Hey everyone, so I've been seeing this ponytail floating around on YouTube and Instagram, I'm starting by putting her real hair in a ponytail as tight as possible. Next, I'm gon na take our just hold me flexible, hairspray, just to hold her hair in place. Next, we're going to take these rapid styling strips and I'm gon na hold her hair into place. While I work on the ponytail so since her hair is already so long, I'm just gon na braid half of her ponytail, so we can serve as the foundation and then I'll. Let the rest of her hair hang freely in the extension ponytail. Now, if you have shorter hair, I would recommend just braiding your hair to the end and doing the same technique. Now I'm going to take the extension hair and I am going to start at the bottom of the braid and I'm gon na wrap this hair around going up the braid as tight as possible. You don't have to get super expensive hair because it's just a four ponytail, so I wouldn't recommend just investing a bunch of money into your hair or even, if you have some laying around try it so you're, just gon na wrap this hair as tight as possible. All the way up into the top until it ends up looking like this, the point of wrapping the ponytails this way is so that it's thin at the base and looks realistic. So I'm just taking a piece and I'm gon na spray it with my holding spray and I'm just gon na, take this piece from the bottom and wrap it around the base. Now, I'm just taking a few more pieces of this size and continuing to wrap it around the ponytail staying close to the base as possible after about four or five times. This is what it should look like. Now I'm going to start nodding the hair, which is going to give the hair the Chinese ladder effect. So you're just going to take a thin piece from the right and hold it with your fingers and pull the hair around the back loop it over. The top of the hair and make a dot as you go along you're, just gon na add another piece from the hair. That'S hanging to the hair that you're going to knot and just try to knock these as tight as possible, because, if not they'll become kind of droopy, and you don't want that, you want it to be real sturdy. I don't know how many girls used to play with back in the day, but this really reminds me of like it just reminds me of being a summer camp and sitting on the steps in just playing with the colors, and you hope that you guys play because There'S not you surely miss down on something now you now that I'm at the end, I'm gon na spray it with my holding spray one more time and then I'm going to wrap the remainder of this piece around till I can't wrap it anymore and secure it In place in the back with a bobby pin now just a little bit of lead edge control to make it look cute and neat, and then I'm just going to take my baby list. Digital iron and press. The remainder of the hair and glass reassign to make it super shiny and don't forget you can get all of these products at deeper than hair comm. So that's the Chinese ladder ponytail my way. I hope you guys liked it and again as usual. Thank you. So much for watching - and I will see you next time -
