hate when my hair is flat! But I can stand it in my face. So this looks like an easy compromise that even I can do. Thanks!

Mary Reed: Hiya Nisha!⚘ Thankyou so much for the great tutorial. You made it look easy! Happy Weekend Beautiful!❤

WackyWardWoman: I have stick straight fine hair and can’t do an elastic so I get it up with an elastic then replace the elastic with a small tight fitting Barrett to give the illusion of a thicker wider ponytail. Works great for my type hair! Also your eyes look especially beautiful today! I have learned so much from you and your videos! Another great video beautiful Nisha!

Melinda Davis: Absolutely in love with this look!!❤️

Tracey Thompson: Thanks Nisha! I have quite long hair but like to have the first version you did . my bump isn’t massive Cos of the length so doesn’t look as effective as yours but it’s such a messy but sophisticated look at the same time ☺️ BTW my Nars extreme climax came today and I must say I’m in love with it it’s soooo black and I already had my original climax on which is a bit dry now Cos running out and I put the new one on over it and it was like Wow!!!! So it’s safe to say I don’t regret buying it thanks again Nisha have a great weekend ❤️

Sandra G. McAlister: Thanks Nisha, I'm wearing my hair very similar now, it's just so easy!

Stella Drakou: Thank you for the tutorial ,you look lovely as always . I'm going to try this . Have a nice day . stay safe!!

Laura Gentry: Love it, thanks for showing us how you do it

Lynne Harrison: Hi Nisha. Will definitely give this a go .My hair is fine .but I think I've been pulling it wrong at the sides . Thank you. Love the earrings on you .

Kath: Thank you for the tutorial. Looks great on you!

Laurie Sanchez: One of my go to hairdos as well and I also like a full bump

Elle Is For Living: You make me want to put my hair up today! ♥ Elle

Veronica Dove: It's so cute!! Love it! Thank you Nisha! Enjoy your weekend!

Janette Hunt: I do mine like this too. Absolutely love the earrings on you and your eye make up looks gorgeous.

Marni Dillon: I’ve been doing mine like this ever since I watched. ❤️

Lynne Feleppa: Lovely I’m going to try this way too. I always struggle, you have made it look so easy Nisha Have a great weekend xx

Lk Turner: So easy to do. Thanks Nisha, I think I look pretty good like this! Lol... Love Big Messy Hair!

Denise D: Thank you Nisha. I so needed this video as I love height in the back too. Look forward to trying this on my fine hair. You are a great. Hugs to you my friend

Deborah Stevens: Love it! Very 60's! I have thick hair on the crown as it is layered and the bottom layer is so curly but if I straighten it it will mirror this look. Thank you

priscilla soles: Thank you Nisha! I need to find the right clip. Your hair always looks beautiful!

Heather Bennett: Love it and I think it's a style I might be able to do. Thanks for sharing.

Amy Woodworth: Awesome! I’m so glade you did this! I was going to comment on your last video & request this. I felt a little silly though so I decided not to. I happened to see your clip & I was like oh she just uses a clip! Lol Easier said than done because mine didn’t look like that!! LOL! Thank you so much! I’m so terrible at fixing hair! I think that is why God gave me 3 boys! This is really helpful!

Judy Sparks: Looks stunning . Love to wear my hair like this but don’t like my ears as they stick out lol x

Linda James: Love this hair look thank you for showing how to do this look Nisha Texas Lady

Richland Car and Truck Rental: This is too ironic.....I just called my beautician to ask her about doing this kind of pony tail next time I am there so I can learn to do it for myself!!! Plus we ordered a pony extension to really amp it up! Just love your channel Nisha!!

Danièle Gagnon: Hi Nisha! I got a haircut after the lockdown. My hair was too long and because it was so thick, I couldn't style my hair that way. Thanks to you I recreate this bumped ponytail almost every day. I'm going to do it with a rubber band now for a better hold. It's true that when you have freshly washed hair it's very difficult to reproduce this hairstyle. And I have a very big clip because of the density of my hair. Here we are still at the beginning of the day and I'm going to reproduce this hairstyle with a rubber band. Several people often congratulate me because they find it very pretty on me! Thank you very much! xxx

Laura Baerg: Love it!! Thank you!!

Marilyn Hodgkinson: Thanks Nisha much appreciated, my hair has grown so much, we can't have it cut so l have been putting mine up. Always looks a bit flat so l am going to try you way looks awesome. Thanks so much for sharing xxxx

smitha 6fm: Thank you for all the lovely videos. I love your haircut and wanted to ask my stylist for this cut. Is it called a layered bob? Or if you would please share how to ask for it cut in this style. I’d appreciate :) Thanks again!

Wendy Gessner: Oh my goodness. What a game changer on the pony. Thank You so much for the tips.

janell garcia: Thank you! All this time I was pulling it back the wrong way haha

Kris Barge: You're so beautiful!! Thanks for this.....great tips!!❤❤❤

Niccho Johnson Maione: Super cute... I gotta give it a try

Jed Linnen: It was a doughnut stocking thing that could come in handy. Your own hair goes through the centre if the 'doughnut' and then you separate, fold and pin into stocking as if you were doing a pleat. You can get a good up do with this doughnut thing in the drawer

Corinna Billing: You are simply just a Beautiful Woman! Tfs how you do your hair bump. I have kinda thin hair as well, but a bit longer than yours, but I'm going to give this method a try. Thanks again and take care...

Maria Genovese: Hello Nisha. Thank you for this video. Seems easy enough. You are so pretty. Have a wonderful weekend.

Dani in the Desert: “Pineapple” that’s cute! Beautiful as always!

Cathy L: You are beautiful! You look gorgeous no matter how you wear your hair!

BlingBea: I love your hair up like that, my hair is past my shoulders and it’s all one length, I don’t think it looks as pretty as yours cause your side lengths frames your face.

Robin LaFoy: Love it .

Angie Dare: Beautiful you are very talented

Pamela Prescott: Good Morning, Have a wonderful weekend Nisha! I like your hair up so cute.

Mamon Preece: Am I glad to c uI’ve got 3 boxes in lounge packing away things I don’t use every day ready for the big move; I’m siting here now with a cup of t watching urs truly sound painful nisha when ur bump separates on ur ownu did a good job there explaining everything; I love watching u do ur hair‍♀️ ur make up stunning as usual; thank u for another great video; take carexx

Marcia Lane: Can you recommend a pony extension wig thingy? As I get older the thinner it gets and I always have worn the “ bump” but back of hair is getting thinner unless a lot of product.

Linda H.: Hi Nisha it's a good thing I'm not your next door neighbor. I would be constantly bothering you for hair and makeup tips. Since March I've been wearing my hair up. I see I've been doing it wrong all along. Thank you for this video. Have a wonderful weekend. I'm off to try this!!

Tracey Higgins: Love this Nisha x

cathey ashburn: Beautiful you.....Nisha I wear my hair up most everyday, even if I am going out, that's my hair style. I can not stand it on my face. ❤

Kim Hough: Thanks Nisha!!

Deborah Luongo: Hi Nisha...love it up! Also love Flirting with Fashion Raquel Welch's wig on you!

Michelle S: Would be a bit risky for breakage if you have fragile hair

A V: Good day, Nisha!!! Super Hair!!! Good Weekend, Nisha, my lovely Princess!!! Love love love

sari taylor: Fabulous

SweetGaLady JL: I like how you style your ponytail but don't like the fringe. Looks too messy if I did it that way for me.

Lorna M: Going against the grain here but I think this messy bump style is ageing. It is a style I see so many older women who want to look sexy and fashionable use a lot. So it screams ‘older wanting to be fashionable lady’ rather than actual.. fashionable female. Does that make sense? Like leather biker jackets. Things older women think makes them look young but no young woman actually does. Do it conversely makes one look older.

Ann:

Kelly Polizzi: lol@pineapple affect. very pretty!

Renee Glicsman: ממש יפה מה שאת עוסה עם השער .אהבתי

Marie Delmar: I'm trying this tomorrow thnx Nisha

Starr23: Is your hair naturally straight?

Angela Jane Lomax: ❤

Tooha K: Fabulous. What is your opinion about permanent straighten hair with keratin or relaxing hair chemicals plz I trust your opinion Thanks

Sophie Samuels: Very clever

miettelund84: Where is the video with the extra hair piece
