Hey guys welcome back to the channel in today's video, i'm going to be showing you guys how i made this braided blonde ponytail and also the wrapped around style as well from one hairstyle, if you'd like to see that keep watching. So i'm going to start off by just combing out my hair, i'm using a very wide tooth comb, a large comb to just comb, everything out to make sure there's no knots or tangles. So here i'm attempting to create a parting. I'M trying to do like a slanted pattern, not really like a c part, but like a slanted straight pattern, running from like the back to the front um. I hope you guys, i'm sure you guys get what i mean, because you guys can actually see what i'm doing um. While i was starting. I actually realized that the pattern wasn't as straight like as sharp as i wanted it to be so um. This means that i had to switch to a comb or something that was sharper so when you're patting your hair - and you want the line to be really really straight, you need to use something that is really sharp. As you can see, my comb is in that sharp. So i switched you guys, don't judge me, please don't judge me, i'm kidding using. I actually ended up using a pencil okay. I couldn't find a sharp tail comb, so i opted for a pencil that way. I get my sharp line and it doesn't like hurt my head or my scalp or anything so yeah creativity, 101. Okay, i forgot to add, when you're patting make sure it patches all the way through all the way to your baby hair. So that way, the line is even more like crisp. I really don't know how to clean what i'm trying to say, but just part it all the way to your baby, hair. Okay. So once you're happy with the pattern that you sort of have just use a paddle brush, i think that's what this is called use. A wooden brush, uh use a brush and then just you know, brush the hair into the direction that you want. This was me just looking to see if i liked where the ponytail would be. I think i kind of liked it yeah. I liked it. I was like you know what let's tie it up at this point. Do so i'm going to be using my eco styler gel to slip down my hair um? I have these two. I initially planned on mixing these two, but i found out that the one on the right was actually dried up, so i ended up using just the one, so this um, this gel, is really really good for your hair because it doesn't dry out your hair or Break it out, it actually moisturizes your hair, while sticking down your hair as well, so we're going to just be applying a little bit and then just run that through our hair. So now i'm going to be doing my edges, i'm actually using edge control called above yeah. That'S what i'm using! So i'm just going to use that with my brush and just you know, sort out my edges, real quick. So once you're happy with the way your edges and your hair looks it's time to tie it up. Okay, so i'm just using like a light, um chiffon scarf to tie mine up, and you know just making sure it's really really secure. That'S why i went around twice now, moving on to the hair, we're actually using you guys, i honestly don't even know the name of this hair and that's because um i've had this hair for a long time. I used it once and i was like you know what let's just use it for this tutorial since i really really liked the braided ponytail i did before so. As you can see, it's really really really long and it's blonde and it's already been parted into three. Like i said, i've used it before, so i'm just going to quickly brush it out and then um just show you guys what you're supposed to do with it so get a hairband and then tie a loose knot around it. I'M not sure what it's not. It'S called, i'm not sure if you wouldn't like loose knots, but yeah see what i'm doing okay watch closely just put it through and then put one end of the hairband through the other end. I'M actually doing this really really slowly, so you guys can see, understand what i'm doing it took me a while to actually get how to do this. Okay, do you see what i mean and the way you put it through you get like a knot. I'Ll just do that again, so you guys can really really understand so um when you get ahead and put it underneath the hair. Okay, like so, and then pull one end of the hair back through the other end of the hairband, and when you do that, you get a knot and you see you get a knot like so through the middle of your hair, make sure it's really really tight. So that you know, once you tie this around your ponytail, your ponytail is really really secure. Okay, i'm actually struggling to put this around the ponytail, because the scarf i used was actually too high and i just kept getting in the way. So i'm just going to like cut off the part where you know every tidy and then we'll do the ponytail so simply tie the hairband around your ponytail around your hair to you know, attach the extension to your actual hair. So, as you can see, that's what i'm doing so just keep tiny around your hair up until um. There'S no hairband left to split the extension into three and i'm also going to split my own actual hair into three as well to blend with the extension. While i braid it down, okay, i see each hair goes to one extension. Each hair goes to one extension. Each hair goes to one extension so that way it's um spread out evenly and then i'm just going to then start braiding. Everything together so just keep braiding all three together and that, as you can see, that's what i'm doing i took out a bit of hair in front sorry, i forgot to show you guys that bit i took out a bit of extension in front as you can. If you look closely, you see that at the top of the ponytail, so that piece of hair is to wrap around the ponytail once i'm done, braiding! Okay, as you can see, i moved it to the front because it's much easier for me to braid um in the front than it is for me to braid my back, if that makes sense so yeah. So i'm just going to braid this all the way through and then i'll show you guys what it looks like. So we are done braiding and i'm just going to wrap that piece of hair that i left out around the ponytail guys. I'M going. To be honest, i actually applied some mousse on the um hair that i left out on the extension on the left side just to smooth it down and stuff. At this point, i'm taking off the scarf because my hair is laid handy. Do you see that? Do you see that my hair is laid okay so now that i'm done admiring the hair, we're actually going to you know, wrap the extension round, so i'm just applying some mousse to my hair, my braids, you know every part of the braid the leave out everything. Okay, this is just to smooth it out before we do the wrapping okay. So at this point i'm just going to wrap the extension that i brought out around the hair. Can you guys see the difference with applying the musk and see how fresh, sleek and smooth the hair is looking now, that's a little hack for you right there, you guys the hair is done not gon na lie. I really really love like the ombre effects of my hair with the blonde, like this looks so stunning, so beautiful so sleek to me, and i absolutely love it. Can you guys see you guys it's something you can literally do from the comfort of your own home too? Okay, just watch this video very closely. This was as detailed as possible. Just look at the length the length it is long. It is beautiful. It is awesome. It is stunning okay, so here i'm just showing you guys another way that you can actually style your braided ponytail, so literally just wrap. It round wrap it around up until the ponytail is finished, and then you just tuck like that little bit in so you can either tuck it in or you could use a pin to hold it in place. Whatever you decide about you guys, this is so beautiful. I'M unwrapping it to wrap it back properly, so you guys would actually see what it looks like. So you guys make sure to cut off the ends. This is the braided ponytail, wrapped yeah. This is so beautiful. The fact that you can, you know, have it up in the bun and the fact that you can let it down is amazing. I absolutely love it. Thank you guys so much for watching, don't forget to like share comment and subscribe and i'll see. You love this. My next video bye guys
