Hey here, queens welcome back to my channel. I know it's been a hot minute, but i'm here with the long-awaited video with my thoughts on the milano pony wig now i know it's been a long time and i've actually been wearing it. For probably, i don't know three four months, but i think it's good to give feedback when you've worn the piece for a while as well as um when you first, you know people do open box reviews or out of the box reviews, but i personally like wearing It for a while giving the feedback after i've done so so, let's get right into it, because we have a lot to discuss a lot to unpack here. So the pony wig came in this box. It came with a little um, satin pouch and then some instructions and it came with the details of the wig. So this is the milano pony wig 26 inches pre-cut wig layered natural black balayage; okay, that is the name of it um. It is uh. Just the wig and then, if you want to add any anything additional um you can add to it. So i did add the wig grip, which was 15 and it's it comes as a medium cap size. But if you want to adjust it to small or large, there is a charge for that, but i just kept it at medium. I did my measurements and hope for the best and it turned out to be a size that could be that i could work with um because it has the straps in the back. You can tighten if you want to add any different color service or anything like that. It'S additional uh, if you want to personalize your pre-cut because it comes with like these layers in it already um. I can take this down, so you can kind of see. I did add a little bit more layering um because it was like a little too blunt, but this is like the shortest layer and then i'll stand up for the rest, because then there's like a shorter layer here and then here so that's kind of i'll back Up so you can see it um, the cut that it comes with and it does they do. Ask you to um select where you want your part. So do you want it in the middle on the left or the right side parting? I chose off center right and that way they they cut it according to your part, which is kind of awesome overall style. So, okay pay attention to this, because when these are drop, downs, you're, selecting right overall style, the selections are straight style or wavy style. My question is: um: does wavy style mean you style it wavy like they put curls into it or it's a wavy hair, texture um, i'm not the only one, because there's another um fellow hair sister. That was wondering the same and mind you i purchased this when there was a sale, so i was like trying to get my order in as quick as possible because what, if they sell out um, so i felt like there was no time to contact customer service. So i just guessed i chose wavy style, hoping for the best. I did email them afterwards, though saying hey, i chose wavy style. I just want to make sure that means the after styling, not the hair texture and they confirmed um of what it meant and um. The customer service actually said that there's a lot of people get confused by that, so hopefully they change it by now um, but anyways. The total for this was 815, that's including the the 15 wig grip um, and this was during a um, the pony, wig sale, which is last junior july and uh regularly there. I think it is like a thousand fifty a thousand something for sure regularly priced. So getting it for two hundred dollars off was like that was a snatch for sure. So was very, very happy about that. Some full disclosure moments i should share, though so we are gon na get to the actual talking about the piece very very soon, but first i think we need to talk about some really important stuff um to consider and be informed of before buying your piece. So we about to spit it um when i purchased it. I was under the assumption that i would get it within a few weeks. Maybe a month, maybe one than a half tops because there was no um disclosure about like hey customs, or this is going to be customer, anything which wig companies typically give in my experience, but after purchasing it i got an email saying it would be 46 weeks And i'm like you know what no big deal month month and a half like. I can totally deal with that fast forward. Four to six weeks or six weeks, i was told it'd be a couple more months. That was again, i purchased it in june or july. I didn't end up getting it till like the new year um, so a significant amount of time passed by. But let me let you know, um why i wasn't mad one. It wasn't my first and only piece so i was already wearing. I had alternative hair like i was happy with. I had my highlighting wigs topper, so it's not like. I was waiting for like a special date like oh, this is going to be for like a wedding or special event or oh, like i have intense hair loss, and this is going to be my first piece where, like six months, is a long ass time to Be waiting if you have no peace and you purchased it, and you know you want to start your journey already, but i wasn't mad again because one i had pieces already: two, it was a good price um and then three. This is a little cheat code um. I enjoy this like uh brighter blonde, like this, like ashier color, because if you look on the website the balayage they offer it's like a copper-ish more well, it's like a more copper brown um balayage after like month, two of like waiting for to hear from them. When i'm gon na have my piece back um or my wig in uh, i was just kind of like i had an idea and i was like you know what let me make this opportunity work for me. So i emailed them and said: hey i've been waiting. A few months for this piece and, like i made sure to email like in the email chain where they already saw the conversation where they were letting me know it's gon na be x amount of months. Oh to me more times me more time just so they kind of know who i am um and i responded saying hey. You know, i'm still waiting for my piece. Is there any chance that you guys can and i sent them some inspo photos? I was like, or if i can do like a brighter blonde ashier color more blonde instead of the bronzy um balayage, and they had me send me in them more inspo photos and they did it um. So in hindsight it kind of turned out. You know with the discount and having it having me have that idea later about the color um, getting like a different color, it kind of worked out in my favor, so we got ta. Look at the bright side, always right. Also, it was a real last worldwide pandemic, so i know i was aware of that and definitely sympathetic of that. Another thing to note um and again - or i do want to stress um - there's no shade here - i'm not throwing shade. These are just bags okay. So i um, i got the piece and it's a silk top lace front. Okay! I don't talk about a lot of other stuff right now here, but i feel like, if you're going, to purchase this piece, you all got to know about this stuff. Okay, it's a silk top lace front and i noticed that the bleeds were not of obliques. The knots were not bleached and for such a reputable company and such a i mean honestly still a price high price point piece and they kind of market themselves as the kind of like luxury um luxury pieces they have, and all that i was expecting it to Have perfectly bleached knots and they were not um and we'll talk more about the lace in a few minutes, but you know so i messaged them later and i was like hey: can we um? Can i get the nas bleach because i feel like it's dark hair and i have lighter skin, so you can really see the knots um they're, just black balls. You know there was and then, of course they said, uh attempt some concealer, which i did and it was not helping at all. If anything, it made it worse, which i will do a separate video, maybe on my ig about the um putting powder on this but uh anyways i asked them, can we can i just send it back to get it bleached? I just want it to be perfect piece for me and they said uh. You know we don't recommend uh getting the knots bleached on pieces that have been processed because it will ruin the integrity, potentially ruin the integrity of the hair. But, according to my order, it's a natural black with balayage, so my follow-up question was: why am i well? The processing is down here the balayage right here, it's all natural black. So why and and the knots are like here, so why would you be you wouldn't even be you know when you go to the lace, you wouldn't even be touching the process part and that's when i was informed that this is not natural black hair, as named The color they use is natural black, the color they use is natural black, which really threw me off, and i think it's very misleading again no shade. These are facts. Those are just my thoughts, but i feel, like you know that should be disclosed and honestly, i made sure to read the pdp. You know the product description page, full and full through, and there is nothing to kind of disclose that, and i just think more transparency is needed for the time that it's going to take to get the pieces made to what the colors actually mean. If what they say aren't what it means you know, okay, now that we have that out of the way, let's get into talking about the actual piece. So, as i said, she is a silk top. So love me a silk top um and you know they like. I said they choose where or you can choose where you want your part, but if you wanted to change it, of course you could, let's see how deep it goes. It'S about the typical um amount that other pieces are like even toppers, so it's like four inches seems to stop about there. So from there to there you can kind of part it wherever you want. It is a lace front. Now, as you'll see. No, the lace isn't invisible. I ended up cutting the lace all the way up to here now. I was very excited to try lace, but i was very scared because i wasn't sure if it looked realistic and my personal opinion about this piece, the lace on this piece is not the best. Why do i say that, because um it was noticeable to me even when i wasn't standing close to the mirror. It was noticeable to my friend when he was sitting two feet across like um getting when we got lunch together, because the lace i did cut it down. It comes pre-cut and it has like a zigzag like a pattern, and i cut it down a little. Even further - and you could just see it running across this whole area there and the grids were just so like big, like honeycomb ass grids - i don't know you could just see it and um. The lace did not match my skin color, so it was just too visible um. So if you like look here, you can see that some of the lace is there and in general i just trimmed it all. The way around you can kind of see like where it goes here, um, i think, on this side, it's a little shorter because it really blends with my bio hair and my bio hair matches the wig. So i'm able to pull my bio hair from out underneath like this and then it helps uh conceal that lace granted. That'S not the answer for everybody, because maybe your bow hair doesn't match. Maybe you don't have bio hair um, but that is what works for me and um. My hairline comes a little lower, so i'm able to mix it. You know with the wig hair and it works out, plus i'm not really someone who wears like my stuff like this. If i was, i would work on it a little more. I would probably have to cut the lace even lower or even shorter, so it doesn't show here or some people get um like uh like dark powders like eyeshadow or whatever, and like they powder it. So then it won't stick out. Like you see there it'll just camouflage like with your hair, so you can definitely try that um. I really really tried to embrace the lace on this, but it did not work out. So what i ended up doing is - and i do everything in small and short phases and i'll share this in an additional video, because i feel like this will get really long, uh of just adjustments that i've made and um i'll talk about them here. But i won't show you how i did them in this video for the future, but um. So i just went ahead and cut like a little triangle like you can see how it goes back here. Um. If i lift the lace, maybe you can see it yeah. So a little triangle just to kind of make sure that it's not running across and it's not noticeable and instead of letting - and i feel like i do this with my silk toppers too - instead of letting the um the hair, the part run all the way across. I kind of do this little like hair moving over to kind of like help, camouflage that, but i can kind of show you actually what the lace looks like um. If the camera can capture it, so i mean you can see there, those all those little black dots. That is what you would see running across there like. You would see the lace that was a different color than my skin and then you'd see all those little black dots and just like not a natural look, another quick thing: the transition from the lace to the silk was pretty noticeable and not natural. Looking so that's another reason why i decided to cut that little triangle, so that's why i decided to cut it a little triangle into there and i kind of did a poll on instagram and many other ladies said that that's what worked for them too. So i'm just not a fan of the lace on this piece, not to say other. All laces are the same. I really bought hairlicious and that lace is very transparent and this is the pony. Wig milano has a step up called the divine wig, and i have never seen one in person but from what i gather from my research is. You know it's probably for a piece like this. In the divine, though, would probably be probably be about double the price, and i think that is the one that has like the next level lace, and that is the one that um and we're getting into the next thing i feel like um. The density is more realistic on the divine versus on the pony, wig um. Some people would would think especially people with hair loss might think like more hair, the more hair the butter. But for me personally, i don't know why, like in camera, it always looks better than it does in person like it's a little too much density for me and um. Before purchasing this piece, i talked to other girls who have owned it, and they have said the same that the density is a little um, a little too too uh too high, and i am actually in a uh. I have bought thinning shears and i plan on um thinning it out a bit and how i would do that is raise this top layer and then kind of cut with the thinning shears like in different places very evenly and very slowly. All these little modifications you do very slowly to make sure that i don't over cut, because that would be a disaster and that it doesn't leave any like sparse spots, because that would be a disaster. But it's something i plan on doing in the future. Um, like i said very very slowly, and then i will share that again in like a different like modification video um, but for now what i do most of the time is. I i use a clip to like clip it back. It'S like one of those like really really cute claw clips metal ones, or i just do my old clip hair sweep and i feel like that. One gets it out of my hair and or out of my face and then two gets rid of. What i sometimes feel is like too much volume to the point where it looks like a little fake on me, a little wiggy on me and this just kind of helps. Um uh contain that until i do like some more cutting for myself, the thinning out um. So yeah, i think the more expensive one has a little more realistic density, but more money, more perfection. I guess, but i wasn't ready to spend like 2k on this right now now continuing on the lace um, although i did cut it here so pretty much. The lace is non-existent, it's not doing any work, there uh, i would say that, and it could just be that it's a milano thing. I really like the way um it sits around my face. So i don't know if it's a milano thing, but i'm gon na attribute it to being a lace front. So when you, i've, worn like a lot of silk, tops and silk tops tend to just like her hair, like falls really forward, and you have to kind of like work to keep it back. But for whatever reason and again, i'm attributing it to the um lace front, the hair doesn't really do that. It kind of sits perfectly to like the sides um instead of like falling forward and or me having to like blow dry it back or pin it back. Wet um, and i really i would think it's because the lace um allows a little more mobility or um isn't just like the hairs aren't probably like laying forward um. So i definitely that's something that i still like about having the lace front. So i, even though i cut it right there, i'm still glad that this piece has that she is like. I said: uh 26 inches. So let's get look at this. Yes queen, i love long hair, so um. This is what she looks like from like the sides and then i'll show you like what she looks like in the back. So i um was very glad that it came with like uh a layered cut. Already not gon na lie um. You know i'm not well versed in haircuts because, while i have hair for really half my life to get haircuts like that, but i feel like this is a very staggered: um layering job, so it's like when it blends it blends nicely. But it's like you have these and then it just kind of like stops and then you have like these and then it kind of stops. And then you have your last layer, um, not sure if it's like meant to be like that. But i feel like the hair is like very separated, but i feel like i've, seen more um, gradual layers, and i think i personally like that. Look better. So maybe it's like a request you can put in um. If you order a piece like, please make sure that the um, the layers are like, like gradate nicely into each other, i don't know that they would charge you an extra charge for that. It would just be kind of like a note of a preference um, because this is it's not just pilano i've had it. I took it and taken another piece to like a topper to like another hairstylist who was also a wig, hairstylist and um. She cut it very. The layer is very like too far from each other. I think instead of like a gradation - maybe you like that. So maybe you want a note for that to be done, but that's not my personal preference, the hair quality. Okay, when i first got this piece, i was not too much of a fan of the hair quality just because it felt like maybe like coarser or like um, not as soft, and then when i learned about the double processing, essentially how um you know they probably Dyed it all dark for the natural black and then they processed it again to get the balayage out um to lift it so that that was a double process. And then i realized, that's probably why it doesn't feel silky soft. You know, like my other pieces um, but to be fair. My other pieces were like an actual natural soft like virgin natural soft black, so those were very soft, so learning that this was double process. I'Ve realized, like that, probably makes sense while why it's not so soft but as the time has gone by, i don't know, if maybe i gotten used to it the texture or like the the way it feels, but it doesn't bother me anymore and another thing i Will notice my natural soft black pieces from another company i feel like by the two week mark. I need to wash it like. I three weeks i'd be pushing it to an uncomfortable like sensation. You know what i mean and i'm sure all you you hair wear is what i'm talking about. But this piece i feel like i go three or four uh weeks and it's still fine. You know like when my other pieces i would like mentally keep track like and with of like when i had to wash it, but this piece i feel like i lose track of like when i watched it because it still feels great. So i'm not sure what that's really saying about, like you know the follicles, but or you know the hair strands, but honestly i've become a fan because it requires less washing, which means you know. The longevity of the hair is increasing, and i'm here for that she has ear tabs which sit just right here um, so it sits perfectly and it has like a little metal um bands in there and it has a clip in there i'll show you um what That what the inside of the cap looks like in a minute but um it just sits right here, and i mean it's like the perfect size for my head. So it sits really well and many people wonder: can you wear glasses with ear tabs, i'm here to tell you? Yes, yes, you totally could um. I can show you what it looks like underneath. So i don't know what other people do, but i slide my glasses and i wear glasses like all day at work um so now wearing glass, like not sunglasses, obviously um like seeing like eyeglasses, and so now i wear eyeglasses all day. I have 10 hour shifts. So i wear that and then now we also have to wear masks all day um, even at our stations, so in wearing glasses all day and in wearing a mask, i'm here to tell you that it could be done with ear tabs um. You just have to honestly find the right mask, but i think by now we all know that but anyways i so i slide it right. Underneath the ear tab like i can lift the ear tap, so you can kind of see where that sits. Um. I don't know if other people maybe like slide it like above. Let me try that really quick. I feel like i've tried it before and i don't like it because then the glasses aren't sitting like as um. You know we're used to them sitting against their heads and not kind of floating, so um, but i mean you could do whatever you know. Live your life, how you want honey like, but i'm here to tell you it works, and obviously we all know that you can do this and before i can never do this. So i'm like obsessed, she holds a curl very well, and you know the curls start to start off like tighter and then fall, and it just becomes like this nice wave. I just i like this like loose like little wave look like so i never have curl hat to curl her again before like another wash, so that is definitely awesome. She holds well. Something i did want to note is that she does tangle more than my um other pieces, but i do want to know that there's different note that there's differences like my other pieces, those are toppers, so maybe it's because it has less hair to work with. This is like double the hair um, so that can be a reason. A second reason is my other pieces. Are natural um or single process peeps pieces so either never process virgin hair or they just it's natural virgin hair with a balayage on it versus as i spoke in the beginning of the video, this is double process, the dark and then the balayage. So that can add to a little bit more of the tangling um, but i mean i've never had a you know a blonde blonde wig - and i imagine maybe this is kind of like how a blonde wig would be. You know a little more tingling than a natural unprocessed piece, so it's not it's definitely not terrible. In the beginning, i think for me, um moving from like the natural uh topper to a processed wig. It was, i think, a big difference with the tangling like going from like no tangling to some tingling, but in reality now that i've had it for a few months. I realized that the tingling is not a big deal. It'S never gotten gotten to the point, even through winter, when i'm wearing like sweaters and jackets and stuff. It'S never gotten to the point where it's like hard to untangle it or i'm like ripping a ton of hair um, just little knots here and there and just putting a little bit of like argan oil like once a week and then like. I think every three four days i put um like a overnight serum. I think that helps too, but you know it's unfair for me to come and say like this piece tingles more than most, without knowing all those other reasons, i also feel myself putting it up in a pony, but this is getting so long. So i'm doing that in a separate video, so look out for that on my channel, but i can show you kind of how i wear it um. So this is how i put my hair up when i am putting on a wig. So, for those of you that don't know this is a wig grip, it's like um, a fabric headband, i guess all headbands are fabric, but um. It has two different textures running opposite ways. That'S what um creates that grip and then it has velcro. So it goes to like whatever size of your head is um. So the way i put my hair up, i don't have much you know, so i don't need to do like a braid or um, something that has to like really flatten the hair, because there's that much hair to flatten um. So this is what i have so all i do is i do a twist and then this is actually a a mini, uh bobby pin, because this is a regular bobby pin and this is a mini i like using the mini because um well, i had them On hand - and i realized that sometimes when i would use a regular size one - it would stick out like the cap a little bit. You wouldn't see it, but i would just feel it um and i don't want it to like tear into the wrong place of the cap. So the mini one works perfect for me, so i just get my hair and i kind of twist it up twist. It twist it and then, when i get to like here, i kind of just like fold it over get my little bobby, pin and then just kind of, and then it's secure and that's when i grab my wig grip wherever the tag is goes by the right Ear and you just adjust it there um, so this is where, before putting it on, if i wanted to do the updo or the ponytail leave some of the back of my hair out just kind of like before putting it up, pull out some of it. So let's take a look at the inside um: this is what she looks like and then the inside. So what we have going on here is the comb at the top, which i don't really use, because i don't really have hair to grab onto there um and then this is a very essential piece. For me, this is at the nape of the neck. It is a comb in the back. The reason i love it is because um once we get when - and this is - this is only if you have a wood grip, though so you have, the wig grip on the comb - will come and kind of hook onto the wig grip underneath it. So that way it creates that nice tension. So it's has that tension there underneath and then you know the front of the wig is here, so it has like a nice grip hope that was able to be seen, but this is like i'm all about that comb. Back there and then there are clips, like i said, there's clips right here, which would be at the top of the crown of the head, which would be like there um. I would not want to use well any clips, i guess, but i've never used clips there. Just more at the perimeter like on toppers, but this just feels like my hair, like i have like not a lot of hair there, so i would really try to avoid using those personally for my head, so you have the clips there and then you also have Clips at the ear tabs, which would kind of sit there um. So if you felt like it was moving a lot or something you can always clip there as well. I personally am very happy that i don't feel the need to use any of those um. If you feel like the cap is really loose, then maybe you need to get um the small get it adjusted like i said earlier. This is a medium cap size and they charge to make it a small they charge to make it a large, so um. I think it is worth investing if um it feels too small or too big even after you use these. So these are the adjustable straps, um kind of like a bra strap, and it has like several intervals. You can go so right now. Mine is at the second interval, so you have like you can clip it on to like this loop or this loop. That'S the second loop or this loop, so um. If you need to make it tighter, you can always continue into the other little like loops, like i said, if you try tightening it all the way and it's still not tight enough uh, you might want to consider getting it adjusted and wearing a wood. Grip. Does add a little more um, obviously another layer down there, so then that will can help feel make it feel a little tightened, but um yeah. I think the right cap size is important, uh for you and so taking a look at it a little more. This is where the silk lies underneath there. So that's all your parting space in this like little circle and then all these little lines are the wefts where they sew in the rows of wefts of the hair uh. You know what i have realized. I love about this. Wig is and then recently buying a silk. Oh, i mean all lace top. Is these silk tops they're, so um? What'S the word for it, i actually wrote it down my notes to make sure i mentioned this um they're so durable like. I feel like feeling a lace top wig and then like a silk top like it just feels like it's, not so fragile um. It feels like it's gon na last a long time. So that is something that i love about. It um. You know i've heard of the stories where lace starts like fraying here or you know it just gets really delicate. I feel like a silk top is like you know, one bad so and then yes inside it says 100 european hair. So that's what she says. A few quick things i forgot to mention that are pretty important about the cap is that it is comfortable, and i don't really notice it on my head and another thing is security. She is secure, but for me specifically it's more secure when i wear it with a wig grip and adjust the straps properly. If i don't wear a wig grip, it does tend to slide one thing to note, because before having uh getting this wig, it's my first wig and it did say it came with ear tabs. I was a little apprehensive of do. I need ear tabs. The the answer is: if you have here hair here like um, i do you do not necessarily need ear tabs. But let's say this was a red wig and i have dark hair like this. Then ear tabs are recommended so um. You can appropriately hide all of this. You have going on here or if you have no hair at all or don't have enough hair here and if you were to go like this with the wig on. If it would look like too bare or something ear, tabs are a good idea. Now you can have them removed, which i've heard of some girls just cutting it off like right here, um but um. You know i contacted milano and kind of asked their opinion before. I got the wig just like hey, i'm not sure if i want ear tabs. What do you guys? What are your thoughts on that and they said that they could remove the ear tabs and they recommend that they do it, so the weight doesn't get ruined um, but there is a charge for that. So you know to be expected. I guess but like just looking at it, it looks like it's kind of a separate piece like it's a little triangle piece and then the wig continues there. I personally just would be scared that i would ruin it because then you have like the strap over here attached to that. So i would recommend, don't um if you aren't confident in doing what you're gon na do if you're gon na cut it yourself um. I would say you know, be good to your investment and getting paid to get it done. Uh professionally, but yeah. As i said, i have no need for the ear tabs, but they actually don't bother me at all, so that has definitely been um. Something i've been happy about. Let me give you a little close-up of like the lace so like the silk top, like i said, is here and then it ends, and then this is where the lace front is, and it goes all the way to the ears and, as you can see, i Think one side of my lace, i cut shorter than the other um, which i could probably go in and cut like a little more but, like i said, i haven't been pulling the hair back very much and then you can kind of see here the shape of That little triangle is where i cut to make make sure that the lace is not visible. I tried girl, i tried and i just could not so um. You know, maybe that lace will match the color of the skin, of somebody else and or they can find the appropriate foundation to make it real really melt. But it was just not working for me and i tried so um, but this has been a great solution for me. So let me show you how i put it on and then i think we'll be done. I feel like i've gone off on this, so got my wig grip on, like i said, and then i just kind of like at my eyebrows is where i um place it and then just kind of stretch, the cap back and then, like. I said that that clip, i make sure that it grabs on to like underneath the grip and you bring her up and then we're not done yet. I tried to like quickly move her back because i don't want to stretch her she's sensitive and then i just make sure i see where my hair is and then i see i have to put it a little more back like this. So i kind of lift and pull back. Okay so and, like i said, the the um, the the silk top is pretty durable. So it's okay! If you do that, i would not do that on a lace top. In fact, i should probably stop doing that in general, but um a lot of girls move it like grabbing onto the ear tabs and like adjusting it like that. That'S just kind of like what's been working for me, um, so yeah there. She is like, i said, she's a little dance for me, but i will do a separate video where i show me try my best to thin her out and then i'll also show how i trimmed her bag here, and i can probably also show how i attempted Putting um the powder concealer powder to, or it was actually a scalp powder to help blend that and it just like, did not work out some last thoughts in this video. I have spoken about the things i wish. I could change if i could, but overall i'm very happy with her. I got her for a really good deal, because i got a dream pony sale and for the color job and the length. It really is a good bargain and she makes me feel really freaking good, so overall, very happy when i purchase a wig in the future. Now i know what to look for like making sure the lace is gon na blend well with my skin and that the knots are bleached and the true color of the piece um. So hopefully you find this insightful. Yes, you have made it to the end. Thank you so much for sticking with me on this. I know it was a long one, but i feel like it was really really helpful and informative, especially for several of you that have um asked me for my thoughts on this and i feel like there's not a lot of information out there on the pony. Wig. Specifically, so i am here for you at your service, so uh. If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask down below or connect with me on instagram. I am definitely a lot more present there and it's not just me a lot a lot. A lot a lot of lovely, ladies on there sharing um all their hair content and just really inspiring and helpful tips and just being real, ass boss ass over there. Thank you so much for watching, don't forget! We are fierce, knowledgeable and taking control i'll see in the next one. Ciao

Lisa Bourque: This is such a good, detailed review. Thank you SO much for this information❣️

GWEN: wow this was very informative and helpful in making my decision. the fact they call their dyed black hair “natural black” doesn’t sit right with me. especially when they don’t immediately disclose that. i guess they can explain it as “it *looks* like naturally black hair” but the assumption made when you read the words NATURAL BLACK... is that it’s virgin hair. very misleading and shady. thank you for the detailed review. i’d love to see you do more topper comparisons in the future when you have an even bigger collection. i’m interested in what you think about serenity wigs and lusta hair in particular.

LD: Very thorough review. You look great in your unit . I relate to your journey with the lace and experience with the knots on all my wigs - not just Milano . I’d be interested to hear of brands that do work .

Lisa Bourque: This is such a good review, Thank you SO much for all this information❣️❣️❣️

Drumcat Fano: I got so sad my last highline topper hardly had hair and I'm losing my hair.I like that you have all that hair in that wig.It looks Great on you.

A. Germaine: I have purchased many Milano wigs. The pony wigs are processed hair, which is stated in the description. Milano sells virgin hair too but the pony wigs are processed hair even if the name of the color is "natural black." I have several Milano wigs that have processed hair including pony wigs, Victoria, and Nicole. The hair is very nice. However, the virgin hair is like butter and well worth the extra $$$. I agree the lace front is not the best.

k K: I wish they would do a better job on their lace front. It’s terrible. I own a Milano and their hair is one of the best. It’s so unfortunate

Anna Jordan: I think you needed to pay more attention at the beginning of the wig process as it is clear from their website that they do “processed” hair and “virgin” hair. At the price point you mention, you would definitely not be getting virgin hair. This company are the best I’ve found and are terribly transparent and thorough. They offer zoom consultations where you can discuss all these issues so it’s a surprise to me that you didn’t take this opportunity to talk to them. Moreover, wanting to get instant hair mail in a worldwide pandemic is more than unrealistic. I ordered from them in April 2021 and got my hair within three weeks which consisted of full customisation, hair colour, extra wefts and a wig cap sizing change. I found their service faultless and can’t help but think you didn’t go through the normal channels to make things as seemless as possible. Anyone reading this, trust me Milano are outstanding, you will not find a better more realistic wig.

LLorenzo: that's a silk frontal
