Halos welcome back to my channel so in this video, I'm gon na be showing you guys how I styled this lace closure wig into a low sleek ponytail. If you want to see how I got this look just keep on watching and don't forget to hit the subscribe button comment and like this video as well. So you're gon na start off by brushing out the hair and I'm just working from the tips to the roots, I'm also splitting the hair in half and making sure that I detangle the roots as well. I also want to show you guys that the hair is a little bit greasy. So that's why I'm gon na go ahead and shampoo the hair and condition it as well. I'M just showing you guys, there's a lot of built-up glue. So that's why I had to shampoo there. So I went ahead and use my lot of body shampoo, and I also use my Aussie 3 minute miracle moist deep conditioner and you can find this deep conditioner at like any dollar store, and it normally is about two to three dollars. So right now I'm just calming out the hair. I parted it in the middle. Just so I can get a clear, precise part and I'm just brushing it out. It'S gon na see me keep parting the hair until I get it in the middle and the keys of this hairstyle. Is this brushing, like I brushed a lot so now, I'm taking a lot of buddy foaming mousse and I'm just putting that on the top. This helps me flatten the hair out you're, just gon na see me adding more, I like to use foaming loose because it doesn't get leave a lot of buildup in the hair rather than me, using gel. So now I'm taking a bristle brush and I'm just gon na start brushing the hair you're gon na see me brushing for a while, like this. That'S the key to this hairstyle. You just got to keep brushing and brushing and brushing until you get it as flat as possible, and I should have glued up first, but you're gon na see that I glue it right now. So I'm taking my got to be glue and I'm just kind of spreading that along the front portion where the closure is I'm just using my hands instead of a blow dryer, because I was too lazy, so yeah then you're gon na see me pull the wick Forward and just start pressing down, so I'm taking a scarf and I'm just wrapping my hair just to help it lay a little bit more flat, 10 to 15 minutes I'll. Let that sit and then I'm gon na come back. Yeah, I'm wearing the belt II care. Guys and this hair is late like I've had this hair for about a year now me no problems, it does shed a little bit, but I've had it for a year. So I can't even really complain you know so now, I'm going in with a toothbrush and some gel, I'm just using the pink eco styler gel. Now, I'm going in with the olive oil smooth and hold pudding. This is like a substitute for a gel. I like to use this again because it doesn't make the hair too hard. So now, you're gon na see me smoothing the product into my hair, keep brushing until you feel like you're, ready to put it in a ponytail, and you want to make sure you're using a ponytail. That'S thick. You want to use something flimsy because then it's probably just gon na slide right out yeah. This hair is amazing and if you want to do this style with a frontal instead, you can actually use the sideburns on the frontal, but at the time I was only using a closure wig wig. So I have to use my own sideburns for this part. So now I'm using my pump it up spray. I like to use this for shine and just extra hold. It doesn't make my hair hard, but it kind of sets everything in place so that nothing moves. I'M just fixing my sideburns again because those things are stubborn. They never want to listen, putting my scarf back on and I'm gon na. Let that sit for I want to say 20 minutes just so everything can kind of dry and set into it into place. Some going back in with my lot of body, foaming mousse and I'm just putting that in the hair and kind of scrunching it just to activate the the waves a little bit. I did mention that I was wearing Bella teak straight hair, but in all honesty, straight hair is wavy to me because unless you straighten it, it's gon na stay, wavy, so yeah. So now I'm just taking the scarf off. I'M gon na see me dance and do my little one tooth so yeah I took the scarf off I'm going on with my Ruby kisses powder, contour palette and you're. Just gon na see me take a brush and kind of dab. The lighter color powder onto the part this is gon na help. It look a lot more natural. Now I never used to use powder on my on my lace closures until literally this day, and I notice it looks 10 times more natural, so I'm and definitely start doing that [ __ ] more often so, you're just gon na see me putting the powder and Then blending it putting the powder and then blending it just just trial and error. You just have to keep doing it until you're satisfied. I'M gon na put the link of this song in my bio, so make sure you guys go and watch that video is long. Just adding two bobby pins behind my ears just to keep everything in place and yeah. So that concludes the ponytail look and from looking at you guys, like you honestly, some people wouldn't even be able to tell that this is awake. So now I'm going to show you guys another style where it's just a side braid. So all I'm gon na do is just braid it that's literally it. I don't really know how to explain how to braid just watch so there's a brave. I didn't really like this too much. I felt like it needed more hair into it. So what you can do is you can actually get some braiding hair. If you guys have braiding hair - and you can add it into the braid to make it the braid a little bit thicker for the last look, I'm just gon na be putting it in a bun, so I'm just twisting it and then wrapping it around. I'M taking a hair tie so yeah. This video was just to show you guys. There are tons of different ways. You can style, lace, wigs, you don't just have to wear them straight out. You know what I mean you can put it in a bun. You can do half a pack down with them. You can do side parts with them. You can do metal parts with them. You can do so many different things with them, so that was I wanted to make this video to show you guys you can get that sleek ponytail, look with a lace wig instead of having to use your real hair. So, thank you guys so much for watching this video make sure you follow me on all my social media, my Instagram snapchat, and make sure you subscribe to this channel and I'll see you guys in my next video bye. I'M gon na put the link of the song in my bio, so make sure you guys go and watch that video as well.
